Nous avons séjourné ici pour un week-end pour les filles à Salem. C'était un hôtel moyen. Nous avons la chambre du roi avec 2 lits de toddler, et les lits de toddler sont exacts. Notre chambre a besoin d'une rénovation. Nous avons une télé à distance pour 2 TV, il n'y avait pas de photos sur le mur, juste ancrages de mur vides, notre baignoire a été séparée lentement, les excursions sortaient du mur, les tables latérales avaient tous des coups et des peintures manquantes. Il y avait un miroir juste dans la salle de bain, où les amis avaient une chambre double et 3 miroirs! Nous étions au deuxième étage et nous avions un petit vol d'escalier pour monter. Nous avions un balcon, mais pas de chaises sur elle. Le salon était très confortable, le salon était très confortable et très confortable. Les gens ivres crient, les enfants courent et les portes bouillantes nous ont réveillés toutes les 3 nuits que nous avons séjournés ici. Les options Starbucks dans le lobby étaient belles, mais coûteuses. $6.29 pour un grand café. My husband, mom and I selected this hotel for two reasons. 1) It was a suite at a good price with nice separation of space. 2) It was 30 minutes away from Berklee College of Music by car, given traffic, every day at every time of the day. lol. The photos on the website are very accurate. NEGATIVES: The only negative comments I have is of the flooring in our penthouse room, 1024. The rugs were old, not very clean and had a faint odor because of it. I made sure to wear slippers. I'm a hotel snob, so the rugs bugged me the whole trip. The floor boards squeaked when the person sleeping in the loft walked around and there were a couple areas on the ceilings that had chipped plaster. Due likely to age and an old water leak that went unrepaired. OPINION OF SUITE: The suite has the feel of a condo, with great allocation of space and a fireplace. The sofa was large, stain free and a pull-out. Each bedroom space had a king size bed and television. The living room also had a T.V. The full kitchen was very clean. The bathrooms were very clean. The mattresses and linen were very clean and comfortable. The hotel grounds were very quite and parking was very close to every bldg. no matter where you parked. THE STAFF: I cannot speak highly enough of the staff! Their excellent service and pleasant demeanor prompted me to write this review! They make this place wonderful to stay at from the moment you walk in! Rosemary had our room keys waiting for us because we were a 7 am check-in. The night staff made sure they auto checked us in at midnight the evening before as they promised they would do. Stacy greeted us happily as she was entering the bldg. at 8 am. I thought, boy, the lady sure is nice and discovered later that she worked there. Justine, also at the front desk made chocolate chip cookies every night for guest to grab, and didn't make me feel guilty for taking more than one. THE FREE BREAKFAST: The breakfast staff were awesome as well! They were very friendly and made turkey sausage for my husband every morning because of his major allergy to pork. The food and dining areas stayed spotless, even with several guests bustling in and out. There was a different selection of hot breakfast sandwiches, eggs, potatoes, waffles and oatmeal with all the fixings daily. Bottled water, juices, yogurt and fruit stayed stocked. The coffee stayed hot and available 24 hours a day. AMENITIES: The laundry room is $2 a wash/dry. The fitness room is small but very clean with nice newer equipment and hand weights. NEARBY; Costco is literally within walking distance across from the parking lot, as well as a TGIF restaurant, which also provided great service, good food and stayed open until 1 am! There is a 3rd restaurant in the parking lot as well. We didn't eat there. This hotel is out and away with an industrial feel to it, and right off the highway. Buildings 10 and 11 face the Hwy. We stayed in Bldg. 10, and although we heard the cars it wasn't nerve wrecking.

La maison est très bien située, mais elle est très bien située. Je voyage à Boston chaque semaine sur ordre et c'est ainsi que je reste dans cet hôtel tout à l'heure. La nuit dernière, quand j'étais relaxant et j'avais une tasse de vin, le verre m'a éteint la main et je suis allé jeter sur le lit. J'ai dû utiliser un toilet pour couvrir ce côté du lit afin de pouvoir dormir sur le lit jusqu'au matin. J'ai eu contact avec le bureau de front à 7 heures ce matin avant de travailler pour leur faire savoir que j'avais besoin de ma feuille de lit changée en raison de la boisson. La dame au bureau de front m'a assuré qu'elle sera modifiée avant de rentrer. Quand je suis revenu du travail à 15 h et rentré dans ma chambre, la feuille de lit n'est pas encore modifiée. J'ai appelé le bureau de front, pour savoir pourquoi elle n'a pas été modifiée. BILL au bureau de front répondit au téléphone et m'a dit que, je ne reste pas plus de 4 jours, donc ma chambre ne peut pas être propre. J'ai dû lui dire encore une fois que j'avais arrêté au bureau de front plus tôt aujourd'hui pour leur dire pourquoi j'avais besoin de changer ma feuille de lit. D'ici là, il est devenu condescendant et répétez ce qu'il a dit plus tôt de moi ne restant pas plus de 4 jours, et comme je voulais dire que je descendrai les escaliers pour recueillir le lit, il pend le téléphone sur mon oreille. Je vous demanderai encore une fois pourquoi il m'a posé le téléphone, il n'a pas choisi le téléphone. Après cela, je suis descendu les escaliers pour lui parler personnellement, et tout ce qu'il pouvait dire est, ”Je n'ai pas arrêté le téléphone, je pensais que vous étiez arrêté, peut-être le téléphone a été déconnecté”. C'est la pire expérience que j'ai jamais eue dans un hôtel Hilton et je ne resterai jamais ici.

Nous avons eu un excellent séjour au Briar Barn Inn. Notre suite royale ordinaire était propre et confortable mais aussi abondante chambre. Le lit était parmi les plus confortables que nous ayons jamais dormi. Il s'agit d'une 15-20 minutes de route vers Crane Beach ($40 par voiture) et d'une 20-minute Voyage vers Plum Island ($20 par voiture). C'était notre première expérience de New England Inn, et c'était une très bonne. Le restaurant a été fermé pour le 4 juillet alors que nous étions là.

C'est un hôtel récent situé en plein milieu de tout à Salem, MA. J'étais déjà venu ici pour vérifier leur toit et je voulais y passer la nuit depuis. Ma chambre, bien que petite, était très chaleureuse et confortable. Le lit était très confortable et la pression de l'eau était super. (La pression de l'eau est très importante pour moi.) L'hôtel Salem était accueillant, sympathique et très serviable. J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour.

Nous n'avons pas séjourné ici depuis avant la pandémie. Nous sommes venus visiter la famille. La chambre que nous avions était assez spacieuse et bien désignée. Le principal lobby a un feu de gaz, mais il n'est pas vraiment un endroit qui invite le salon. Le personnel est tout à fait très aimable. Le bar ne doit pas être manqué, grâce à Alex, le barman! Il est ami et charmant. Et skip dessert pendant que vous êtes sorti et avez le gâteau chaud de chocolat et un cocktail au bar pendant que vous chattez avec Alex.
