La chambre est grande et l'environnement est très bon, surtout le salon est super, le canapé-lit est grand, toute la pièce peut accueillir six personnes. C'est génial! Le personnel était très gentil et nous a donné des biscuits et de l'eau. Toute la ville n'est pas grande, l'hôtel est juste à côté de l'autoroute, et il est à une dizaine de minutes en voiture du centre. Parking gratuit. Considérera la prochaine fois!

J'ai apprécié! A notre arrivée, le personnel était gentil et disponible pour toute aide dont nous avions besoin. La chambre était impeccable et notre séjour était calme et paisible. Mais en raison de COVID 19, il n'y avait pas de petit-déjeuner gratuit, la salle de sport et la piscine étaient fermées, et aussi en raison des deux ouragans Marco et Laura, notre voyage a été écourté car la Croix-Rouge avait besoin des chambres. Cependant, à part tout cela, j'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel et je le recommanderais sans hésiter!

Les portes de garde-robe glissantes dans la zone de la chambre étaient hors de leur coureur. Le personnel du bureau frontal n'est pas très aimable, personne ne souriait et les interactions étaient courtes. Il semblait que le personnel frontal était un groupe généralement malheureux.

The Hotel Indigo has a great location in downtown Baton Rouge. It's within walking distance of pretty much everything to do and see, including museums, the convention center, bars/restaurants, and office buildings. While IHG's Hotel Indigo brand is supposed to be an upper-upscale full-service, boutique-inspired brand, the Hotel Indigo in Baton Rouge felt more like a generic Holiday Inn Express or Fairfield Inn. No doorman or bellman. No offer of assistance with luggage. No newspapers. Bar doesn't open until 4pm, which means you can't get a drink until then. There's no all-day F&B nor is there a pantry or gift shop selling non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. So I couldn't even get a bottle of Diet Coke. The restaurant wasn't open for dinner when I stayed because the hotel lost its kitchen staff or staff members. At breakfast, the restaurant was very basic. There's no real table service. The breakfast menu consists of three or four egg options with all orders placed at the counter. No coffee refills and the orange juice is sugary orange juice from a mini-bottle. No oatmeal, no fresh berries and fruit, no yogurt, etc. There were some breakfast pastries at the counter but they looked old.  The atmosphere and food quality at Starbucks or McDonald's is better. The public spaces and guest rooms were very old and tired with extensive wear-and-tear. At the minimum, carpet in the hallways needs replacement as does some of the furniture in guest rooms. There are no USB outlets in the room. Only two or three accessible electrical outlets to charge assorted devices. That's just not acceptable in the year 2022. The clock-radio had iPod/iPhone docking capability ... maybe 10 or 12 years ago. We're talking like an iPhone 3 technology. No water was provided in the room. The mini-fridge and microwave were just haphazardly placed on the floor against a wall. The air conditioning unit was horrible. If you turned it on, the room was freezing even with the temperature set at 68 or 70 degrees. It never seemed to go on auto and stop running. I had to shut it off and sleep in a room that was about 73-74 degrees. I was woken up at several points during the night by what felt like earthquakes. I assume it was the elevator behind my room. Despite requesting a room away from the elevator, I was placed in a room right next to the elevator. The bathroom was dirty. Mold or mildew throughout shower. Old tiles that needed regrouting. Hair on face towels and throughout the floor of the walk-in shower. Everything just looked old and outdated. More like a dorm or locker room bathroom than an upscale boutique hotel brand. No mouthwash or other toiletries in the room. No bathrobe or slippers. The gym was well-equipped but, like everything else, was outdated. The equipment was a couple generations outdated. The general manager was apologetic and compensated me with a significant number of IHG points. While that was gracious of him, the fact remains that the hotel is

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel trois semaines en filière pendant que j'étais en entreprise. La première semaine, j'ai rencontré un rocher dans ma chambre. J'en ai même écrit dans un commentaire envoyé par M. Al Patel, le directeur général. Il a répondu qu'ils se regarderaient dans ce domaine. La deuxième semaine était grande. La troisième semaine, je suis sorti pour dîner, juste pour rentrer dans une chambre avec un tapis mouillé, qui n'était pas mou quand je suis parti. J'ai appelé le bureau frontal qui appelle M. Patel. M. Patel refusa de me déplacer dans une autre chambre parce qu'il avait l'intention de shampooing tous les tapis de l'hôtel, même avec les invités dans la chambre, et il a permis à une personne d'entrer dans ma chambre pendant que je suis parti et a refusé de fournir un soulagement. À 8 h, après avoir fait un voyage et travaillé toute la journée, j'ai vérifié et trouvé un autre hôtel. Je ne vais plus jamais rester dans cet hôtel. TVA, je n'étais pas la seule personne qui a plaint de la tapiserie humide.

