Meilleurs Hôtels de Atibaia, Brésil

L'endroit très bon et complet. Tous les récréateurs très sympathiques (mais la tante serreia est sans aucun doute la meilleure ❤️), a fait de nos jours dans l'hôtel beaucoup mieux!!! Je ne vois pas le moment de revenir à atibaia

La chambre est très bonne, la salle de bains, le spa, les services, vaste avec beaucoup d'options petit déjeuner. Le seul domaine d'amélioration est celui des activités pour les enfants durant la semaine, car ils rassemblent des enfants de 4 à 13 ans ensemble et il était très difficile de trouver des activités pour cette tranche d'âge et mon fils de 10 ans a été démotivé avec des enfants de 4 ans. et leur jeu .... Dans le week-end et les vacances, mon fils aimait les activités qui ont commencé à 9 heures et se terminent jusqu'à 10 h 30 !

L'hôtel est situé à côté de la route Fernão Dias, nous sommes dans la chambre la plus économique avec deux lits solitaires que nous avons unis et que nous avons fait de couple, la chambre est petite et n'a pas de frigobar, mais dispose d'une air conditionnée et une télévision à écran. Le petit-déjeuner est payé à part, 29,00 par personne, mais il est bon parce qu'il est excellent, avec une grande variété de fruits, jus naturels, pains, froids, chauds, etc. Il dispose d'un parking découvert et gratuit. Nous manquons le frigobar dans la chambre, quand il est trop chaud doit être encore pire. La lampe du couloir de la chambre éteint toute l'heure, comme s'il allait éteindre et retournait. La douche est excellente, mais l'eau fluctue un peu la température, un autre problème de la salle de bain est qu'elle n'a que des tiges dans la salle de bain et quand je faisais la baignoire, je ne savais pas que la salle était ennuyée et que l'eau de la salle de bains a été gonflée. le couloir de la chambre et le couloir de l'hôtel ...🤦 Ils frappaient soudainement la porte de la chambre, quand ils sortaient pour voir ce qu'il était, deux fonctionnaires de l'hôtel essayant de contenir l'eau dans le couloir; salle de bain et salle de bains, Tout pour un rallonge ennuyé ou pour ne pas contenir le vase de la douche et pour l'absence d'un rallonge hors du box. L'hôtel est bon, nous avons déjà été hôtes avant, nous reviendrons et nous reviendrons!

Fantastic staff. Front desk is very welcoming and entertaining. Restaurant staff is incredibly attentive and has fantastic service. Rooms are cozy, pillows are a bit thin but two are provided. Room staff are quick and thorough about cleaning, zero issues there. Occasionally have issues with staff restocking the refrigerator but that is my only complaint.
