We booked from the 15th-22nd Sept. 2023 for 2 rooms. When we arrived at the hotel at around 01:00 (16th Sept) our room is not ready and the hotel reception sent us to another hotel. The next day we were told to go back to our original hotel by 2. When we get at Asmin Hotel our room is not ready yet. I was really upset and angry because we are wasting our time waiting to check in instead of enjoying our day going around bodrum. We checked in almost 3 pm but only 1 room is available that time. This hotel is a mess based on our experienced. Customer service failed to accomodate us on the day we arrived. In fact we paid from the 15th of Sept but the room is not available on the early hours of 16th. Another bad experienced on our last day 22nd of Sept we went to a turkish bath/massage. My son left his bag with a big amount of money because he said its more safe than to bring with him in the massage place. He left his bag on top of the table knowing no one will come in because we did not put the sign to clean our room. When we got back at around 17:00 my son was preparing his things ready for tonight's flight. When he counted his money £260 was missing about 9,000 Lira. We kept on counting 5 times to double check but still the £260 is missing. We went to the reception and told them what had happened. The responced from them was very dissapointing. He told us why we did not put the money in a safety box. They even said that cleaner was working with them for so many years and this is the first time it happened. I told the manager that we are not going to complaint if there is nothing missing. Someone steal my son's money and only the cleaner have an access to our room. Another guest confirmed to me that the cleaner came in and out of our son's room which the money is missing. Another thing, when we got back my son found out that the door in their room is unlocked. The cleaner left the door unlocked. My son asked the manager to check the cctv and we can see that the cleaner went to our room. We been travelling to many countries but this is the first time we were robbed in our hotel room. We are confident that we are safe while staying in Asmin Hotel but its not what we are expecting. Instead of the manager to give us assurance to invistigate the case, she even told us that the cleaner is not stealing the money. How did she know? Of course whoever steal my son's money will not admit because in the first place there is no camera inside our room. My son was very upset because that money is from his hardwork. He called the tourist hotline and they sent 2 police officer around 19:00 hours. Luckily when the police arrived I was with the phone talking to my friend who speaks turkish. She became our translator as the police officer cannot speak english well. The result, the police is defending the hotel. The police even said that we looked after this hotel for 20 years but nothing happened like this. Of course they will protect the hotel because in the fi

Dans la région du centre de Bodrum, deux pas à pieds sont la plage. Il est exploité par lui-même au-dessus d'un bar. Les installations de la maison sont nouvelles. C'est très bon. Bodrum est un endroit pour les vacances. Ce site est très bon marché, mais le bar sera certainement venu sous le milieu de la nuit. Il faut un écoute-bouche.

Дорогие читатели этого отзыва, доброго вам времени суток. Пишу отзывы редко, только или очень хорошо или очень плохо. Сегодня отзыв про ОЧЕНЬ плохо, обидели меня реально, в ответ получи гадкий отзыв. Ну а вам дорогие читатели уже судить кто прав и думать нужен ли вам такой отдых. Забронировал я отель «Artunc» в чудесном турецком городе Бодрум всего то на 4 дня (с 17 по 21 сентября 2022 г). Приехал с женой в него под вечер, после самолета, устал изрядно и завалился спать, даже жену забыл поцеловать. А наутро огляделся и разочаровался отель за 100 евроденег в сутки оказался каким то маленьким, грязненьким и совершенно не возбуждающим никаких эстетических чувств. И на утро от всей этой «красоты» теперь уже жена целовать меня отказалась. Конечно, сказать честно, и старая часть Бодрума оказалась не очень, грязный вонючий порт, а на первой, второй линии близ моря расположился турецкий рынок, привет из 90-х. Что делать? Сам расстроен. Жена вообще говорит, что уезжает отсюда прямо сразу, еле уговорил осмотреться, в море окунуться, насладится турецкой кухней. На семейном совете решили два дня провести в этом отеле, а два дня отменить, на ту радость и деньги за отель еще не отдали. О чем я сразу и заявил менеджеру на ресепшене, съезжаю говорю завтра я от вас, в полной мере за два прожитых дня две сотни кровных евро вам заплачу. Говорят мне в ответ, беда что посредник с названием Островок.ру возьмет комиссию огромную за два непрожитых дня отчего отель получит непоправимый финансовый ущерб. Я сразу звонить в этот Островок, те пообещали никакой комиссии с отеля не брать и отменить бронь. На следующий день прихожу на ресепшн, говорю возьмите ключ и деньги за два дня и, так сказать, ареведерче. Они мне - конечно, но должен ты нам 400 евро. Постойте ребятушки, за что 400, если прожил я всего два дня, стало быть, должен 200. Показывает мне солидный хозяин отеля в компьютере бронь, типа обещал я заплатить 400 евро. Плати или я сейчас полицию позову. Тогда я взял паузу, сходил подкрепиться, на голодный желудок и война не война, искупался в море Эгейском. Возвращаюсь, а номер мой с вещами и паспортами заблокирован. Ну что же, говорю, вызывайте полицию, пусть люди рассудят. Приехали турецкие полисмены, которые оказались хорошими ребятами, красавцы в фуражках, в тюрьму меня сажать не стали, за отсутствием состава преступления. Так мы и не нашли общего языка с турецким отельером, он хотел получить 400 евро, а я заплатить 200 за 2 прожитых дня, что по-моему очень не мало за такую конуру. Прикладываю фото всех грязностей номера, а также квитанцию об оплате за отель, чтобы хозяин отеля Артунк не отмазался, что это не про него. Если тебя, уважаемый читатель, интересует вопрос чем дело закончилось, кто сдался в этой битве на турецкой земле, отвечу, наши победили, неустойку отельеру возместила компания Островок.ру, за что им огромное спасибо, респект и уважение, особенно менеджеру Виктории и всем кто занимался моей проблемой. И так вывод: 1 звезда достается Отелю Артунк

The hotel is totally price worthy with it’s hygene standard, comfort and everything else. If you look around online, you can see that this hotel is a bargain considering the prices of the other facilities around; you will get a great service for a lower price. Let me give you an example. We stayed here for Bodrum Half Marathon with my husband and runner friends. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, we had a great time hanging out in the pool. One week after our stay, I realised I forgot my heart rate monitor (size of a bracelet) somewhere and I called the hotel. They looked everywhere and found it! They sent it to me with mail but something went wrong, package was sent back to Bodrum. They went to a further post office the second time to take care of it. They were kind and friendly this whole time. So… I was happy with our stay but I was really impressed by their behavior afterwards. They went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Thanks a lot and I’ll be coming back with more runner friends next year!

We stayed here for 9 nights to discover bodrum and the surrounding areas. The hotel is located a very short walk to the beach, as well as the shopping and entertainment area of bodrum. The rooms are clean and the owners are lovely. The owners are more than happy to help you with ideas of where to go, what you need to try and how to get places. If you are looking to stay in bodrum city centre, I would recommend this place for its proximity to the entertainment but just distant enough that you wont be kept up by it at night. Covid friendly as all staff wore masks and there was hand sanitisers everywhere.
