La chambre est très confortable et vous pouvez accueillir avec un petit déjeuner. Le personnel du bar a été très bien géré. Francesca a rappelé ma boisson de choix à partir du jour 1 et les autres personnes du bar, désolé de ne pas me souvenir de vos noms, étaient aussi bons que les 2 nouveaux garçons. La chambre était super propre, avec un bourreau tous les jours sauf dimanche, quand le gardien du ménage a pris un jour de vacances. Ce fut la première fois que j'étais devant l'hôtel et j'étais un peu inquiet qu'il serait bruyant, mais pas je dormais comme un log peut être aidé par quelques baccards et cokes (les mesures dans le bar sont grandes) Avoir un magnifique balcon avec de grandes vues. La piscine est grande avec beaucoup de salons solaires et encore sans spots propre. Alimentation: petit déjeuner chaque jour était étonnant avec beaucoup de choix et sauce HP. Bons jus de qualité et un grand café pour guérir le hangar. Les repas de soir étaient bons avec un menu diversifié, y compris les plats de dimanche et les plats espagnols. Il y a beaucoup de sports sur ce qui semble être un million de TV dans le bar, donc même quand vous allez prendre votre prochaine boisson, vous ne manquez pas l'action. L'hôtel est un endroit si heureux et je ne pouvais pas penser à rester ailleurs à Cala Bona. J'espère que cet hôtel reste familial pendant des années à venir. Je ne peux pas attendre de revenir là l'année prochaine. Team Sur, merci pour une autre vacances merveilleuses.

This was our first ever 'family' holiday abroad. The holiday perfectly suited 2 toddlers, 2 parents, and 2 grandparents and ticked all the boxes. The hotel itself was brilliant, everything was clean and tidy with rooms serviced daily. The room were lovely and in good condition. The sofa bed was surprisingly the comfiest bed I have slept on in a long time! We had a 'partial sea view' room which was a bonus, so we had a lovely view over the pool and sea from our balcony (Although this came at a £300 supplement per room!) The food was also excellent! Don't listen to the people who say the food wasn't great because it was delicious. Everything had flavour and there was plenty of variety, the food was fresh and regularly checked/topped up, I lost track of the different types of fish I tried during my stay. Couldn't fault it! We also had no trouble feeding 2 x 3.5yo with what was on offer. If you did have allergies though I would say you would struggle but if you were veggie/vegan through choice you would be fine. The pools were also great. There are 4 pools in total! It was so good to have the option of a heated outdoor pool for when it was chilli and a heated indoor pool for when it was cold (think cloudy and windy) It meant the kids could always swim no matter the weather or temperature. The kid’s pool was pretty cold in May, some kids had wetsuits on which was a great idea but really most people hung out at the heated pool and there was plenty of space to spread out. The 4th 'adults only' pool is in the spa with a jacuzzi which no one seemed to know about! I also want to add that the lifeguards were SO attentive. As soon as a kid got in the pool they were there making sure they could swim, or making sure an adult was supervising, and they were really alert when kids 'toddled' to the pool edge as they do. They were constantly watching, never looking bored or distracted. It was nice knowing the kids were so safe when playing. We loved the fact that the entertainment finished at 10pm because it meant that the hotel had a nice family feel and not a rowdy party vibe. The entertainment was also good quality with the entertainment team doing shows and outside companies coming in too to offer variety. The queue for the bar can get busy at times but if you time it right then it isn’t a problem, and the staff are as quick as they can be. And the staff are very friendly. Everyone looked happy to be at work, everyone carried a really positive vibe which was great. The TUI Blue team would happily stop and chat to you and took interest in you as a family. A special shout out to Jessica who got my kids up dancing and to Mickael? who was one of the talented entertainers. The reception team could be a little frosty at times, but we had a friendly welcome when we arrived, this may have been because they were so busy as the hotel was at full capacity. We hadn’t been abroad since before lockdown,so felt this trip was really welcoming. The hotel position was lovely over looking the harbour. It was good having half board,as we didn’t have to search for meals to eat in the evenings,but could try lighter meals in the local restaurants at lunchtime. It wasn’t possible to get the shuttle direct to the hotel as the road outside was very narrow,but we were dropped off very close,so that was not a problem. Food,staff hotel etc very good. Only slight problem, as we had to leave in the morning before the restaurant opened,we had not been told we had to book a take away breakfast the day before,so nothing set up for us. Fortunately,we managed to not leave until the restaurant just opened and then to quickly pick up something to eat on the way to the airport. We had the same problem on arrival, after the restaurant had closed, but this was realised and there was a cold supper laid out for when we arrived ,which was fine.

Nous étions super animés par notre choix d'hôtel même avec des options moins chers, mais nous avons vu par les photos et les évaluations que le site était très agréable et l'hébergement était comme nous voulions. Mais dès qu'on est arrivé, on a vu dans la chambre l'odeur forte d'humidité et on a vu que l'échappeur de la salle de bains ne fonctionnait pas non plus, laissant souvent l'environnement tout humide après avoir été utilisé pour la salle de bains, par exemple. Passant beaucoup de temps comme ça. Nous avons vu que le chauffage de la chambre n'a pas fonctionné pendant aucun des jours de notre séjour, la température a chuté et il fait toujours froid la nuit. Nous avons demandé des couvertures pour 3X à l'hôtel, mais personne n'a apparu pour nous livrer. Enfin, nous avons dû aller faire la commande personnellement à la réception de l'hôtel, située dans un autre bâtiment. On nous a donné un édrédon et un couvercle pour nous couver. On a vu que l'édrédon était petit pour deux personnes. Nous avons laissé le couvercle avec l'édrédon pour être couvert par le personnel de nettoyage le lendemain, mais quand nous rentrons à l'hôtel la nuit, pour notre surprise même après le manque de réponse aux demandes précédentes, Edredon était en train de se tenir sans capuchon et les gens de nettoyage l'avaient emmenée. Donc, avec la chambre froide, nous continuons à utiliser l'édrédon sans couche même pour ne pas avoir, une fois de plus, à demander un service qui ne serait pas encore répondu. La localisation de l'hôtel est vraiment très bonne, le personnel a été sympa, la taille de la chambre aussi et aurait été excellent si tout était en bonne santé, mais en termes de soutien client et nous avons passé froid toutes les nuits de notre séjour, en plus de marcher Devant et derrière, en chargeant Edredons tard de nuit, d'un côté à l'autre, c'était assez frustré pour le niveau d'hôtel que nous croyions être.
