The hotel was located within an area with a lot of massage parlours and eateries which was great. The grand Batam mall was just next to the hotel which was easily accessible with connecting lift access. There’s also other shopping malls within walking distance too. The hotel facilities (swimming pool and gym) were good though we didn’t use them. The complimentary high tea food at Oak Bistro was surprisingly good comprising sweet and savoury items. The welcome snacks and beverages in room was a surprise as we thought it was chargeable.. turns out it was complimentary! Buffet breakfast spread was standard but the bread and steam dim sum were hard and cold. The fried noodles and rice were also quite cold though it was closed with a cover. Overall the buffet was satisfactory. Service staff cleaning the plates were kind of slow though there weren’t many guests. Room amenities was basic and good. Overall stay was great. Would recommend staying at this hotel due to the good location and facilities and access to other places within Batam.

Reste ici avec ma mère. Absolutement aimé mon séjour! L'hôtel est propre, sent bon, les lits sont grands et confortables, la toilette était petite mais la pression de la douche était puissance!! Le petit déjeuner était aussi grand! A eu une variété différente pour les 3 jours que j'ai séjourné! La location est aussi magnifique! La distance de marche à One Batam Mall et abt 10-15 mins saisir le chemin à tous les autres centres. Vous reviendrez certainement ici pour mon prochain voyage de batam!

Saw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to. We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness. The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria. Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels. A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort. Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean. The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in. Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle. There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed. The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted. TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied. Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up. Pool is open from 7am to 9pm. Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k. The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything. Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

Nous avons choisi le Wyndham Panbil pour sa proximité avec la réserve naturelle et sa vue sur le lac. Ce que nous avons apprécié : - La vue sur le lac ; il nous arrive d'apercevoir de grands oiseaux ou des aigles survolant le lac. - La proximité de la réserve naturelle. Lors de notre inscription à la randonnée, une personne est venue nous chercher dans le hall pour nous emmener à la réserve, puis nous a ramenés. - Le service et le personnel. Toujours souriants et très polis. Ils ne font pas de promesses excessives et nous informent clairement lorsqu'ils peuvent ou non répondre à nos demandes. Ils sollicitent régulièrement des avis pour améliorer leur service. - Il y a une boulangerie et un café à proximité qui proposent des produits locaux. La boulangerie ouvre à partir de 10 h. Un supermarché se trouve également à proximité et propose tous les produits de première nécessité, ainsi qu'une boucherie, je suppose, pour les clients de l'appartement. Ce qui était moins bien : - Bien que le lac soit magnifique, la route en contrebas peut être bruyante par moments. Ce n'était pas un problème majeur car nous avons tous bien dormi. Bien qu'il y ait eu un peu d'embouteillages la veille de l'Aïd el-Fitr, la circulation était fluide les autres soirs et nuits, et nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème. - L'eau de la piscine semblait un peu trouble, surtout celle de la piscine intérieure, qui est probablement le jacuzzi. - Peu d'installations pour les enfants, à part la piscine. - L'intérieur de l'hôtel paraît vieillot, malgré quelques travaux de rénovation en cours. Le sol de la chambre comportait des dalles abîmées. - Il n'y avait qu'une douche à effet pluie, ce qui pouvait compliquer la douche de mon enfant sans me mouiller. Malgré ces quelques points négatifs, le service du personnel a largement compensé le manque d'installations.

Its my 2nd time staying here in the same room type. Room is clean and tidy. We received a room with a smart TV previously but the room we received currently, is not a smart TV. We checked with the receptionist and they told us that all rooms are not equipped with a smart TV. -1 point for no smart TV. Breakfast has a wide variety but it was not as delicious compared to my previous stay - maybe it was because we stayed on the weekdays this time round.

The staff guiding the ATV experience were professional, safety-conscious, and made sure we had the best time possible.Of course, no luxury stay is complete without great food, and Montigo Resorts delivered perfectly on that front. Our package included a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning, which quickly became something we looked forward to every day. The spread was incredibly generous, featuring a wide variety of both local and international dishes. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à moins de 5 minutes en voiture du terminal de ferry de Harbour Bay. De prime abord, en tant qu'hôtel d'une chaîne locale, il paraît correct, avec des allures de complexe hôtelier. Bien qu'il propose des équipements tels qu'une salle de sport, une piscine, un pub et un spa, la chambre et le petit-déjeuner laissent à désirer. La baignoire est certes présente, mais le pommeau de douche n'est pas réglable. L'hôtel ne fournit que des cotons-tiges et il faut en demander un. Le fer à repasser est un modèle basique, et non un fer vapeur permettant un repassage plus efficace. Les points positifs se trouvent dans la chambre, qui comprend un canapé et une table basse mobile. Le petit-déjeuner est au mieux moyen. Impossible de faire un œuf à la coque correct : il est soit trop dur, soit trop cru. La salade proposée est sans laitue et le choix de vinaigrettes est très limité. Les plats chauds sont quelconques, le porridge est trop collant. En résumé, rien d'exceptionnel. Le service, en revanche, est excellent : le personnel de la réception et celui du stand d'œufs frais sont très polis et aimables. Le service client est excellent. La chambre ne semble pas trop vieille. J'ai testé le massage au centre de bien-être au rez-de-chaussée : le prix est très compétitif et le massage de qualité. L'hôtel est classé 4 étoiles, certes, mais la qualité de la nourriture et des sanitaires me fait plutôt penser à un 3 étoiles. Si votre budget est limité et que le petit-déjeuner basique et le pommeau de douche des toilettes ne vous dérangent pas, c'est un hôtel convenable.

Good location with many food options nearby. Walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall. Breakfast is superb, delicious local tastes. The room is clean but lacks amenities, especially hand towels and hairdryers.
