Hôtels 5 étoiles à Ningbo

This was a lovely hotel in some ways but it’s also a bit misleading. We had an upgrade and our room was lovely the bed was superb and the bathroom was beautiful. The staff were super helpful and a credit to the hotel group. The staff did everything possible to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and we’re very happy to help us with anything we needed. The location is in a somewhat rundown scenic area that is themed to look like a Chinese water town but so many things are closed and it lacked atmosphere. The promotional video doesn’t match what it was like. We did stay when weather was bad (raining all the 2 days) during the week and not in a holiday period so having not much to do on site and it being very quiet did impact the experience. However we did use the time just to recharge and relax in the very comfortable room as we had a few energetic days walking in our previous location. I would also say the activities that were on catered to children so I think this is more a family holiday destination and probably great if you have a car which we didn’t. Little touches that were nice was some complimentary fruit on arrival, the afternoon tea and some lovely local snacks given to us when we checked out.

Les lits sont confortables. La climatisation de la chambre familiale n'était pas très puissante, mais suffisante pour bien dormir. Celle de la chambre double était adéquate. Les enfants ont adoré les lits superposés de la chambre familiale, grimpant et descendant comme des singes. Les chaussons et les produits de toilette étaient de bonne qualité. * Service : Le directeur, le personnel de la réception et les autres employés étaient très aimables. Eau, en-cas et thé étaient offerts à la réception, en libre-service. * Environnement : Le premier jour, nous sommes allés au parc des zones humides de la baie de Hangzhou (billets inclus avec les chambres doubles), avons loué une trottinette électrique et avons nourri les animaux. Le deuxième jour, nous sommes allés au parc d'attractions Oriental Dawn. Malgré le jour de la Fête nationale, il n'y avait pas foule et les files d'attente pour les attractions étaient courtes. Les enfants se sont bien amusés. P.-S. : Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner au restaurant chinois de l’hôtel étaient délicieux, et les menus proposés sur Dianping (plateforme d’avis chinoise) offraient un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je suggère que l’hôtel inclue également les billets d’entrée au parc des zones humides avec les chambres familiales.

We love this hotel, especially the experience and would give more than 5 stars if we could. There are multiple playgrounds and venues for the children. I would say they have the best and cleanest indoor heated pool in Ningbo and the staff bring a feel of a true International five star hotel. We live in Ningbo and this is our fifth staycation at this hotel because of how much fun we have. I can say that on various occasions the receptionists, concierge in the lounge, supervisors and managers have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome . The previous trip was for my daughter’s birthday, but this time it was for spring festival where we got to make rice, cakes, sign scrolls, even a dragon dance. It was truly special because they didn’t just hire people,it was the entire management team. We had a great time and will be back soon.

Great hotel in a stunning location on Jiulong Lake. We were upgraded to a suite for free upon arrival, the room was spacious with a bath that you could relax in and enjoy the view of the lake. Staff provide excellent customer service, with round the clock support available with a simple message on WeChat. My children loved the indoor soft play and feeding the peacocks, rabbits and geese. The outdoor pool with slides looks like it would be amazing for kids in the summer months. Zhoushan island with stunning beaches is 1hr 30mins drive away, fabulous day out if you are staying for a few days. Would happily stay again!

Sur l'hôtel lui-même, il n'y a pas grand-chose à dire. Il est vraiment très bien et très bien situé par rapport à mes besoins. Le personnel est très bien formé très sympathique les chambres sont très propres et grandes. Petit inconvénient sur les chambres, les mériterait un petit coup de renouveau, elles font un peu dépasser par la structure, mais ça reste tout à fait acceptable et très bien. Le reproche que j'aurais en tant qu'étranger et comme très souvent en Chine l'anglais, car il est assez difficile d'avoir un personnel compétent qui parle anglais alors que c'est quand même un hôtel un grand standing point mais sûrement surtout le reste tout est parfait le petit-déjeuner est vraiment fantastique

C'était la première fois que je conduisais jusqu'à Ningbo, une ville que je ne connaissais absolument pas. Ne sachant pas où loger, j'ai opté pour le Marriott de Ningbo. J'ai appelé l'hôtel pour me renseigner, et Xiao Meng, du service d'assistance téléphonique, m'a répondu avec gentillesse et patience. Après avoir réservé via Ctrip, nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel. Zhang Shuting, à la réception, nous a rapidement enregistrés et nous a offert des fruits de bienvenue. Les installations et les services du Marriott étaient toujours aussi excellents ; un ascenseur était même équipé de boutons en braille. La chambre, située au 35e étage, offrait une vue panoramique sur le pont Jiefang et la rivière Yuyao animée – un spectacle magnifique. La literie et les produits de toilette étaient de très bonne qualité. Comme je suis frileuse et que je ne voulais pas allumer la climatisation, j'ai appelé Xiao Wang du service d'assistance téléphonique en soirée. Elle a rapidement fait en sorte que le service d'étage m'apporte une couverture et deux bouteilles d'eau. La femme de chambre a également refait mon lit rapidement – ​​une attention très appréciable. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, et le personnel était poli, attentionné et souriant. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la dame qui préparait les nouilles ; elle était aimable et charmante. Le Marriott est assurément un excellent choix pour Ningbo.

Je dois absolument féliciter Carle, son service a été impeccable du début à la fin, avec des réponses rapides et professionnelles, on s'est senti vraiment bien accueilli et chaleureux. L'expérience globale a dépassé nos attentes, l'environnement, la propreté et le service étaient irréprochables. Nous envisagerons cet hôtel en priorité pour nos prochains séjours et le recommandons vivement à nos amis qui prévoient de voyager.

We booked the connecting suite at Park Hyatt Ningbo Resort and Spa for our family trip during the May Day holiday. The hotel features breathtaking scenery and a serene Jiangnan-style environment. Although it was extremely crowded in peak holiday time, the service still maintained the top-tier Park Hyatt standard without any compromise. The room is beautifully decorated with pleasant Le Labo Santal 33 sandalwood fragrance everywhere. The in-room service was incredibly responsive and efficient. We accidentally left some clothes upon check-out, and the staff arranged shipment for us right away after being notified. Special sincere thanks go to staff May for her warm, patient and professional service throughout our stay. She made our family holiday trip extra comfortable and memorable. We absolutely love this hotel and will surely come back again soon.

However, there were a couple of areas where the hotel fell short: Toiletry Oversight: Unfortunately, the housekeeping team overlooked the essential toiletries. I missed having a dental kit, comb, body cream, and shower gel. Even the shampoo was absent from the toiletries collection. Tiny Bottles: In the cabinet, I found only tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. While they were functional, I expected more comprehensive amenities. In summary, CITIC Ningbo International Hotel offers a nostalgic charm, excellent location, and stylish ambiance. With a little attention to detail, it could regain its former glory.
