Hôtels près de Fransız Parkı à Bakou

I don’t normally take the time to review places but considering that they market themselves as a 5 star hotel I want to make sure other people considering this hotel know what to expect at least. For context We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family (2 kids) in a connecting family room. First off when we arrived and checked in, the guy at reception said they would check our documents and to please wait in their restaurant. We ordered some drinks and waited. Meanwhile suddenly they start blasting Indian music so loud in the restaurant (it was only us and another family there) that we had to go ask them if they could please turn it back down again. I don’t know for who or why they put the music on so loud. This also happened when we ate breakfast one morning. After maybe 20 minutes we went to ask reception how check in was going and were only told that “they were checking”. We decided to go and get some late lunch since we didn’t know how long we needed to wait for them to “check” whatever they were checking. If the room wasn’t ready, it wouldn’t have been a problem if they simply said so and gave us a time frame for when it would be ready. But this was a taste of the service to come unfortunately. We had a connecting family room that had one bathroom to share. The master bedroom had only a window which was a small and by the ceiling facing out into the hallway (so no external window) which meant it was like sleeping with lights on all night as the hallway light were always on. In this case perhaps a curtain for that window would be good or installing sensor lights in the hallway so the light isn’t on unless someone is there. The rooms were SO warm and when we went to check about the air conditioning they told us it wasn’t working or they didn’t have it. (Not sure which was the correct answer) They couldn’t give us a straight answer. They told us the heating had been on the night before but that they had now switched it off and allowed for “air” instead. So whatever control you have in your room is basically useless. When we asked if they could allow for the air conditioning to be turned on they just told us they would sort it out but nothing got done. We had to sleep with the only external window open during the night so at least our kids could be more comfortable. Other important things to note - we got 2 towels for 4 people. We asked them to bring 2 more which wasn’t done. Only when we saw a cleaner outside in the hallway one evening (3 nights into our stay) did we get 2 more. - there was no cleaning the whole week. We asked for more water, asked if someone would come to at least remove the garbage and they told us they would send someone but never did. - as shown in the photos, one of the single beds was broken underneath. - several sheets/duvet covers were broken, one example shown in the photos. - there was cigarette burns on the double bed headboard despite it being a non-smoking room. Location and the hotel is nice, staff are doing their best and the water was tasty overall I was happy with my stay only down side was I found the single beds to be really narrow to my liking and the master light button top of the bed is really bright which woke me up a couple of times.

I had a business trip to this beautiful property in Baku. As far as I understood, it is newly rebranded hotel. I was staying in standard room. The room was spacious, but work desk was what I was looking for in order to work on my laptop. I contacted hotel staff and Mr. Ali Aliyev, who was on duty that day, promptly contacted me and offered me to change my room. But my room was enough comfortable for me, so we sorted out my issue by putting a chair and desk into my room. I was happy with the service and hospitality I faced, thanks to Mr. Ali and other hotel staff. Keep it up! Surely will come back again!

C'est un petit déjeuner trop désagréable. Environnement: OK. Installations: c'est une nouvelle ~ la chambre n'est pas très grande. Il y a des fenêtres. Service: Le retard d'hôtel doit être demandé à la réception Santé: il n'y a pas de dents ~ Les produits de lavage sont vraiment mauvais

Misafir odaları temiz, düzenli, tüm ihtiyaçları karşılayacak nitelikte ve hijyenik. Tüm personel mükemmel , güleryüzle karşılama ve yardımsever. Lobi geniş, ferah ve temiz görünümlü. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli, taze ve lezzetli.

Уютный отель, хорошее расположение. В номерах чисто, сами номера просторные. Вежливый персонал. Вкусный завтрак, но не совсем разнообразный. В номерах не хватает освещения, так как очень высокие потолки, а лампы на такую квадратуру не тянут)

Il y a au moins 4 hôtels Sapphire à Baku (Sapphire Inn, Sapphire City, Royal Sapphire), de sorte qu'il peut être un peu confus. Il est très confortable et confortable. L'hôtel est un hôtel de qualité pour les grands groupes touristiques : quand ils ont envahi la chambre à petit déjeuner, il était difficile de trouver un siège et le personnel a essayé de garder le buffet à jour.