J'avais du café dans les escaliers, donc je ne sais pas quel genre de café sait dans la chambre et j'ai dû écrire plus de mots.

We stayed at this Econo Lodge overnight on our way from Texas to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Probably as a result of Hurricane Delta and the aftermath, we kept passing by areas that were still without power and many hotels were booked solid. As this hotel was the only one with a vacancy that seemed decent for the price, we went ahead and rolled the dice. Honestly, it could not have gone better! Our room was clean and even had a kitchenette in it, that while we did not have a chance to use during our stay, was still a nice amenity to have. I did not feel like anything about our room could have been improved; management and the cleaning staff are clearly doing a great job. We will definitely keep this place in mind for another stay if we ever pass through in the future!

L'endroit où je me suis réservé avec Expedia, il n'a jamais été mentionné.Imaginez-vous. Alors le jour précédent, j'ai reçu un courriel de Springhill expliquant toutes les constructions, le bruit, les inconvénients, le petit déjeuner limité, etc. Perfectement le temps pour eux. Vous pensez que je me suis trompé ? Vous pariez. Passez dans la chambre. Premièrement, je remarque qu'il y a un morceau de sucre sur le sol et un étireur de café qui se trouve dans la craque du canapé. Vous pensez qu'ils sont extra nettoyants dans ces temps de Covid? Réfléchis encore !

Si c'était une star négative, c'est la plus grave des centaines de dollars qui ait été dépensée. La chambre était follement sale, il y avait deux petits jetons de jet sur le lit de taille du roi, quand ils ont demandé plus ils ont dit qu'ils étaient sortis et que ceux-ci avaient juste été « surfluffés. Les sols étaient sales avec des peintures et des débris littéraux, la douche avait encore des couvertures de rayons en plastique, les serviettes étaient en peinture rouge, la chambre adorée de la mâchoire et de la nourriture rouge, les murs et les plafonds étaient en peeling, et honnêtement je pouvais continuer à partir. Si j'avais pas eu une telle nécessité, j'aurais quitté la salle dès que j'arrive, pour cent dollars, j'aurais dû attendre que la salle soit quelque peu propre.

Le lecteur de carte sur la porte arrière du petit parking a été cassé. L'accès à la porte aurait facilité la portée de la bagage. Les sites que nous avons visités étaient tous une petite promenade de l'hôtel. Le quartier semblait très schématique après l'obscurité. Je resterais encore mais je achetais le dîner avant d'arriver à l'hôtel. Peut-être les ******s ont des restaurants mais j'étais avec un jeune enfant.

We stayed at this Econo Lodge overnight on our way from Texas to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Probably as a result of Hurricane Delta and the aftermath, we kept passing by areas that were still without power and many hotels were booked solid. As this hotel was the only one with a vacancy that seemed decent for the price, we went ahead and rolled the dice. Honestly, it could not have gone better! Our room was clean and even had a kitchenette in it, that while we did not have a chance to use during our stay, was still a nice amenity to have. I did not feel like anything about our room could have been improved; management and the cleaning staff are clearly doing a great job. We will definitely keep this place in mind for another stay if we ever pass through in the future!

Le quartier est calme, mais les murs sont très minces et vous pouvez entendre des gens parler dans les chambres à l'un ou l'autre côté de vous. Très annoyant quand vous êtes près d'un couple qui discute/disapprouve! En outre, je suis sûr, ayant des cheveux courts, que les cheveux noirs longs sur le sol de la salle de bain n'ont pas venu de moi. J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel trois semaines en filière pendant que j'étais en entreprise. La première semaine, j'ai rencontré un rocher dans ma chambre. J'en ai même écrit dans un commentaire envoyé par M. Al Patel, le directeur général. Il a répondu qu'ils se regarderaient dans ce domaine. La deuxième semaine était grande. La troisième semaine, je suis sorti pour dîner, juste pour rentrer dans une chambre avec un tapis mouillé, qui n'était pas mou quand je suis parti. J'ai appelé le bureau frontal qui appelle M. Patel. M. Patel refusa de me déplacer dans une autre chambre parce qu'il avait l'intention de shampooing tous les tapis de l'hôtel, même avec les invités dans la chambre, et il a permis à une personne d'entrer dans ma chambre pendant que je suis parti et a refusé de fournir un soulagement. À 8 h, après avoir fait un voyage et travaillé toute la journée, j'ai vérifié et trouvé un autre hôtel. Je ne vais plus jamais rester dans cet hôtel. TVA, je n'étais pas la seule personne qui a plaint de la tapiserie humide.
