After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

this hotel was very pretty especially the room i choose the window The bathtub everything was great. But on the other hand the room did not have table and chair? Did they take it or something in the photos i can see it so whenever i ordered waimai i had no place to eat it. First day the room service quality was very low so i went to the receptionist to request for a better clean up after that the cleaning was great. Since im a foreigner i couldnt eat the breakfast that was a bummer overall the room was pretty and the receptionist was nice. The one handling the wechat was the best lady her attitude and they was she handled things was very kind

Le patron est très bien, enthousiaste, et nous a mis à jour le modèle de la chambre. Le berger est un bâtiment unique, pas dans le village, pas dans la chambre des villageois, le bâtiment est tous les chambres, adapté à la famille, à la construction, le petit jardin est très adapté à la barbecue, à quelques minutes de marche, le tunnel pétrolier de la chaussure de la mer voisine peut aussi marcher, le barbecue de petit déjeuner est délicieux, C'est bon.

I had a wonderful stay at JI Hotel in Ningbo. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, but what truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service from the receptionist, Mao Shan (毛闪). She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment we arrived. During the check-in process, she was extremely patient, taking the time to help us with every detail and making sure everything went smoothly. She worked diligently and efficiently, always with a warm smile, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. She also recommended the breakfast buffet in the hotel that turned out to be fantastic. Her kindness, dedication, and excellent customer service left a lasting impression on us. Thank you, Mao Shan (毛闪), for making our stay so pleasant. JI Hotel is fortunate to have such an outstanding team member, and I would gladly stay here again because of the excellent service we received.

La chambre est très nouvelle, assez grande, proche de la gare, l'effet d'isolement sonore est très bon. Le seul défaut est que le climatisation est trop froide et le vent chaud n'a pas réagi. Les équipements de chargement sont très peu aimables. L'accès Wifi à l'hôtel n'est pas obligatoire pour le logiciel Wifi. Il est recommandé de revenir à la connexion Wi-Fi.

房間很好很舒適，房間很大，而且還有投影有按摩床，不僅乾濕分離還有智能馬桶，視野開闊，出門就是市中心，去哪裡都很方便，性價比挺高的，下次還會再來

J'ai séjourné ici à de nombreuses reprises ; le cadre et la propreté sont excellents, c'est économique et l'accueil à la réception est très agréable.

Situé à proximité d'un quartier commerçant, à deux pas de la place Tianyi, avec des restaurants populaires et un cinéma juste derrière l'immeuble, et la station de métro à environ 10 minutes à pied, cet hôtel est incroyablement pratique. Une carte est nécessaire pour accéder à l'étage. Si vous souhaitez laisser vos bagages, vous pouvez les confier à la charmante dame du service d'entretien ; elle est très serviable ! L'étage supérieur offre une vue magnifique.

En mars de cette année, mon amoureux et moi avons conduit pendant environ 1h30 de Ningbo jusqu'à une famille d'accueil. Nous avons vu beaucoup de mauvaises critiques avant de nous enregistrer, nous étions donc un peu hésitants, mais nous avons quand même décidé d'essayer. Après l'enregistrement, le serveur nous a gentiment aidé à livrer nos bagages dans la chambre. La chambre que nous avions réservée disposait d'une piscine thermale extérieure de taille appropriée et d'air frais. Nous pouvions sortir prendre un bain dès que nous mettions nos maillots de bain, ce qui était très confortable. Il n'y a pas de restaurant dans le B&B, vous devez donc vous rendre à l'hôtel Tianmingshan Hot Spring à côté pour les repas. La réception a aidé à appeler une navette pour venir vous chercher. La nourriture à l'hôtel est bonne, mais le prix est un peu élevé et il n'y a pas assez de personnel de service. Après le dîner, nous avons fait une promenade relaxante pour retourner à la cabane. L'expérience globale est bonne et je reviendrai la prochaine fois.
