I am really impressed with this property it is wonderful. Impressive entrance to the grounds.The reception decorations are beautiful. The staff have been wonderful and are very helpful , they cannot do enough for you. The rooms are very tastefully decorated, very similar to a Four Seasons/Ritz Carlton style. The pool area and beach are very nice and the hotel is in a great location. I have extended my stay as my wife and I are enjoying it here so much.I have stayed at many 5* properties throughout the world and this place is now high among my favourites. I will be come back.

The Chinese Restaurant Fu Lue Woman Manager- Som for no apparent reason has been very unprofessionally rude, repugnant and impertinent to me! Not once but every visit of mine is met with such obnoxious attitude. She would tell me that they are very busy and the food would take more than an hour and a half to serve even though the restaurant is not even half full! Whatever I order from the menu she would tell me it’s finished including desserts but then I see others ordering it and it’s being served to them. Also, I have not finished my order she would pretend to assume I have finished ordering and walked away! She would pursed her lips, give me a contemptuous glare and make a “tsk” sound with her tongue when I continued ordering! No one can fathom what kind of service staff would be so vicious and vile in service like Som! She’s a total disgrace to both the hospitality and service industry! Definitely NOT an asset but a TOTAL LIABILITY to the organisation that chose to hire her. One rotten egg spoils the entire basket! I don’t recommend this Chinese Restaurant.

Excellent hotel for the beach. The breakfast is very good just ask the staff for eggs cooked the way you like. The room was very spacious and excellently clean. and we booked a pool room and you just opened the room door on to the terrace and stepped in to the pool. Very impressed The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. They could not do enough for us. We will definitely come back to this hotel The management should be very proud of their staff they were wonderful The manager was unbelievably kind as well and a lovely person

Returning yet again, have been staying here for over 10 years, missed 2021 due to COVID19 regulations. Very spacious hotel in a beautiful setting, perhaps slightly worn around the edges but the pool and gardens are immaculately kept. Spacious room overlooking the pool and beach. The entrance lobby is stunning with seating areas to relax. The village nearby is struggling since covid and we try and patronise it as much as we can. The local family run restaurants serve traditional Thai cuisine at extremely reasonable prices. The hotel is also conveniently located for Hua Hin and Cha Am easily accessible by taxi. We will definitely return.

Our recent stay at Sheraton Resort and Spa Huahin was absolutely exceptional. We checked in on July 24 and stayed for three nights and four days. The entire experience was smooth and amazing, as it always is when we visit. The outstanding service we received ensured that we will make this an annual sister trip. Every department, from the bell boys who collected our bags to the front desk staff who facilitated check-in and check-out, was incredibly helpful. In particular, K. Orijin demonstrated great kindness and a service-oriented mindset. During our stay, only one restaurant, Luna Lanai, was open on weekdays. However, all three of our meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - were enjoyed there, and the food and beverage team never failed to impress. They were incredibly accommodating, even going so far as to ask the chef to prepare meals not on the menu based on our preferences. We would like to extend our gratitude to the entire F&B team for taking such good care of us and making us feel like royalty. It is because of their dedication and exceptional service that we have decided to make this an annual tradition, spending our sisters' trip at this beautiful hotel. A special thank you goes to Chef A, Sunee, Oh, Dom, Noom, and the SV team consisting of Surat, Alex, Manfa, Yodsanon, and Bam. Each of them played a significant role in making our meals outstanding. Our stay was made even more memorable as we were able to celebrate my sister's birthday and anniversary simultaneously. В целом всё хорошо, отель не новый, это заметно, но в основном всё работает. Заметно хорошее управление отелем, все процессы отлажены, заселение больших групп проходит быстро. На завтраках всего, что предлагается, достаточно, не заканчивается, даже при большой заполненности ресторана. Существенный недостаток в номере - это отсутствие свободных розеток рядом с кроватью и со столом, если нужно использовать ноутбук, то относительно удобно только использовать розетку для ТВ, если его отключить. Остальные розетки расположены неудобно. На фото показал это В тренажёрном зале нет полотенец и питьевой воды, это тоже минус.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, der Service einzigartig. Wir wurden herzlich mit einem Erfrischungsgetränk in der Lobby empfangen. Danach wurden wir zu unserem Zimmer gebracht, alles wurde durch einen freundlichen Mitarbeiter erklärt. Das Hotelzimmer war gross, hell und sauber. Jeden Tag wurde es gereinigt, neue Handtücher bereitgelegt. Ein Balkon mit Blick auf den Hoteleingang war dabei. Der Swimmingpool mit Blick auf das Meer war atemberaubend. Das Restaurant in dem wir das Abendessen zu uns nahmen war ebenfalls mit Blick auf das Meer wunderschön. Der Service war einzigartig, das Personal super nett und zuvorkommend. Waren immer darauf bedacht das es uns an nichts fehlte. Der Abschied fiel schwer, denn es war ein traumhafter Urlaub in einem tollen Land, mit sehr freundlichen, entspannten Menschen die uns den hektischen Alltag in unserer Heimat vergessen ließen. Sehr gerne kommen wir, wenn es uns möglich ist, in dieses wunderschöne Land sowie Resort wieder.

Briza sur la plage n'est pas savoureuse. Est-ce la nourriture d'un hôtel 5 étoiles ? Le bar de la piscine propose de délicieux hamburgers Pad Thai. Le petit déjeuner était également délicieux. J'ai mangé les nouilles de riz deux ou trois fois. C'est très propre, comme le Sapping Hotel. Il faut un certain temps pour prendre un taxi jusqu'à Market Village Blue Port, environ 30 minutes si vous êtes occupé ? Mais je n'y peux rien Une promenade sur la plage vaut la peine et la baignade n'est pas mauvaise non plus.

J'ai emmené mon enfant voyager pendant 3 jours et 2 nuits et je ne suis allé nulle part. A l'école, il y a beaucoup d'activités pour les enfants. Ma fille a rencontré de nouveaux amis et s'est amusée en jouant. La chambre était très familiale. Le deuxième lit superposé de l'enfant était très propre. Le plafond est propre et sans poussière. La première nuit, j'ai dormi sans climatisation. Le dos de votre enfant est mouillé, merci d'en informer le personnel pour qu'il vous aide à descendre le lit. Le personnel vous a apporté un autre lit pour dormir à la place. Super. Les activités pendant la journée incluent le vélo ou la location d'une moto électrique pour conduire avec votre enfant pendant 30 minutes pour 500 bahts. Vous pouvez capturer l'atmosphère. La distance en voiture est de 3 à 4 kilomètres. Il y a un poste de contrôle de golf et des cages de frappeurs. Jouer au tennis, des activités intérieures, notamment du ping-pong, jouer au billard, et si vous le souhaitez, le club pour enfants propose également des activités l'après-midi. L'école nous a organisé un jeu d'aeiou et beaucoup d'enfants sont venus jouer. Le gagnant recevra une balade gratuite en scooter électrique. Le matin, un massage gratuit de la nuque et des épaules de 5 minutes sera offert aux adultes. C'est considéré comme un très bon service. J'y retournerai certainement la prochaine fois. Les enfants s'amusent et les adultes peuvent se détendre.
