Room 410, It has a sofa and coffee table, is called a suite. I could never figure out the air conditioner/ furnace. it tan all the time, no matter what I set the thermostat on. 63 degrees is what I like. Quand ce quota est atteint, aucun autre client ne peut utiliser des points, ce qui m'a été dit et je suis reconnaissant qu'ils ont bien expliqué le système. Je reste ici une ou deux fois par an et nous aimons l'hôtel, il est situé à St. Louis, et toutes les personnes qui y travaillent.

La location était à 20 minutes du centre-ville de St. Louis. Le lobby est très propre et très propre. La piscine est belle mais je resterais loin du tube chaud car il semblait avoir un couche de peau morte flottant au-dessus de lui. La chambre elle-même est très belle et très propre, c'est un grand séjour pour la famille ou un seul à partir les chambres ressemblent exactement à ce qu'elles font dans les photos.

Le service de l'hôtel était très bon. Tout le monde était très gentil et courtois. L'hôtel qui restait à 12 heures de l'après-midi à 3 heures a voulu envoyer les bagages et est sorti pour rester à trois heures avant de rentrer. Je ne m'attendais pas à ce que le personnel de l'hôtel ait une chambre pour nous laisser rester en premier. . L'assainissement de la pièce est en fait assez bon, c'est-à-dire qu'il y a beaucoup de miettes noires sur les draps, donc je ne donne que 3 points. Le petit déjeuner est un bon hôtel aux Etats-Unis, il y a des plats chauds, il y en a, comptés riches !
