L'hôtel est très propre et très bien décoré pour le rendre accueillant et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était composé de pains doux, jambons, céréales, yoghurt, pain multi céréales et œufs durs cuits. Il était très agréable et rempli. Les mattresses étaient très confortables également. Nous avons fait une grande choix en sélectionnant cet hôtel.

Passé deux jours entiers à El Chalten pour faire des voyages de jour. L'arrivée par bus à El Calafat. Cet hôtel était à quelques pas du terminal de bus et à quelques pas du début de la tour de Laguna Torre. Vibe chaude et confortable. Personnel aimable. Le petit déjeuner est très intéressant. L'hôtel est confortable. Les voisins bruyants peuvent entendre une goutte de pin dans les chambres voisines. Voir le Mont Fitz Roy de notre chambre face nord. À la fin de la journée, il était un endroit confortable et lumineux pour rentrer après une journée pleine de marche.

Pros: 1) Excellent hiking tips from the front desk and from Ignacio (resident hiking expert) that gives trail advice for varying weather conditions. He helped us find short windows of clear views during stretches of cloudy weather so we could be at the right place at the right time to increase our chances of seeing fitz roy and the Torres. They even gave us a topographical hiking map and were way more informative than the visitor center 2) delicious food -- free breakfast has homemade muffins and cookies with fruit, bacon, custom eggs . Had a lunch that was good. Even bar cocktails were delicious, and a free welcome drink is included. 3) since the hotel is on a hill, the hotel rooms on the second floor have great views of the mountains or the valley (but this also means the wind can be noisy). 4) the 2 hot tubs and the sauna are great. 5) service overall was superb. Has turndown service. Restaurant was friendly. Front desk helps you book shuttles or taxis. Even has a WhatsApp number that you can message with questions or requests. 6) close to laguna torre trailhead, la tapera restaurant and Los asadores restaurant. 7) lots of seating area and a nice lounge with games and books on the second floor (for rainy days). 8) has parking lot Cons: 1) wifi is slow (same internet provider in entire town so beyond their control but definitely don't expect to be able to do any video meetings. 2) on a hill and farther walk from the bus station and farther from the trailhead for laguna de Los tres (although the better hike is to take a taxi and start at rio eléctrico and go to laguna de Los tres from there and hike into el chalten to the hotel. Overall, highly recommended!

Clean newer place across the street from the Laguna Torre trailhead and a 12 minute walk to the Fitz Ray trailhead. Someone gave some thought to what hikers want when traveling. There are lots of plugins for electrical devices near the bed, in the kitchen, in the shelving in the hallway. The receptors accept European, US, and Argentina plugs. There is a microwave, toaster, stove top, and fridge. The rooms are large with good light and air flow. The beds are good. There is a rainfall shower. The towels are high quality. There is a heated towel dryer. There is free parking near the rooms. It is easy to walk to any store or restaurant in town. Consider booking a bus through the hotel if you do not have a car.

Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour de 5 nuits à Poincenot! J'avais oublié que nous avons réservé une chambre double, donc à l'entrée, je me demandais si elles ont une chambre avec lits doubles au lieu, sans vraiment espérer trop. La dame à la réception s'est en fait rendue au-dessus et au-delà, s'est montée et a vérifié quelques chambres pour nous, bien que nous ayons finalement besoin de prendre la chambre double qui était bien. Le petit déjeuner était très bon tous les jours, pas trop d'option mais peut faire de votre matin aller à l'abri. Nous avons mis les lits jumeaux ensemble et le lendemain, quand nous sommes revenus, ils l'ont fait un lit double en ajoutant une maternelle supplémentaire, quelle étoile! Je recommande vivement cet endroit - bien qu'il soit un peu à pied de la gare de bus, mais vous serez entouré de restaurants et de magasins.
