Il est un hôtel très bon, des chambres spacieuses et tranquilles. J'ai dormi mieux que je n'ai eu en âge. Le personnel était très bienvenu et très gentil à l'entrée, a accueilli un entrée précoce, et m'a envoyé plusieurs messages pour voir si j'avais besoin de quelque chose pendant mon séjour. Cependant, quand j'ai envoyé un message qui demandait un possible checkout tardif (trois, en fait, plus de 14 heures, par texte et dans l'application), je n'ai pas reçu de réponse. Même si la réponse était non, j'aurais apprécié la réponse. Enfin, j'ai appelé et le personnel de la première bureau était un peu rude à moi et dit ”il est déjà tard pour sortir” qui n'a pas de sens car c'était pas encore le temps de sortie publié. Le service de la maison de vacances est un service de vacances qui est un service de vacances. J'ai séjourné dans les hôtels de marque Hilton presque exclusivement depuis plus d'une décennie et je suis membre du diamant, je suis toujours demandé si je parquais ou non, pas automatiquement facturé.

Barbara le barman était absolument étonnant ! Je resterais ici ou je viendrais même pour le bar lol . Elle était si amicale et soignée qu'elle avait tellement de patience a pris son temps avec moi parce que je ne savais pas ce que je voulais . Elle a fait les meilleures boissons. Recommandé pour le séjour et certainement le bar.

Pour un ami, il a dit que l'hôtel est très bien, la chambre est indépendante et la chambre est grande. Le trafic environnant est également très pratique. Bien sûr, vous devez conduire seul lorsque vous sortez. Le transport public aux États-Unis n'est pas développé.

This was my fourth stay with Homewood Suites near UAB. And like all the other times, it was amazing! When I walked in to check in, the young lady actually recognized me from my last visit and reminded me of my Hilton Honors, which I had forgotten about, and gave me a complimentary bag with 2 bottled waters and treats! Very welcoming! The complimentary breakfast was phenomenal! So many items of variety to choose from! The young lady over the breakfast area came by my table to make sure everything was OK. We spoke about my trip. Very friendly and kind to me and other guests. They even have a manager's reception during the evenings (unfortunately I wasn't able to attend) When I checked out, Tracy greeted me with smile and asked if everything was to my liking, which I responded Yes! I always enjoy my stay with Homewood! Which is true, the rooms and views are spectacular! Mine was a king size bed with a sofa that let's out to a good size bed. Spacious bathroom area, and a kitchenette fully equipped with a counter top stove, microwave, good size refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, dishes, pots and pans even a garbage disposal. Homewood near UAB is definitely my go to place, my home away from. I highly recommend Homewood to anyone for their stay while in town. The staff team are A+

La chambre était très propre. prix était super! j'ai beaucoup de repos bien nécessaire! Ty était super elle est un tas de joie!! Elle a certainement besoin d'une augmentation!! Parler avec elle m'a fait sentir confortable et à la maison comme je l'ai connue depuis des années!

Reste là une nuit Les portes sont fermées et l'entrée est sur la porte arrière Vous prenez une douche et il y a un shampooing! Et la deuxième bouteille que vous pensez est laver le corps... pas de crème de corps! Vous êtes déjà dans la douche! Après la douche, vous voulez brosser vos dents droit ? Faux ! Il n'y a pas de brosse dentaire ou de brosse dentaire, bien ... après que vous regardez partout vous voyez un stick dans la salle de bain en petite écriture qui dit que vous avez besoin de toilettes comme la tasse de douche dentaire brosse dentaire ... vous devriez aller au bureau frontal et demander ce que Vous avez besoin ! Alors je suis nue, je suis sorti de la douche déjà folle pour ne pas trouver le lavage du corps... Et maintenant je dois aller descendre vers le bureau de front nu pour obtenir la brosse dentaire ? Oublie cet hôtel de service pauvre
