We had an initial issue with our air conditioning not working but the team at the hotel moved us to another room which was much cooler. Staff are very nice and the breakfast is amazing value. Very close to the station and metro so ideal if you want to travel the area as we did. Iseo on the lakes a great day out by train.

The location is an easy solution to go downtown by public transport: the bus station (bus line n.10) is in front of the hotel and the underground station (Ospedale) is just a few minute walk. The room was comfortable and large, and so was the bathroom. Our room on the 4th floor had a screened terrace with private table and chairs, next to the swimming pool, open in summer only. The room was really quiet, no noise coming from the roads nearby. Breakfast was fine with a fair offer of sweets, cheese, eggs, charcuterie, juices and yogurt. No fresh fruit nor vegetables were available, we would have loved it. Finally, the hotel staff was kind and helpful.

Hotel peggiore mai trovato in tutta la mia vita, non tanto per l’aspetto ma per il personale e la gestione. Prenotiamo per Pasqua 3 camere di cui 2 triple più tre culle e 1 singola con cena inclusa, arriviamo la mattina dove un ragazzo alla reception ci conferma che la cena c’era nonostante ovunque ci fosse scritto che la domenica era chiuso il ristorante. Alle 19 scendiamo per la cena e nessuno ci considera, aspettiamo quasi 40 minuti e decidiamo di rivolgerci noi alla ragazza in reception che ci dice che il ristorante è chiuso e che non avrebbe potuto darci nulla perché aveva un macchinario rotto, passano 20 minuti , il tempo che noi cerchiamo un ristorante per Pasqua per 11 persone, torna la ragazza e ci dice che avremmo potuto cenare con affettati !?!?!?! Con tre bimbe sotto i due anni mi pare poco consono. La notte dormiamo in 4 in un letto matrimoniale perché la culla non ci è stata data, una notte infernale, un ****** assurdo. La mattina andiamo a colazione dove una famiglia a noi sconosciuta, si stava lamentando perché alle 1 di notte sono stati costretti a cambiare non una ma ben DUE camere. Veniamo via molto scontenti e chiediamo un rimborso, rimborso negato dal titolare con tanto di bugie riportate in una mail scritta. Addirittura siamo stati accusati di aver usufruito di una bottiglia di acqua non pagata, mi chiedo dove posso averla presa visto che nelle camere non era presente il frigo bar, oltretutto ci è stato detto che abbiamo infastidito durante la colazione, ma non eravamo noi. J'avais une chambre avec vue sur le rêve. La chambre et la salle de bains je me trouvais relativement vieille. L'air conditionné n'avait pas non plus beaucoup de rendement contre la chaleur. L'ensemble de l'immeuble fonctionnait comme une machine à temps dans les années 30. Mais : Tous les employés de l'hôtel étaient vraiment très aimables et très utiles. C'était une grande classe.

we stayed in hilton brescia for almost two weeks. When we arrived there, they said that we have wrong reservation because we had two adults king room so it is not possible have baby in that room. We needed to pay 116€ extra to get another room (So we needed to pay two rooms). But now when we are in home we looked up for hilton brescia site and we were right that there is information that children up to 18 years stays free if they use existing beds(as it is in many hilton hotels). So they did wrong when they charged this 116€ from us and didin’t even listen to us. Also the service from that women in the desk was very rude, she didin’t tell any info about hotel for example breakfeast or nothing. She just asked our credit card to pay this extra room. Next day the hotel manager gave us bigger room with extra costs for the rest of the holiday which is also wrong because there is this text in hilton site that it should have been ok with two adults room and baby without any extra costs of baby. So we really are disapointed and wanted to fix this from hilton because it should have been free to have 1 year old baby with us as it is said in hilton site. But we just got those rude answers again and not any refund etc. So be careful if you go to this hotel. Only good thing in this hotel was the Patiewce who was housekeeper in our room for whole holiday and really made a perfect job and always talked to us. One day we had another housekeeper and after that our room was dirty so it is only that one housekeeper who does this perfect job and deserves all the credits. From other staff the service is really bad and doesn’t fullfil hilton standards. I Wouldn’t have though that also from the general Hilton customer service would have been this bad in this case when we never had problems before. They just washed their hands in this case without even trying to fix it just forwarded it to brescia hilton which gave these same answers again and again. Also in other hilton hotels we visited in this trip wondered how was this possible somewhere when the standard is that baby stays free in room up to 18 years old as it is said in hilton page. And it was ok in every other hilton in Europe.

Peu d'expérience, je ne comprends pas, pourquoi avoir une telle structure, est-il pas de viser l'excellence? ... Chambre sale. Piscine douche ,entourée de muffa , sols sales, bidet détaché de la terre, air conditionné, à garder bas au point d'être insuffisant, puisque à 2/3 , j'ai enregistré un audio pour ceux qui ne croyaient pas, vous avez l'impression d'être bord piste de un aéroport. Materassoise ( 2 personnes pour faire un mariage) complètement évacué, encore avec les moines, et haute 15 cm..... impossible de reposer, autre que le topper, le pire Spritz jamais bu, il n'y a pas de bariste, attendez avec patience, Que celui qui est en réception, entre un appel et un compte, peut vous servir. Réduisez l'offre à des prix injustifiables, vous ne pouvez pas mettre un L eau 3€ si ce n'est en cas de marques excellentes, particulières ou autres. Ici l'eau est servie en bouteilles bleues gazeuses, blanche si naturel rempli de la spine!!!! Personnel auxquels vous ne pouvez pas sourire ou parler en prière. Petit-déjeuner 7.00....mezzo buffet qui se remplit lentement dans les minutes suivantes, de sorte que le petit-déjeuner devient un pas à pas plutôt qu'un moment agréable. Buffet et offre à la limite , peu assorti. Peut-être devriez-vous voir les buffets et petits déjeuners À UN VÉRIEL 4☆. Bien sûr, je n'ai pas choisi cette structure, mais ma société, en appréciant qu'un 4 étoiles ..........no! Dédiez-vous à ce que vous avez l'air de votre véritable vocation. Chambres à heures, faites de couples et de couples qui ne regardent certainement pas les chambres.
