Le représentant du bureau principal Eric était très utile, axé sur le client et un représentant de première classe de cet hôtel Hilton. Deuxièmement, le service de la valet semblait être peu personnel lors de notre enregistrement, mais ils étaient et ont toujours été l'un des meilleurs à manipuler des voitures et se concentrer sur le service. En résumé, un hôtel très bon et les employés et services de Hilton que nous avons contactés n'ont pas été déçus.

Le premier défi ici était l'accès. Les fronts de l'hôtel sur Gervais Street, mais vous devez accéder au parking de Lincoln Street. Ils ont parking gate, mais vous pouvez appuyer sur un bouton pour être boutonné quand vous arrivez. Le service de l'hôtel est très bien situé. Ils avaient plusieurs bagages de 2 types différents au moins (je l'ai vu au moins 4), que je prête une attention un peu plus grande après avoir séjourné dans un endroit plus grand qui n'avait que 1... L'hôtel semblait tranquille. Les chambres à l'arrière seraient probablement utiles à cet égard. La location est sur une rue principale de la ville, à environ 2 à 3 blocs du complexe de bâtiment du chapitre de l'État. Il est à quelques minutes de marche (5 minutes ou moins) à un grand nombre de restaurants ou bars dans la région. Si vous êtes ici un week-end, le marché de la ville de Soda est situé sur (principalement fermé pour un usage de pédicure) Main Street à environ 5 mètres de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est inclus avec le séjour. Il a commencé à 6 heures le samedi, nous y étions. La chambre était très belle, nous n'avons qu'un serviette de bain pour une raison, mais nous n'avons pas remarqué avant qu'il n'était pas convenable de demander une deuxième. Le lit était confortable. J'ai séjourné dans 3 hôtels différents maintenant dans / près de Columbia. Pour rester dans le rayon de marche du centre-ville, c'est une bonne option.

Ned is an amazing asset to Hilton. Ned went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. A coworker and I sat at the long business table to finish up our workday, Ned made sure to check on us several times and even brought food and drinks to us, even though we were not in the restaurant/ bar area. We were able to relax while we we finished our workday. Ps. The brisket grilled cheese sandwich is AMAZING! Make sure you order one, you won’t regret it.

The king studio suite was spacious, with a small kitchen if you are traveling with family. We were on 4th floor (there are 5), facing the busy roadway, and could hear some noise, even though in my reservation I requested the parking lot side, away from the highway; none were available upon our arrival around 2 PM. I rhink it would have been really loud to be much lower - the hotel itself is atop a steep hill, and that helps. From the looks of the cars in the parking lot, it appeared to be sold out on a Monday. There was a security guard on duty in the lot, which we liked. The evening reception was very nice, with beer and wine, and a Mexican food buffet. That and the also good breakfast choices, made the stay a good value. As my title notes, it was very convenient to the places we visited - even walking distance to Riverfront Park. But that steep hill back up to the hotel would be a challenge - and there is plenty of parking weekdays at the Park.

Je suis resté ici pour une nuit en jouant à un Oktoberfest off site. C'était basalement assez bon. La chambre était moderne et agréable. Il y a beaucoup de bruit de la rue, mais c'était samedi soir. Le parking est dans leur garage et est gratuit. Vous êtes juste donné un pansement de papier pour mettre sur votre poche. Contrôler et sortir étaient fondamentalement bons. J'ai essayé de vérifier et j'ai eu la facture d'un autre par accident. Cela a été corrigé. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas une bonne expérience car je devais acheter un canister d'orange sec pour mettre dans ma micro-ondes. Le café était bon comme Starbucks. En général, si vous restez sur le campus, c'est une bonne option.

Stayed here for a Gamecocks football game. Great to avoid the traffic. Staff were helpful and friendly and the room had one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in.

L'hôtel répond aux attentes, le maintien de la maison est ce qui fait de l'hôtel. Ils sont toujours polis, utiles et ne préfèrent pas à qui ils s'occupent. Ils semblent tous être sur la même page que dans ce qu'il faut faire. Le bureau de front est très utile, courtois et amiable. La seule mauvaise partie est l'hôtel est amiable aux animaux de compagnie pour l'ensemble de l'hôtel. J'aurais été impressionné ou agréable si il y avait au moins un étage pour les gens qui comme moi ne sont pas amiables aux animaux de compagnie.

Cet établissement est magnifique! Kudos au magnifique personnel Marva et Kozat au bureau de front, Diane de maison garde ... Y'all sont le meilleur et le plus amiable personnel jamais. Vous avez fait mon séjour agréable et j'ai aimé rester ici. Je vais certainement rester encore! Pour ceux qui regardent les commentaires passés, oubliez 😊 La chambre est propre avec toutes les installations décrites, le personnel est magnifique vous serez agréablement surpris et profiter de votre séjour.
