Hôtels près de Caspian Marine Services Limited à Bakou

I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room. During my 13-hour layover in Baku, I chose to unwind at the Fly Inn Baku Hotel, seeking a relaxing break between flights. Discovered online and backed by positive reviews, the hotel exceeded expectations. The modern and clean ambiance, convenient service, and optional flexible check-in and check-out policies appealed to my preferences. The spacious rooms, well-stocked bathroom essentials, plush robes, and excellent modern gym contributed to a comfortable stay. The gym and pool not only provided excellent facilities but also allowed me to rejuvenate after a previous long-haul flight. Despite being in close proximity to the airport, the hotel maintained a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The exceptional Azerbaijani hospitality made me feel like an awaited guest, and the hotel's value for money was evident. While the slightly outdated furniture and bath tub were minor considerations, they did not significantly impact the overall positive experience. I recommend Fly Inn Baku Hotel for travelers seeking a peaceful layover, offering excellent amenities such as a spa, quiet lobby areas, spacious rooms with excellent glazing to minimize runway noise, and reliable Wi-Fi for those looking to work during their stay.

We had the best time here. All thanks to the lovely staff of Staybridge Baku, special thanks to Mr. Farid who assisted us through whatsapp before we even travelled and also throughout our journey he was so kind to guide us at every step. & Mr. Parviz and the whole staff for being so hospitable and kind. We were upgraded to the executive suite on 15th floor because it was our anniversary. This is the most gorgeous room in the whole hotel. The view is just next level - we could see the whole city skyline, the sea, the flaming towers from here. The balcony was sooo huge. Their beds are comfortable & cleanliness is also very well taken care of. Their TV had netflix youtube which I wasn't expecting to be honest, which we would watch after a long day out so we never got bored here. We stayed 5 days and did not have any single issue. Highly recommended if you visit Baku. Its a beautiful city with beautiful and friendly people.

Although the hotel is not in the heart of the city, the area is in a very pleasant residential quarter. There are good pubs, restaurants and pastry shops nearby. At night there is a grocery store and a pharmacy right next to the hotel. The rooms are clean and nice, the staff are very helpful in everything.

L'hôtel est situé dans le quartier central des affaires de Bakou, à côté du plus grand centre commercial haut de gamme de Bakou, à environ une demi-heure de marche de la ville antique. Pendant l'épidémie, je n'ose pas vivre dans les vieux hôtels du quartier de la ville ancienne, c'est plus rassurant d'utiliser les services standardisés de ce groupe hôtelier international. Parce qu'il s'agit d'un membre or IHG qui correspond automatiquement à un membre diamant Ctrip, l'hôtel a surclassé la chambre avec vue sur la mer.

Le temps d'attente à l'enregistrement est trop long, aucun serveur n'a pris l'initiative de récupérer les bagages

Il y a au moins 4 hôtels Sapphire à Baku (Sapphire Inn, Sapphire City, Royal Sapphire), de sorte qu'il peut être un peu confus. Il est très confortable et confortable. J'ai la chambre 314, un énorme espace de style ancien avec un tapis beige plutôt perdu et un tapis en or caché - mais l'espace est bon et le lit était vraiment confortable. La chambre de bain était très bonne, les pièges propres, la douche de pluie, l'eau chaude et les serviettes douces. Le petit déjeuner était plutôt ”non européen”, avec des olives, des tomates et du fromage, mais un merveilleux lait (yoghurt, crème et kaymak pour mourir !). L'hôtel est un hôtel de qualité pour les grands groupes touristiques : quand ils ont envahi la chambre à petit déjeuner, il était difficile de trouver un siège et le personnel a essayé de garder le buffet à jour.
