Nice garden and right beside the historic park and night market. Apart from that, there is no shop around 5mins walking. Local bar outside of property provides drinks and simple food after dark. Room is simple but comes everything you need. We love the garden which very layback!! Great option for stay in Ayutthaya!!

アユタヤ市街地の東部、国道32号線沿いのセントラル・デパート脇の地方道を日本人村方面に1キロほど進んだ先にある7階建てのホテル。全国チェーン展開しているホップインならではの快適な標準仕様の客室は当地でも健在であり、限られた客室スペースに機能性と快適性を徹底追求している。全国一律の客室仕様であるがゆえに無機質と感じる向きもあろうが、見方を変えれば全国どこでも高水準の客室が提供される事は何者にも代えがたい安心感があると言える。小スペースの客室仕様であるため多人数での宿泊需要には向かないが、単身旅行者が求めるホテル機能を徹底的に煮詰めたした結果今日の成功を導き出したと言える。意外なことにアユタヤでは初となる出店であり開館から日が浅いため寝具や電化家具も手垢・水垢一つないほぼ新築状態であった。建屋の外観や館内はこれまでのCIカラーとは少々異なり濃紺+白のコンビネーションで目新しさを感じた。また、北側に面する上層階の客室窓からはワット ヤイチャイモンコンの巨大な仏塔を眺め得る点、当ホテルならではの利点であると言える。ロケーションとしては近年の宅地開発や商業活動が盛んなエリアであるものの、食事処のある繁華街や観光スポットまでは少々距離があり車無しでの投宿は難儀するであろう点が少々惜しく感じられた。

Quite a decent place. Older style hotel. Room fine, good river view too. Bed comfortable. Do not expect to have a refreshing shower unless you are under 150cm as it is fixed to the wall and made for small people. Anyone taller and bending down the only option, very poor really. Pool was quite good but cold as it gets no sun until much later in the afternoon. Refreshing though. Various on-site restaurants. Bar near lobby area, prices way too much I noticed. Breakfast was quite good although the staff were not friendly, seemed disinterested and some often seen larking about maybe as it was not too busy when we went. 5 minutes walking distance to train station where there are Tuk Tuks and a few eating places as well as the usual street food. 7-11 too. Train to or from BKK is worth the experience (but takes a while to go 70km) and 3rd class trip costs 15 THB...wtaf! The boat river crossing is closed at the moment as the river is too high. Getting across the river needs to be by Tuk Tuk or taxi really. Normally at least one Tuk Tuk outside the hotel too. You know the form, must haggle them down. We used Grab a lot and got where we wanted to go. Probably can walk to some of the historic sites but probably not advised and Grab is cheap and has AC so is the way to go. There is Soi Farang and Grand Street for a livelier atmosphere with more bars and restaurants, again a cheap taxi ride away. Overall not a bad place and decent location for a reasonable and not too expensive a price.

Situé à côté de l'autoroute, parce que de bonnes nouvelles sont bonnes et bonnes, il est donc prématuré de réserver le samedi si vous voulez rester. Seuls les voyageurs peuvent conduire et ne pas avoir de voiture.

Location is good, near train station and near the Chao Phraya river. The view is actually nice. Beddings are good but the room overall is not well maintained. It’s not the cleaning staff fault, the hotel needs wall renovation. Biggest issue, no hot water. Considering the price I’d expect at least to have hot water for shower. Concierge staff was kind. If they fix these issues it could be a very nice hotel with nice view!

Il se trouve à environ 1h30 de Bangkok. Vous pouvez facilement obtenir un Grab à Ayutthaya, mais venir peut être un peu difficile. L'enregistrement s'est déroulé sans problème, mais je ne sais pas si l'hôtel vaut la peine de payer 200 S $ de plus, en particulier en ce qui concerne les normes de service. Les autres 5 étoiles de Bankgok offrent de meilleures normes de service en matière de réception et de restauration avec une fourchette de prix similaire. Beaucoup de locaux le week-end. La chambre est propre, c'est sûr !

Retour à l'entrée du mois de décembre Juste libre de voir Je suis très impressionné par les oncles et tantes qui s'occupent du séjour à domicile. Retourner et rester à nouveau Très belle atmosphère Très froide Mais avec l'atmosphère et la soins dans le séjour à la maison, il se sent très chaud, c'est une très expérience que je dois voyager à Ayutthaya pour la première fois. Merci pour le riz cuit délicieux, ce n'est pas deux tasses, haha.

L'hôtel se trouve sur une route à glissement rapide d'Ayutthaya, même si le trafic n'est pas intense et la nuit dorme tranquillement. La structure est presque entièrement en bois, immergée dans le vert et avec de vastes chambres bien équipées. Les meubles sont dans de bonnes conditions et le sentiment dans son ensemble est plus que plaisant. Le petit déjeuner est servi au sol, sur une table sont présents certains produits dont on peut servir de façon autonome (marmelades, pain, corn-flakes, etc.) tandis que le plat principal (omélette, riz, etc.). Il est possible de trouver un petit marché alimentaire à court terme, mais en se déplaçant un peu plus loin, il arrive aussi à celui plus célèbre et plus grand qui se développe le long de la rivière. Certains sites archéologiques sont également accessibles à pied, tandis que pour les plus lointains, l'utilisation de la voiture ou des vélos est recommandée. L'hôtel dispose d'un petit parking privé.

Dear Thailand Traveler, While in Thailand, you may decide to make a stopover in Ayutthaya Province, which is one of the historic capital cities of Thailand. If you do, you may think about a stay at The Avail hotel. First, let me tell you that The Avail will not satisfy the needs of those seeking 5 star accommodations. Having said that, if you are seeking a clean, safe, comfortable, and affordable place to enjoy an evening or two while in Ayutthaya - you will be very satisfied checking into The Avail. What I found so satisfying about The Avail is that everything works, and works well. The bathroom is comfortable and the shower is hot, the bed is amazingly comfortable and the comforter is soft and warm, the air conditioner blows cold, and the room is clean. Everything that needs to work...does, and this is something that I cannot always say about even the most expensive places. Moreover, the staff is friendly, the price is right (900 THB/night), and the location is near historic ruins, elephant rides, and some very good restaurants. You cannot write a review and say only good things, so here is the best I can do to say something somewhat critical. There is no coffee or coffee cups in the room, but there is a hot water pot. On the bright side, if you want coffee, there is a complimentary coffee cart in the lobby with both. I am sure if you asked to take coffee to your room, they would be most happy to oblige. One more comment, I did not see a strong box in the room to store valuables. All and all - a very good find. Best/Kevin
