- À l'arrivée, j'ai attendu 15 minutes pour que le personnel arrive pour m'aider. Puis j'ai dû louer ma propre lit pour dormir dans un lit fait et maintenant le suivant; - Lorsque j'ai réservé la chambre mixte, je pensais que je partagerais la chambre avec des gens de mon âge, voyageant et explorant, comme dans chaque auberge, Mais il n'est pas même pas proche.. - Mon point de charge USB et la lumière de nuit ne fonctionnent pas. - La nuit, je sens les bars du lit par le maillot dans mon dos. - Les lave-linge sont inhygiéniques, donc je n'ose même pas laver mes vêtements dans eux - je pensais qu'il y aurait une « cuisine », mais c'est aussi très décevant d'être honnête. - Il y a un odeur de bacon et de pizza partout et il est dans mon manteau et toutes mes vêtements maintenant. - La chambre sent incroyablement. Il y avait des sacs pleins de canons de bière vides dans la chambre hier soir. Mais aussi un odeur de vêtements sueurs et sales. - Il est super chaud et stuffy dans la chambre et vous ne pouvez même pas obtenir un peu d'air frais, car vous pouvez ouvrir les fenêtres juste un peu. - La salle de bain sent l'urine et c'est très malsain. Même après que les nettoyeurs l'ont nettoyée. Alors maintenant je vais à l'auberge de camping urbain pour prendre une douche là, parce que c'est juste... malsain.

J'ai réservé 18 nuits ici (1er semestre pour vacances et 2er semestre pour traitement médical). Il y a un gars élevé au récepteur qui est très gentil et il a fait un arrangement pour moi juste après avoir dit à lui ma situation, apprécié. Il y a une malcommunication avec une autre dame recevable et j'ai décidé de parler à la dame manager au lieu, elle est très compréhensible et réparer rapidement la question. Je recommande aux personnes qui voyagent à Copenhague avec un budget ou vous prévoyez un séjour plus long ici, le prix par nuit est raisonnable avec un petit déjeuner simple et décent.

La métro est très confortable, l'hôtel étant littéralement à quelques pas de la gare finale de la ligne M4 Blue et le terminal de croisière n'est qu'un bus de 15 minutes de route. La zone est en pleine construction, mais il y avait une belle vue sur le soleil et la lune notre première nuit. Le seul côté de cette localité est que pour aller aux magasins, restaurants et ainsi de suite, vous devez vraiment sauter sur le métro, car il n'y avait vraiment rien à pied. La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. La télévision n'a pas contenu de chaînes ni de divertissements, et elle n'était pas vraiment bien configurée, donc c'était une grande déception.

Really nice new hotel. Kudos for the bedding, often in Denmark the bed is made like you are at a hostel, but here it is really nice. The room is small, but sufficient l, and the bathroom is nice with an enclosed walk in shower. Huge tv and floor to roof windows makes it a pleasant room to stay at. It is simple and I don’t think I would recommend a longer stay, but for that the Residence inn is right next door. Nordhavn is a new area, but with lots of restaurants, shops and cafes. I can recommend Husted wine bar. Free nice breakfast is a plus.

Neat enough old hotel in the heart of Copenhagen near all things of interest, we enjoyed being able to walk out and find food, transport, parks and shops close by. The hotel itself is a classic old Copenhagen building which shows its age and while I'm sure some find it charming, I would say it's a bit below the standard you come to expect from more modern buildings. The staff was friendly and wanted to accommodate us although the cleaning staff seemed so into their own business that they wouldn't even notice us as we tried getting into the hotel's single elevator, rushing in before us so we almost collided as it didn't seem they were gonna come back inside the lift having just exited. No polite apologies either and on top of that the hallway was at almost all times we came through them, day or night, full of trolleys with used towels, jackets hanging on random hooks and generally just felt cluttered. Don't know if this was on all floors but it gave a weird impression disorder walking through the already-creaky hallway. As for the room itself, it covered our needs and we didn't have issues with noises from other guests other than those walking through the hallway but at least the walls, floor and ceiling didn't cause disturbance. The beds were a little too soft for our liking and left us feeling sore the day after. Also a shame we didn't get the double-bed we had requested during the booking process. Somehow they mixed that up and reception staff didn't seem to know what our booking involved when we showed up. We decided the twin beds provided could be pushed together instead and leave it at that as we had been up at 4 in the morning and were exhausted. A final note on the room would be the weird furniture choices. You get these bed side tables that look like a school kid's wood working project, kind of rough around the edges and felt very cheap and sort of sloppy from a decorating point of view. In contrast, the reception cafe has a wonderful interior and is very charming so I was a fair bit disappointed that the room gave me this impression. All in all, the hotel covered the features it should but I had really expected better from the impression I got when making the booking originally. Location is, however, enough of a pull to make up for the negative aspects. Perfect location for sightseeing and access everywhere.
