Hôtels près de Butterfly Farm - Camp John Hay à Baguio

C'est notre première fois avec Microtel par Wyndham Baguio. Nous avons séjourné pendant 3 jours et 2 nuits avec ma famille, nous avons eu une expérience incroyable. Le petit déjeuner complémentaire était aussi bon, le goût, les services et la sélection étaient acceptables. Le Wi-Fi est bien, mais parfois il se coupe en et en dehors (nous nous sommes restés dans le terrain inférieur). Mais une chose qui a fait cet hôtel magnifique est la population. Le personnel du bureau frontal est professionnel, fiable et courtois. Les gardiens vous accueillent avec un sourire, même les gardes de sécurité sont hospitaliers. La situation était également un grand plus. Nous serons certainement de retour. Maintenez-le 😀

Le design est un peu daté (ou c'est ce qu'ils vont faire?), les sentiments classiques de Baguio, mais les installations sont maintenues et le personnel est bien formé. Ils ont même des décorations de fleurs frais et des jardins manucurés pour lancer. L'hôtel est petit à regarder, mais les chambres sont grandes à l'intérieur. Ils peuvent même héberger deux bus de personnes sans avoir le sentiment de crampe, même au petit déjeuner. Leur petit déjeuner est bon, surtout des plats filipinos et plus. Ce que j'ai aimé le plus est la conception de la chambre. Nous étions un groupe de 6 adultes, un enfant et un bébé, et nous nous adéquations confortablement à leur chambre familiale. Ils ont un bon table pour le café (qui est fourni avec des sacs de thé, des tasses et une chaudière électrique). Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Les seuls cons que je vois sont que 1. il n'y a pas d'ascenseur qui descende dans les salles de fond, ce qui pourrait être une question pour les seniors ( mes compagnons seniors - 60, n'avaient pas envie de voler court d'escalier). 2. L'emplacement est un peu loin du centre-ville/district d'affaires (il est plus proche du parc Wright).

Vous êtes arrivée ici depuis novembre pour des raisons commerciales, ce qui est en fait un bon hôtel, surtout pour une réparation rapide pour une réunion à la fois ou un long travail. Les chambres sont propres et les protocoles sanitaires nécessaires sont intacts en particulier être un gestionnaire de division des chambres et travailler dans l'industrie depuis près de 12 ans je peux personnellement certifier qu'ils maintiennent la propreté de leurs chambres ... Wifi est bon bien que vous necessité de ré-loguer tous les 5 minutes du temps,,, bien que de nouveau son bon emploi ... Dans l'ensemble, cet hôtel est vraiment qualifié pour un examen 3-4 étoiles ... Malheureusement, ils ont engagé quelqu'un qui les tire ... une pomme de rôti mélangée avec de bons ... leur front L'agent de bureau nommé “LYN” a fait notre séjour ici terrible surtout quand elle est en service.. (Nous avons un séjour agréable bien que quand elle est en service ou sur terre) Notez que nous séjournons sur cette propriété pour 5 ou plus de fois par mois. À la première réunion, elle a même mentionné qu'ils n'acceptaient pas de transaction de cartes, comme je lui ai dit que j'étais un gestionnaire de div de chambres et je peux voir un terminal de cartes de crédit, même offert pour lui enseigner comment l'utiliser. Elle a confirmé qu'elle ne savait pas vraiment comment utiliser un. Ensuite, c'est à partir d'une simple demande pour un shampooing simple, empruntant des pantalons supplémentaires, toutes ces demandes sont toutes rejetées par cet agent de bureau frontal nommé LYN... Oh, j'ai oublié de mentionner qu'il est difficile de contacter le bureau frontal quand elle est en charge sur le cimetière? Nous sommes encore exactement sur le point qu'elle dorme sur le devoir!!! Je ne comprends pas pourquoi lyn demande toujours mon id quand il vérifie bien en fait tous ses collègues ne le font pas comme im déjà sur leurs dossiers,,, peut-être elle ne sait pas aussi utiliser le système ... Nous avons enfin commandé de nourriture en dehors comme leur resto est proche ... depuis qu'il est livré directement par leur personnel après que le repas est livré au fo ... Je ne sais pas si sa stupidité a frappé à nouveau et juste décidé de me demander de descendre et de le prendre même si elle a seulement la garde Avec lui, après avoir mentionné à elle que son livraison était toujours ici dans notre chambre, alors immédiatement un des HK l'a donné avec tout le respect.. À l'administrateur général de cette propriété Eurotel, maman / monsieur, cet agent va retirer votre propriété. J'espère vraiment que les mesures nécessaires seront prises, et je comprends aussi que peut-être elle a été récemment engagée et que le manque de formation n'est pas donné en raison de la pandémie. Mais en tant qu'hôtellerie expérimentée, ce type d'attitudes est généralement déjà intraînable, surtout pour quelqu'un travaillant en amont.. Je pense que nous savons déjà ce que je suggère. Le superviseur de l'office frontal est quelqu'un à louer, même si l'ajout du nouveau assistant masculin hk,,,de fait tous les employés sauf Lyn ...encore une pomme de rôti sur un ensemble de bons.. 😔

