Il est un hôtel rénové mais bien entretenu. La chambre est propre. Le petit déjeuner est acceptable pour un petit hôtel. Il y a une bonne diffusion de petit déjeuner buffet et il y a aussi des œufs, des noix, des porridges et des kiosques du désert . Le personnel est utile et magnifique à partir de la sécurité, du logement et du restaurant.

Le petit déjeuner était bon, la variété était ok le week-end, mais il faut améliorer la variété b fast le week-end. Nous avons séjourné pendant 5 nuits du 14 au 19 Octobre et le personnel était également très aimable, courtois et utile, surtout pour Rafft pour rendre notre séjour extra agréable avec son excellent service. Le centre-ville est très stratégique, et si vous voulez aller au centre-ville ou chercher d'autres options alimentaires, il est à quelques pas.

Apartment magnifique. L'atmosphère de l'hôtel est tout simplement incroyable. Partout où je regardais, depuis les zones de salon élégantes jusqu'aux jardins soigneusement paisagés, il y avait un air de raffinage qui m'a fait sentir pamperé et relaxé. La chambre était un jardin de confort et de tranquillité. The plush beding ensured a restful night’s sleep, while the modern facilities, including a state-of-the-art entertainment system and high-speed internet access, catering to my every convenience.

Stayed between 12 - 14 Dec 2022. The hotel is about 5 mins walk away from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There are 2 Circle K across the hotel and the stretch of seaside restaurants (Wey Wey, Alco) is about 2 mins away. Nearest supermarket, Go Go Supermart is located approximately 5 mins walk away from the hotel, located beside Swiss-Bell Hotel and underneath the defunct Harbour Bay Mall. Hotel's Front Desk is friendly and able to communicate in English. I was asked to consider upgrading my room at a special price (~S$9) as the room I booked was small. I agreed since the offer was much larger and came with a balcony. Regrettably, my room was only ready at about 3.30pm, 30mins after the check-in time at 3pm. My Room (207) is in a slightly run down condition with uneven floor tiles, cracks and paint peeling on the walls, water ponding at the toilet drain outlet next to the toilet bowl. The cleanliness is bad too with stains on the covers of the bed, pillows, blanket. The furniture surfaces in the room and balcony were dusty. Water pressure in the shower was adequate but the hot water only lasted for about 5 mins. Bath towels were unavailable during check in and only available at 4pm according to Housekeeping. I left for dinner at around 5pm and the towels weren't delivered yet. Thankfully, they were there when I came back. The view on my balcony was partially obstructed by the hotel's signboard as it is located directly above the hotel's arrival lobby. The corridor was dark most of the time with only lights at both ends. During my stay, I've only encountered the lights for the whole corridor switched around 7pm only on one evening. Breakfast is provided Sweet Corner Restaurant at Level 1 of the hotel between 7am to 11am. The food was simple with options of rice, noodles, porridge, white bread with condiments. Style of the staples and complimenting dishes varies daily. Eggs can be ordered from the staff. Choices available were Sunny Side Up, Soft Boiled, Omelette. The options for beverages were tea, coffee, and orange juice made from highly watered down concentrated syrup. I also have 2 of my lunches there; once while waiting for check-in and once before check-out. Staff were not eager to serve though but still gets your order right. Waiting time for my lunch to be served was about 10 mins. Located at Level 1 is also Alamanda Spa & Massage, which offers various types of massages and spa treatments. They have a beautiful section on the rooftop of the hotel but it could be only used for the higher tiered packages as I was always led to the rooms at Level 1 twice for my Tradition Full Body and Totok Wajah massages. Grab can pick up at the hotel. Please note that Grab are not able to pick up passengers at the Ferry Terminal and some Hotels and Shopping Malls. You might have to walk a distance away from these locations to board. Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Batam City Square Mall (BCM) have dedicated Grab Points at the Pintu Timur (East Entrance)

Le hall de l'hôtel a l'air vraiment chic, mais l'ascenseur était vraiment vieux et donne l'impression que les installations ont peut-être besoin d'être renouvelées. la piscine est légèrement trouble et avait mal au ventre ou un insecte quelques jours après y avoir nagé (je crois que c'est à cause de la piscine car seuls mon mari et moi l'avions, et nous sommes allés à la piscine, le cas de mon mari était moins grave, mais mon estomac a été gonflé pendant 2-3 jours entiers). à batam, vous prenez littéralement partout, donc il n'y avait pas grand-chose à dire sur l'emplacement.

Hotel was mediocre. Room does not have minibar. Airconditioning works weirdly. Switched it on but cannot feel any cold air within the room. Had to switched it off and switched it on again and again to ensure it works perfectly. Heater was useless. By the time it hits the second person who wants to shower,theres only cold water. Raised it up but no difference. So didnt bother to raise it up again. In front of the hotel there was a massive construction with a lot of noise obstruction. No message was left in the room to inform us on the massive drillings that we had to face. Nevetheless, the balcony was a plus point. Your staff Bayu was great. Check in was seamless , he took the time to explain to us thoroughly and informed us on the channels that was showing WorldCup. The Google nest in the room was a plus point too! Which i think its very brilliant. Havent been to a hotel that uses a google nest as a form of communication to the Reception which is very user friendly. Netflix and spotify was available too! Walking distance to Nagoya which is fine. Provided a 24/7 in room spa services whch require a 30minutes lead time as well. It was an average stay. Could have been better.

Sahid Batam Center Hotel & Convention is having a good advantage on location, located in the heart of Batam Center, where luxury and homey abound. It is an old hotel, but it is well maintained and it is connected to a modern life style, near local culinary and having a good entertainment with roof top bar. The staffs are giving a good hospitality and helpful. Sahid Batam Center hotel could fit for business and personal use. Over all, Sahid Batam Center Hotel & Convention is a good hotel to stay. Enjoy!

Booked a room with seaview but it's partially blocked by a building and it's not a seaview.... Overall service of receptionist we're friendly but the room is outmoded..

L'hôtel Aston Nagoya est très confortable et très confortable. Il a la meilleure vue sur la ville de batam, la nuit nous pouvons voir l'éclairage de batam. Le plus proche de la cour et du magasin. Ils ont fait un très bon travail pour fournir un excellent service. Enfin, mais pas moins, merci spécialement au Directeur du service, M. Randi qui a fait notre séjour très mémorable. Il était très gentil et attentif à toutes nos besoins tout au long de notre séjour. Il est un grand atout pour cette compagnie. Il restera certainement ici et très recommandé à l'hôtel à Batam !

L'hôtel est très propre et très propre, à moins de 2 ans. La salle de sport est très petite et la piscine aussi. Profitez du séjour et vous envisagerez certainement de rester à nouveau.
