Hôtels à Batam avec petit déjeuner

Le restaurant est très confortable et confortable. Le restaurant a été accueillant, amiable et bienvenu, ce qui a fait de notre expérience de repas encore plus agréable. En général, nous avons eu une expérience merveilleuse et nous serions certainement restés à Oakwood Batam.

Notre hôtel est à la visite de Batam. Nous aimerions l'emplacement de l'hôtel car il est à pied du Grand Batam Mall et du BCS - Batam City Square Mall. Un grand nombre de restaurants et de parlors de massage dans la région. Notre séjour a été coupé par un jour, puisque mon mari a dû couvrir son collègue qui a pris sa vacance le dernier jour de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons. Merci Artotel pour nous avoir.

Reste ici avec ma mère. Absolutement aimé mon séjour! L'hôtel est propre, sent bon, les lits sont grands et confortables, la toilette était petite mais la pression de la douche était puissance!! Le petit déjeuner était aussi grand! A eu une variété différente pour les 3 jours que j'ai séjourné! La location est aussi magnifique! La distance de marche à One Batam Mall et abt 10-15 mins saisir le chemin à tous les autres centres. Vous reviendrez certainement ici pour mon prochain voyage de batam!

I love the location the most. Fuss-free hotel tbh. Only issue i have with this hotel is that there is no power socket by the bed. So i have to charge it next to the tv. Also the toilet had a backflow issue which is gross - this is fixed by the hotel after i mentioned it to them. Not my first stay here. If you’re not fussy, want cheap and convenient, then this hotel is it. Please get the breakfast along with your rooms as it’s more worth it that way and the food is REALLY GOOD.

I stayed there for two days and met a group of golfers the breakfast 🥞🍳 items needs to be improved and cut the waiting for check in guest . The Aircon was very good and cold

I had a wonderful stay at MaxOne Batam! The room was spotless, comfortable and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Batam. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a good variety of delicious food. Everything was fresh, tasty and well prepared. What impressed me the most was the hotel staff. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. Their excellent hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, MaxOne Batam offers great value for money with clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Batam! 🌟

Overall, it was quite an unpleasant experience. 1. Booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. We specifically booked a non-smoking room, and the receptionist clearly confirmed that the room assigned to us was non-smoking. We even signed the T&C agreement. However, we later found out that the room was actually a smoking room. Ridiculous! We ended up staying one night in that room and, thankfully, after making a complaint, the hotel managed to arrange a non-smoking room for us the following day. 2. Avoid booking a connecting room unless you’re travelling with friends or family. The soundproofing between the connecting rooms is really poor. We could easily hear the guests next door talking and laughing loudly, even after midnight. We had already complained to the receptionist, and although they lowered their voices for a while, the noise started again afterwards and we could still hear them clearly. To be fair, there are some positives: 1. Good location 2. Wide variety of breakfast options 3. Comfortable bed and pillows

Hotel staff is friendly. However, the cleanliness if the rooms are questionable. The bathtub in room 206 is clogged, the rate of water flowing in is much faster than it drains resulting in a flooded shower. There was also stains on the towels and bedsheets.

Good location with many food options nearby. Walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall. Breakfast is superb, delicious local tastes. The room is clean but lacks amenities, especially hand towels and hairdryers.