Uploaded herewith is a photo of an advisory by Baguio Burnham Suites management regarding the LIMITATION in their supply of hot water. This photo was taken inside my hotel room, after I checked-in the hotel. The hotel management should have been honest enough to publish the same advisory in their website. I checked their website BEFORE booking a 9-night stay in their hotel. Had I read their advisory in their website at that time, I would NOT have booked a stay in their hotel at all! When I actually checked-in Baguio Burnham Suites hotel, I discovered that the problem with their supply of hot water was MUCH WORSE that what their advisory admits. The hot water failed literally everyday that I was there. Engineering came twice to try to fix the hot water problem, but the ”fix” did not last! I had to take FREEZING showers in the bathroom twice. This was because Baguio City has COLD weather and there was NO hot water. I asked myself, how about the men's restroom in the ground floor of the hotel? Does it provide hot water? I tested said restroom for 5-10 minutes. NO hot water. I had to check-out of the hotel, after a stay of only 3 nights. I did NOT use the remaining 6 nights of my booking. In a cold climate, NO reliable hot water! Unbearable!

Before the stay, the online booking process was very easy and intuitive. Upon arrival we were quickly checked in and our room was in immaculate condition, with a stunning view from the balcony. We were very impressed with the personalised welcome gift that was offered by the management, it made us feel very special. There were plenty amenities offered complimentary and there’s also the option to get a reasonably priced mini bar selection. The bedroom was very comfortable, and the view is outstanding. Although there’s no a/c, the ceiling fans do the job properly ( it’s even healthier) Everything has a feel of comfort and luxury, which is amazing value for the price. If there’s anything that would make this place even better would be to have more vegetarian options on the restaurant menu. The gardens are very neat and well taken care of, it’s such a pleasant walk around. I can’t finish without mentioning the outstanding and remarkable service that was provided to us by Alyssa, welcoming us on arrival with a genuine smile and going way beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable, she is indeed a star and a valuable asset to the Manor. We already can’t wait to return again :)

We stayed for a week (7d 6n) It was a charming hotel that overlooks the mountainous Baguio City. Staff were accommodating, professional and friendly. My only downside is that there’s no shuttle to pick us up or drop us off to our preferred destination especially one night that we finished shopping at SM Baguio not so late at around 8 or 9pm and there were no taxicabs around. We were neglected by the SM’s dispatcher so freezing and inconvenient as it is, I called the hotel to pick us up since we were having a hard time booking a grab taxi. It is always drivers are busy all the time. The first lady at front desk wasn’t that helpful. She just gave a “wala na kaming magagawa” answer but the second front desk lady was accommodating and went the extra mile so kudos to her. Shout out to our housekeeper lady Grace who also is friendly and courteous and gave us all the amenities we needed. Replenished our sheets reqularly. Above all it was an above average stay but not as perfect since there were minor areas like, the bathroom sewer stinks, which I think they are aware of, no shuttle, the balcony is fine coz we were at the corner facing both the vines with some noisy construction workers chatting but tolerable and pine trees on your right. You have to lean over to get a good view but be extra careful for you might fall to your death. It was a charming and promising hotel. We might consider to comeback and tell this to friends, relatives and close loved ones.

I’ll start off with saying that my wife and I stayed here in 2019 and had an excellent stay. The hotel was fairly new at the time and everything functioned. Well things have certainly changed over the past couple of years. The only reason I am not giving a one star is because the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming upon checkin and the location is great. To the many things wrong with this hotel and why you should definitely find somewhere else to stay when you’re in Baguio… The first problem we encountered was the room having a strong chemical/fragrant smell with a sticky residue on all of the surfaces, I’m not sure if they had sprayed some sort of air freshener or something before we arrived but it was quite strong and bad. Secondly the general cleanliness of the room is off putting. There was a thick coating of dust around the tv and on the table next to the bed, gross. The door had hand prints and smudges from the top to bottom as well. The worst of all these issues is the bathroom. Don’t expect to get too clean here because our shower was a trickle of water and not much beyond that, don’t forget to pack your tabo. The staff offered no resolution for a room swap or anything for any of these issues. To finalize, this hotel has lots of cheerful reviews, maybe it was just our specific room in disrepair. However it is advertised as a nice hotel you’d expect some amenities at. There was not even a washcloth or hairdryer in the bathroom. I do regret my stay here this time and would caution if you plan on staying here.

La Vista de Pino de Baguio est un excellent hébergement transitoire. Les chambres sont bien entretenues et offrent une atmosphère confortable, parfaite pour se détendre. La location était idéale, avec un accès facile aux attractions populaires et au centre-ville. Globalement, mon séjour à Vista de Pino était insatisfaisant et je le recommande vivement pour une expérience mémorable à Baguio.

Very accommodating staff and view from the property is great!

Il y a un hôtel plus récent et encore en construction. Vous devez passer par le parking circulaire pour arriver à l'entrée principale. Il y a un transbordeur gratuit pour vous ramener à la route principale. Le petit déjeuner est OK. La chambre est très belle et propre, mais il n'y a pas de piscine et je ne vois pas beaucoup d'invités dans le hall, si calme et si mort.
