Fairly central location Very modern looking hotel Friendly staff Comfortable room with enough amenities and easy to use everything. Would happily stay again if and when I visit Ningbo again

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

Chaque fois que je vis, cet hôtel sélectionné est bon, l'environnement est bon, le service est meilleur, la réception nous proposera un service de lave-vaisselle gratuit, les cuisinières seront bien préparées, très bien

L'hôtel est très surpris, la chambre est très grande et propre, le petit déjeuner est très délicieux, le poisson frit est particulièrement délicieux, les remorques sont plus agréables, la tête du lit a une charge sans fil, en particulier le service est très bon! Le temps de séjour était plus tôt le jour, la chambre à l'intérieur de la chambre a été ouverte. Il devrait être le patron et la réception qui disent que les filles ne sont pas trop confiantes et je me sens très intime. Parking gratuit, il y a un magasin confortable et un restaurant délicieux de Hangzhou, un hôtel très bon rapport qualité-prix!

La chambre est propre et sanitaire, le parking est grand, vous pouvez parker gratuitement ici, ce petit déjeuner est nombreux, tous les types de buffets, le prix de la chambre est également bon marché, le voyage à Ningbo est essentiellement ici, la petite frère de la réception est également relativement gentille et l'attitude de service est ok. Il y a un endroit pour charger ici, je me sens toujours bien. Maintenant, il est vraiment de plus en plus pratique de voyager. Il y a beaucoup de plats à manger autour

La décoration de l'hôtel est super, c'est mon style préféré. La chambre est une fenêtre de terrain, la vue est également très large, il y a un séjour très confortable, le personnel de l'hôtel est très enthousiaste, actif, très poli, il y a aussi des plats de soins de la peau prêtés, le service est super, les installations sont complètes, les produits de chambre sont très confortables, il y a une bonne qualité du sommeil ici.

L'hôtel est bien hygiénique et bien gérée, et ce qui est fait dans le service est très bien, ce qui est toujours très reconnu. La réception gère rapidement et très efficacement le séjour et présente les informations très détaillées. Je vois que je suis venu pour m'aider à faire une tasse pour éviter le bon gâteau. Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel est très riche et de nombreuses variétés méritent de être recommandées. Il y a beaucoup de bons endroits en plein air et un très bon endroit pour manger le petit déjeuner est un peu très confortable au soleil maintenant. Le parking de l'hôtel est très confortable, les installations sont très confortables autour de la rue, le service est enthousiaste et attentif. Lorsque les serveurs sont en contact avec nous, ils vont nous saluer, Très poliment bien, il vaut la peine de recommander!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Centrally located, with shopping, restaurants, and public transportation, it was extremely convenient (right next to the Catholic church, a great landmark for ease of walking). The room was well designed and spacious, with a fantastic view of the square. The bed was extremely comfortable, the rain shower had great water pressure, the heat for winter was perfect, and even the toilet seat was heated! (Just a note, the check-in for the hotel is on the third floor so you must enter the side lobby and take the elevator up). Our room included breakfast and it was really well done with a lot of various options. Overall, we would stay here again the next time we are in Ningbo.
