Les chambres sont propres et les chambres sont propres chaque jour et la piscine est restée propre. Il y a une zone de jeu et petit magasin et petit déjeuner au parc thématique 5 minutes à pied était une bonne sélection pour tous avec des céréales fruits chauds saveurs et waffles chauds. Vous pouvez utiliser les installations de l'hôtel à 10 minutes de marche où l'amusement a été accueilli par les enfants qui aiment les spectacles de talents.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel because it was in quiet location and has free parking. It is literally 10 minutes car drive to Benidorm with all the hassle and bustle and silly hotel and parking prices. You could walk to the town in 20 to 30 minutes depending on your pace or you can catch a bus from the Bus Depot literally next door to the hotel - a taxi should not be too expensive either but we didn’t use it as we had our car. As others have remarked the hotel is in a quiet area and there are no shops in the immediate vicinity ( there used to be large shopping complex attached to the hotel but it has closed down leaving it looking deserted) but as already remarked it is not far from downtown Benidorm with all the bars and restaurants you might want! The hotel has a sauna and a gym but we didn’t have time to use either so can’t comment how good they are. The hotel room we were allocated was large ( 2 double beds) and clean. The only thing the room was simple but it met our needs - if you want luxurious interiors you need to look elsewhere - we would say the rooms would be on par to a Holiday Inn Express or Premier Inn but much larger with good cupboard space and large bathrooms. The only thing to say about our room was that it was right opposite the fire station and the 2 days we were there the fire engines set off with their sirens early in the morning (0700hrs) which woke us up so you might want to request a room that is not opposite the fire station in case they are called out on other calls early in the morning - we heard no sirens during the night so they must like in other parts of the world maintain silence during the night hours. Some people have complained about the mattress but we had no trouble and slept really well on the beds. Only thing to say is the mattresses in our room were memory foam so expect them to be hard if you are not used to it. The room was too warm for us but were thankful for the windows which could be opened which let in just the right amount of cool air to make it comfortable to sleep. The room has air con but like other hotels we have stayed in it is centrally controlled so in the winter it only pushes out hot air and you can’t adjust it to the cold setting to push out cool air. The breakfast is great value and we thought for the money was excellent. It caters for almost everyone - cold meats, fruit, yogurts, tea/coffee on tap, best toaster we have experienced in hotels which actually toasts your bread(!), selection of breads, mini croissants, selection of sweet pastries, selection of cereals, fried eggs, bacon, sausages ( 1st day of our stay we had pork sausages which were lovely but on our second day we had the Spanish red sausages which look like like hit dogs which weren’t to our taste but there was plenty of other stuff so no problems!), beans (but don’t expect Heinz beans in thick sauce - the tomato sauce was quite watery and runny but this is not unusual we have found in other hotels we have

Visit with a group of 9 of us, Hotel at the top of the hill, a 5 to 10 minute walk into the old town, and a 20 to 30 minute walk into the *****. Nice park at the side of the hotel, which must be used for events. On arrival, I was given a room on the 7th floor, which was requested prior to visiting. The room is good quality with nice comy beds. They use sausage like pillow, which can feel uncomfortable. Requested a shower, and this was fantastic. Rooms cleaned every day, clean towels, ect, were given 2 lifts, a very cool pool, with sun only coming across part of the day. The only downside of our stay was the food, It was either cooked early and no replacement, eggs, battered, food not cooked properly, beans were cold, fish not cooked, burgers raw, and toasties stuck to the plate, butter rock hard, and in the end we all only ended up eating twice and had to revert to mc Donald over the road, The presentation was not the best, It was my first visit for around 40 years to benidorm, but I myself will not be returning as not the best

L'environnement de l'hôtel est super! Près de la mer, le paysage est magnifique; l'hôtel est de la première classe d'hygiène, le petit-déjeuner est riche; l'attitude des travailleurs de l'hôtel est amicale et le service enthousiaste. Je choisisse la chambre de paysage de la mer, la chambre est large et lumineuse, la disposition est élégante et les installations sont complètes, c'est la meilleure option pour regarder le soleil en mer.

J'ai passé mes anniversaires avec ma meilleure amie et nous aimons l'hôtel avec une vue magnifique, la nettoyage de 10, le personnel très gentil, le super buffet étonnant bien organisé, propre et nous offrait tout, La piscine me plaît, et une magnifique terrasse ☺️ nous reviendrons

Nous avons séjourné ici en octobre et nous avons une chambre 302 qui est une suite junior. Ce qui est un hôtel magnifique, il est propre et moderne le personnel est aimable et utile. Nous avons séjourné à moitié du bureau et je dois dire que le petit déjeuner était absolument délicieux avec les meilleurs croissants que j'ai jamais eu dans un hôtel, y compris ceux que j'ai séjourné en France, le dîner était juste ok et nous ne allions probablement pas à moitié du bureau encore là, mais c'était Le restaurant est très bien servi à la table, au lieu d'un buffet, et le vin est très cher. Le bar de toit et les lits solaires étaient très bons la zone était toujours propre et nous n'avons pas eu de problèmes d'obtenir un lit aux moments où nous les avons besoin. Nous avons eu l'occasion de nous plaindre à la réception sur un invité bruyant qui pensait qu'il était bon d'avoir la télévision en pleine explosion à 3 heures et il a été traité rapidement et poliment, nous avons été impressionnés, bien fait gardien de nuit. Tout en restant dans un hôtel adorable, nous reviendrons.

L' hôtel était super .. j' étais tous inclus .. dans une chambre double .. Le restaurant était très bon .. bonne sélection pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner .. pourrait être un peu plus fruit .. le divertissement n'était pas aussi bon que la dernière fois, mais il est compréhensible comme pas tant d'invités Le personnel était brillant , très utile et amiable , l' équipe de divertissement était excellente ! La chambre était très spacieuse , propre et chaude , avec une sélection de thé et de café , une télévision britannique et un balcon . Le prix était bon pour 2 personnes mais je suis seul et n' ai pas obtenu un rabais .. il aurait été brillant si il y avait un rabais unique

Cet hôtel est tout simplement magique ! Une végétation luxuriante et extrêmement bien entretenue. Confort des chambres, professionnalisme du personnel, petit-déjeuner buffet au choix très varié, restaurants à la cuisine très raffinée : Bref, un enchantement ! Si vous aimez le charme de l'Asie... Vous y êtes presque ! Seul petit bémol : les soins du spa affichent des prix prohibitifs et les transats des piscines ne sont pas très confortables. Bravo et avons hâte de revenir dans cet établissement membre des Leading hotels of the World !
