Unlike hotels located in crowded tourist areas, this property offers a calmer atmosphere that feels more suitable for families or travelers who simply want to rest and unwind. The surroundings are quiet, and the overall ambiance is comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room tidy, and the facilities provided were sufficient for a family stay. The residence is located quite far from Batam’s main city or town area, roughly around 20 minutes away depending on traffic. However, guests will need to follow the shuttle timing strictly, as it operates based on a fixed schedule.
