Hôtels près de Sien Lok Park à Calgary

La chambre était agréable et ils m'ont placé près de l'ascenseur qui était agréable. La chambre était très propre. La télé à distance ne fermerait pas la télévision ou ne fermerait pas la télé, mais hey, il y a une courte promenade à la télévision. Le restaurant de jardin court était superbe. J'étais là le dimanche en cours, donc le brunch de dimanche était en cours. Très à plaisir la palette. On aurait pu aussi commander du menu. Très de points de plug-in qui était bon comme il était -40°C à l'époque. Je resterais encore.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary South-Macleod Trail S, an IHG Hotel Horrible stay at this hotel! (Dec 31st/Jan 1st 2023) If I could give it a ZERO star, I would. Don't waste your money on this horrible hotel. It should be demolished. My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night on December 31st 2022. Check in was difficult at 4pm. They said they weren't sure if our room was ready, even though check in time starts at 3pm. We were the only people in the lobby at that time. We waited about 20 to 30 minutes for the staff to give us our room cards. Once we were in the elevator we saw a sign that said pool area is out of service until further notice. This was one of the main reasons for staying at this hotel. We couldn't use the hot tub, pool or water slide. We were very disappointed that no one told me when I called to make the reservation a month before or even when we checked in that afternoon to the hotel. Once we got to our room it looked nice until I opened the blinds to the window. There was thick black mold all over the window sill. Pictures provided. It was really gross! We then made our way over to the bathroom where we found more black mold in the shower stall and up the walls. The shower stall and the bathroom sink faucet wouldn't stop dripping. We called the front desk she said because it's a holiday weekend we are short staffed. No one did come to fix the problem. Walls are paper thin. We could hear people talking in the hallways and the TV in the room beside us. On the morning of January 1st 2023 we went downstairs for their hot breakfast to find only 2 apples and 3 muffins left. I asked the desk where the hot breakfast was as this was another reason for staying at this hotel. She said because it's a holiday no staff is here to prepare breakfast so this is what we have. Very disappointed we packed up our stuff and checked out. We asked to speak to the manager about a possible refund or a partial refund because they didn't inform us about the pool closure or the non-hot breakfast. (If we knew about this ahead of time we would have booked elsewhere) The lady at the desk gave us a hard time saying the manager was on a call and couldn't talk to us, then saying he won't be in the office till a later date. She offered us 1 small bottle of water for the inconvenience. After we got home my partner called the manager and left a voice-mail. It took over 2 weeks for them to actually connect on the phone. The manager of the hotel finally gave us a refund of $35 which was OK but we will never stay at this hotel again. I will also tell anyone and everyone I know not to stay here.

L'hôtel a deux étages, les chambres supérieures sont au deuxième étage, il y a une salle de sport gratuite au bord de la piscine, un petit-déjeuner gratuit, un excellent service, une station-service en face de l'hôtel, une cuisine coréenne de l'autre côté de la route, non loin du centre commercial Snooker. Pratique.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à l'hôtel c'était excellent mes enfants se sont tellement amusés dans la piscine. Le service à la piscine n'était pas terrible le serveur n'était pas très gentil mais tout le reste était bon

The hotel has a quirky layout comprising of two wings -- the Atrium and the Tower. We have stayed several times in the past and always seem to pick the wrong side to park. The first time we walked over on the sky bridge and meandered around until we found our room. This time we just drove across to the other parking lot -- much easier. Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Bottled waters were appreciated and we made good use of the coffee and tea making equipment as well as the storage in the empty fridge. Closet was small but as we were only staying the night it was not big deal. We chose the Delta for its south side location close by for a medical appointment and it worked out well for us.

La position de l'hôtel est vraiment confortable (voir les notes d'avis des internautes avant de décider de choisir), les installations sont simples, mais il faut toujours y avoir. La fourniture du petit déjeuner est un peu ”simplée”, plus la réception ”simplée” lors de l'hébergement, c'est un manque (c'est un truc)!

Le récepteur était si méprisable. Il utilisait la profanité. Il donna le doigt à ma mère et à moi. Il était terrible au service des clients. Il créait un problème de rien. J'ai donné mon ID depuis que ma mère est venue à expiration et il était extrêmement difficile à ce sujet. Il ne laisserait pas ma mère payer pour la chambre sur sa carte de crédit, qui est absolument ridicule. Il a été détaché de pouvoir et a décidé de créer des questions de rien. La façon dont il a géré cela était si peu professionnelle. Veuillez réfléchir à qui vous recrutez et à quelle image vous essayez de présenter à votre bureau frontal. Quiconque est ce employé devrait être licencié. Il est un service à la clientèle cruel, méprisable et terrible. Nous ne reviendrons jamais à cet hôtel. Absolutement détestable!!!
