Reste ici avec ma mère. Absolutement aimé mon séjour! L'hôtel est propre, sent bon, les lits sont grands et confortables, la toilette était petite mais la pression de la douche était puissance!! Le petit déjeuner était aussi grand! A eu une variété différente pour les 3 jours que j'ai séjourné! La location est aussi magnifique! La distance de marche à One Batam Mall et abt 10-15 mins saisir le chemin à tous les autres centres. Vous reviendrez certainement ici pour mon prochain voyage de batam!

The hotel is clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here. The lobby is very bright and spacious. There is also an Indomaret just around a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. Even though there are not many food places or restaurants nearby, it was not a problem for us since we were using a motorbike.

J'ai passé une nuit au Wyndham Panbil Batam et ce fut un séjour vraiment reposant. L'établissement est niché à l'écart des zones animées, ce qui lui confère un calme absolu et en fait une véritable oasis de tranquillité. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable, avec une jolie vue sur le jardin qui contribuait à l'atmosphère sereine. Le lit était confortable et la chambre semblait bien entretenue. Ce qui m'a le plus marqué, c'est l'environnement : la verdure, le calme environnant et un rythme de vie plus paisible qu'en ville. Un endroit idéal pour se déconnecter. Le service était correct et le personnel accueillant. Les installations sont également très complètes, permettant de profiter pleinement de l'hôtel sans avoir besoin de sortir. Le seul bémol est son emplacement : l'hôtel n'est pas proche des principaux commerces ni des restaurants, il vous faudra donc prévoir un moyen de transport si vous souhaitez vous déplacer. En résumé, une excellente option si votre objectif est de vous détendre plutôt que de partir à la découverte de la ville.

Nice hotel with Spacious apartment and comfortable beds and pillows. Good view with balcony. Hot water not very hot but acceptable. Very good service and friendly staff. We asked for extra hair dryer and they sent immediately although it's already midnight. Location wise it's further from Nagoya Hill but it's quite easy and cheap to get a Grab ride. Buffet breakfast is quite good with choices of asian and western dishes They even have a counter for Yao Char Koey!

Excellent family resort with spacious villas, beautiful sea views, and friendly staff. Our group had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the facilities, atmosphere, and hospitality throughout the trip. The only challenge was the buggy service, where waiting times could be quite long, especially during busy hours. A more efficient buggy dispatch system or additional buggies would make the guest experience even better. Thank you to the team for a memorable stay. We look forward to visiting again.

The place is peaceful and quiet, not much people and we enjoyed the pool. There is a lot of things to do so you wont get bored. We try the kayaking and its very fun . My daughter loves to swim so we swim the whole time. Breakfast spread is ok, we dont eat much so we are ok with what on the buffet. Going to City will take 45mins by grab, but its ok coz fare not expensive. Over all we enjoy the place, staff are polite and friendly.

Booked the escape room which comes with Wellness body massage. This was previously Swiss Bel-inn hotel. I spent most of my time at Eska Spa there. It is about 5 mins ride to Nagoya Hill hotel. Breakfast was included in my package, and it is sufficient for a night stay. But I was utterly disappointed at the front desk service and the room. While I arrived early (around 12 plus), they said to come back after 2pm and not suggesting anything else on what to do during the wait. I am working in hotel line for over a decade, and honestly, I wished the girls had done better. I had to ask where the spa was, and after confused while, I managed to find it. The lift was being fixed when I arrived, and glass sliding door to the staircase was not working. I had reached out to the spa team the day before, as instructed in this channel, to book a slot. But they also did not get back to me, and was debating on whether the inclusion was correct or not. After about 10 minutes of waiting while the spa girls checked with Front desk, I said I had intended to buy 6-in-1 package. Only then I was given much attention (I was the only guest in the spa, by the way). And they then realised I was also a member. Things got better at the spa, but for the room, it was smelt of cigarettes. I could not stand the strong smell and the poor bell hop tried to spray the room with Glade, but it did not help. He brought an air purifier after I mentioned it, and then I decided to leave the room to Nagoya mall. Upon my return, the smell was much better, though the cigarettes smell is found on the pillows. There is a nice cafe and swimming pool, but I did not get to utilise them. Also, apparently there's two wings, and both wings have the same room numbers. I was given the old wing at the corner and I can hear the doors of my neighbours opening and closing. On my last day, there was a manager going around while we are having breakfast and he surprised me as I was eating when he approached. He greeted others as well as he went on his rounds at the restaurant. A good presentation. Anyway, for a night stay, it is sufficient because you don't have to leave the property if you intend to spend a whole spa day there.

Good location with many food options nearby. Walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall. Breakfast is superb, delicious local tastes. The room is clean but lacks amenities, especially hand towels and hairdryers.
