J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel quelques jours, et mon expérience est très agréable en général. La position de l'hôtel est très pratique, à proximité du centre-ville et des points de transport public, donc je peux facilement arriver à tous les endroits de la ville. En outre, il y a beaucoup de restaurants et de magasins autour de l'hôtel, ce qui me donne beaucoup de confort.

Not sure exactly who the screaming lady is, but be careful when you arrive as you might fall on one of her bad days and thankfully we could drive back to London when they cancelled our reservation but someone else might have a proper disappoin**ent. Little recap: - informed the hotel we don’t know the arrival time either 1pm or 4/5pm. Due to hiking and being unable to check in mid day 3pm - came at 1pm and parked at a guest car park, knocked the door/waited and sent *********** message, no phone answer. - whoever the manager/old lady came screaming at us when we were leaving. And I mean running down the street asking why we left our car. Informing her we are guests and don’t need a check in just leaving a car didn’t help. She continued screaming with all kind of nonsense including that we had to put a written note saying we are guests - because knocking, ringing, messaging and her standing right in front of us was not enough. While screaming she stormed away asking how many rooms we have. We had 1 room at a price of 211 pounds a night…nice, right. - hotel wrote to me saying we were “approached” due to us not letting them know the car registration number (ok we kind of forgot) but we specified the car. Only 2 cars at the b&b parking accommodating 6 in total were there at the time. 2 including ours. I replied that the manager war very rude, we didn’t know about the number and if we need to inform them when we actually come (back to that hike:)) - we went hiking at Dover cliffs with (if anyone has been) no mobile reception. To come back at 7 to find out our reservation was cancelled :) I literally can’t explain how rude, aggressive she was. I genuinely was just shocked…well we, 3 people were there. It was such a minor little issue which did not need such behaviour. Happy end for us for sure! So thankful they cancelled, we thought we will come back to scratched car with blown up tyres.

L'hôtel n'est pas un type très fréquenté et dispose généralement de chambres. Les sanitaires de la chambre sont corrects, et la chambre côté mer dispose d'un canapé-lit suffisant pour accueillir un adulte. Il y a un restaurant au premier étage, et il y a de la nourriture occidentale à base de steak. Ce n'est pas très proche de la ville de Douvres à pied, c'est à environ 1 km. La chambre est confortable et très confortable, avec une suite qui est à la recherche de notre établissement. La maison est très bien entretenue et soignée, une très belle location et un très bon personnel. Il aurait été bon de savoir à l'avance qu'il y aurait tant d'escaliers pour monter/démonter (nous étions au niveau le plus haut - 2e), mais nous avons réussi sans aucun problème. Ne hésitez pas à réserver ce B&B pour votre séjour!
