Hôtels près de Parc Transformator Dobroești à Bucarest

The hotel is situated a few metres from the Gara de Nord railways station and underground station, so it is very easy to reach. The check-in procedure was fast, room clean with a large bed, toilet, shower, TV set, hairdryer etc. The door is card-operated, mine unfortunately didn´t work properly, so I had to go to the reception desk twice but the girl was really helpful. Breakfast is served in the adjacent building from 7 .00 to 10.30, quite a good range of things to choose from. Wi-fi connection strong and stable. Next time in Bucharest I will definitely try to get a room here again.

When i got there, I was told I was too early (fair enough, check-in is from 2 pm and i got there around 11.30) I had sort of anticipated this, so thought i would just kill some time at the skybar which supposedly has a great view - but much to my surprise, I was told the skybar was closed, only open for breakfast. Must be the biggest attraction of the hotel, and in their wisdom, they close it! So instead, I took a walk heading towards the parliament building which is preety close by. When i returned a while later, room was now ready but oh by the way, the lift doesnt work! So i now had to carry luggage up the fire exit staircase (room was on 4th floor). Very narrow and poorly lit, so if you have trouble walking - good luck. Just hope you dont meet somebody coming down - passing them will be a challenge :-) Reception said lift would be fixed in a day or two!! So i made it to the room and cannot really decide what to think of it. On the one hand, it was spotlessly clean and looked very new and modern but on the other hand: No coffee / tea, There was a minibar with some wine and soft drinks but no beer,No glasses to be found anywhere (so I guess, just drink the wine from the bottle),WiFi works but not very stable - keeps dropping out. At breakfast, the skybar was now open - 2 people in front of me for the coffee machine which was quite slow - turned out they were not guests - but the breakfast room staff!. When they finally had their coffee they went straigth out onto the open terrasse for a cigarette (very small outdoor terrase and the staff now occupied 1/3 of it) and started chatting quite loudly - so terrasse is just as much for the staff - not the guests only. And really - if staff of any kind of establishment wants to have a loud discussion, do so away from the guests!! Breakfast was very poor - quite frankly pathetic! - some dry toast bread, a little bit of cheese and some slices of what looked like ham/salami - nothing warm like e.g. eggs (of course the staff were busy out on the terrasse smoking and having a loud conversation). Definately not worth any money at all - instead head out for one of the many cafes very close by. The lobby has what looks like a bar, but all they sell is coffee. Big surprise to me when late afternoon after a long walk i came back, asked for a cold beer and was told they didnt have any!! You can have some wine from the minibar, but you cant have a beer anywhere. The day of departure i waited a little in the lobby for my taxi to the airport. Need to use a bathroom?? Too bad - just like the lift, out of order. This would be fixed ”in a day or 2” so clearly not a priority for this place. Wifi, although it did work in the room - no luck in the lobby - could not connect at all. The guy in the lobby was nice enough but most of the time you will find him outside, having a smoke. All in all, extremely dissapointed with this place. Wish i had gone back to Hello Hotel instead - breakfast much much better, you can

L'hôtel de Bucarest est un établissement moderne tout confort dans les standards Novotel. Restaurant bon et petit déjeuner efficace. Chambres exécutives bien finies. On peut regretter qu'il n'y ait pas de coin business pour pouvoir s'y mettre ou improviser de courtes réunions ou rencontres.

La chambre est confortable, calme et douce. Il n'y a pas de toilettes uniques, les retraits uniques doivent également trouver la réception. L'hôtel a un prix préférentiel pour les commandes et le petit déjeuner de buffet est beaucoup plus nombreux et le goût est bon.

L'hôtel est situé au bord de la ville de Bucarest, moins de deux kilomètres près d'un grand magasin, jette 10 rangs à l'aéroport d'Uber environ 35 rangs et à l'ancienne ville environ 25 rangs. La consommation roumaine est vraiment très bonne, et l'Ouest est juste au paradis.

Ce n'est qu'une chose que je n'ai pas aimé et c'est certainement un mauvais design du système de flushing des toilettes dans les chambres: le bouton qui agit le système ne devrait pas être là, mais ailleurs, très inconfortable!

Parfaitement situé et très calme il est proche de la zone piétonne et des différents lieux touristiques. L'équipe à l’accueil est très pro et répondra parfaitement à vos demandes, check in rapide et sans soucis. La chambre est calme, spacieuse et dispose de toutes les commodités. La literie est très bonne, la SdB est moderne, bien disposée et dispose d'une douche spacieuse. Le PdJ est un buffet vraiment complet ou chacun trouvera son bonheur. L’hôtel dispose d'une salle de réunion et d'ordinateur avec une imprimante ce qui peut toujours être utile. Pour le départ je quittais tôt et j'avais demandé une ”food box” qui correspondait parfaitement à mon besoin. Un excellent choix, je recommande.

J'ai eu un doute en arrivant dans cet hôtel plutôt luxueux en plein centre de Bucarest avec ma réservation à 20 euros la nuit en petit déjeuner. Et à ma grande surprise, il n'y avait pas de quiproquo. Réception courtoise mais pas francophone, Les chambres sont superbes mais ne sont pas nettoyées tous les jours, juste un changement de serviettes. Le petit déjeuner, même si c'est toujours la même chose, est très bon et l'emplacement de l'hôtel est juste idyllique avec les lignes de bus et métros, les restaurants, les magasins et une magnifique place avec des jets d'eau somptueux à proximité. A noter que dans la chambre, le café et thé sont à volonté. Que demander de plus?

Structure avec excellente position super centrale. Chambre très belle au quatrième étage, propre et silencieuse. Très appréciée le service de piscine, sauna et gym. Self-check-in confortable et fonctionnel, Concierge disponible. Je conseille à la structure d'écrire plus d'informations détaillées sur la réservation, par exemple à quel email il faut envoyer les documents personnels pour avoir les codes d'accès à la structure, Parce que les détails de la réservation ne sont pas précisés et nous avons dû contacter le centre d'appel d'Italie qui, heureusement, a été rapide et disponible pour nous aider.

Très bien situé pour la vieille ville de Bucarest. Personnel sympathique et accueillant. Chambres très propres et bien présentées. Le seul échec était que seulement deux sachets de café pour faire du café, devraient en avoir plus. J'y retournerais volontiers.
