An amazing stay! The staff were incredible - consistently polite, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and really well-designed. The hotel itself is gorgeous and unlike anything I've stayed in before. It's like a small village, full of interesting buildings. Very peaceful. The breakfast was really good and took place in an unusual and impressive dining room. Afternoon tea was lovely, too. The gym was a little basic, but we were still able to get a good workout in every day. It has several cardio machines as well. I don't write reviews very often, but I had such a lovely time that I felt this review was well-deserved!

Propreté : Un sans-faute. Les chambres doubles et familiales étaient impeccables, tout comme les autres espaces communs ; le ménage était méticuleux. * Équipements : Les chambres sont généralement récentes. Les lits sont confortables. La climatisation de la chambre familiale n'était pas très puissante, mais suffisante pour bien dormir. Celle de la chambre double était adéquate. Les enfants ont adoré les lits superposés de la chambre familiale, grimpant et descendant comme des singes. Les chaussons et les produits de toilette étaient de bonne qualité. * Service : Le directeur, le personnel de la réception et les autres employés étaient très aimables. Eau, en-cas et thé étaient offerts à la réception, en libre-service. * Environnement : Le premier jour, nous sommes allés au parc des zones humides de la baie de Hangzhou (billets inclus avec les chambres doubles), avons loué une trottinette électrique et avons nourri les animaux. Le deuxième jour, nous sommes allés au parc d'attractions Oriental Dawn. Malgré le jour de la Fête nationale, il n'y avait pas foule et les files d'attente pour les attractions étaient courtes. Les enfants se sont bien amusés. P.-S. : Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner au restaurant chinois de l’hôtel étaient délicieux, et les menus proposés sur Dianping (plateforme d’avis chinoise) offraient un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je suggère que l’hôtel inclue également les billets d’entrée au parc des zones humides avec les chambres familiales.

We love this hotel, especially the experience and would give more than 5 stars if we could. There are multiple playgrounds and venues for the children. I would say they have the best and cleanest indoor heated pool in Ningbo and the staff bring a feel of a true International five star hotel. We live in Ningbo and this is our fifth staycation at this hotel because of how much fun we have. I can say that on various occasions the receptionists, concierge in the lounge, supervisors and managers have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome . The previous trip was for my daughter’s birthday, but this time it was for spring festival where we got to make rice, cakes, sign scrolls, even a dragon dance. It was truly special because they didn’t just hire people,it was the entire management team. We had a great time and will be back soon.

Great hotel in a stunning location on Jiulong Lake. We were upgraded to a suite for free upon arrival, the room was spacious with a bath that you could relax in and enjoy the view of the lake. Staff provide excellent customer service, with round the clock support available with a simple message on WeChat. My children loved the indoor soft play and feeding the peacocks, rabbits and geese. The outdoor pool with slides looks like it would be amazing for kids in the summer months. Zhoushan island with stunning beaches is 1hr 30mins drive away, fabulous day out if you are staying for a few days. Would happily stay again!

L'hôtel est très bien situé, juste près du lac et pas loin du village de Hanling. Nous avons initialement réservé une salle de vue sur le jardin mais nous avons été mis à jour à une vue sur le lac. Nous avons eu une terrasse et la vue était merveilleuse!!! Le composé est assez grand et grand pour une promenade de soirée. Les chambres sont très confortables et confortables. Le personnel de la réception était également très bien.Très amical quand nous sommes arrivés et très utile pour nous obtenir une voiture de golf pour aller à notre chambre et de notre chambre à la maison de restaurant. La seule petite chose qui pourrait être améliorée à mon avis est la propreté de la chambre. Je suis un peu fou, donc j'ai remarqué quelques choses qui nécessitent l'attention : une petite taille sur le canapé, certaines tailles sur le sol de toilette, et il y avait un petit début de pull derrière les tapis de baignoire. J'aurais aimé que les gars aient des sacs de ruban à l'intérieur.

Globalement bien, mais il faisait un peu chaud le jour de l'arrivée, car la climatisation de la chambre n'était pas encore passée en mode froid. La piscine était super, il y avait même un sauna à l'intérieur, très agréable, une super expérience.

I checked in early in the morning which the hotel didnt have rooms yet, so receptionist Babbby served me very well, complimentary upgrade, complimentary breakfast and arranged to take my luggage to the room when ready while I was out, great service. The only thing is when I got to room 3009 as the corridor end room, , the electricity must have problems, lights could not turn on, the bathroom lights turned on but for 1 sec and turned off itself, I repeated and played around the switch a few times then gave up, so when i was just about to walk out with my luggage, it turns on, the curtain motor closed 2/3 and stopped untill i played around with the switch , suggest hotel to do maintenence for the room or stay away.

Nous avons eu un très bon séjour à la Plaza Crowne, et nous avons été améliorés en une chambre familiale très spacieuse et parfaite pour nos besoins (tour avec deux jeunes enfants). Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. La vue et la position de cet hôtel sont spectaculaires - juste sur l'eau. Mon mari est végétarien (pas de poisson ou de viande) et il y avait beaucoup d'options pour lui au buffet - je ne savais pas si cela au moment de la réservation, mais honnêtement il y avait tellement d'options excellentes et diverses pour lui. Nous dirions l'un des meilleurs buffets en termes d'options végétariennes que nous avons connues en Chine.

With professionalism and attention to detail, she introduced the hotel’s amenities and kindly recommended an upgrade to the Lakeside Suite—a decision that immersed us in a dreamlike Jiangnan experience far beyond our expectations. The Lakeside Suite framed Dongqian Lake like a living ink-wash painting. Each morning, we opened the floor-to-ceiling windows to mist-kissed waters resembling a classical scroll; by dusk, the lake shimmered in amber hues under the setting sun, dotted with distant sailboats. Inside, the suite masterfully balanced traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary comfort—exquisitely carved screens divided the tranquil living space, embroidered cushions complemented modern art pieces, and the freestanding bathtub by the window created the illusion of floating above the lake. The smart bedside control system, allowing us to adjust lighting and curtains with a touch, harmonized technology with timeless elegance. May’s service was nothing short of impeccable. Noticing our preference for quiet mornings, she proactively adjusted housekeeping schedules. When we expressed interest in local flavors, she not only recommended authentic Ningbo restaurants but also hand-drew a map of nearby attractions. These thoughtful, personalized touches transformed a routine stay into a heartfelt experience. At checkout, a carefully prepared gift and a handwritten note from May added the perfect sentimental farewell. Park Hyatt Ningbo redefines luxury through details—not in opulent extravagance, but in the artful fusion of cultural heritage, intuitive service, and refined design. Here, every corner whispers a Jiangnan tale, and every gesture carries genuine warmth. The vintage touches combined with modern aesthetics create a captivating atmosphere. Prime Location: CITIC Ningbo enjoys an enviable location, offering easy access to the heart of the city. From my room, I had a delightful view of the surroundings, which added to the overall experience. Breakfast Variety: The breakfast spread was impressive, with an array of options to suit different tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or something light, the hotel caters to all preferences. Fully Stocked Mini Bar: The mini bar was a pleasant surprise. It was well-stocked, allowing guests to indulge in their favorite beverages and snacks. However, there were a couple of areas where the hotel fell short: Toiletry Oversight: Unfortunately, the housekeeping team overlooked the essential toiletries. I missed having a dental kit, comb, body cream, and shower gel. Even the shampoo was absent from the toiletries collection. Tiny Bottles: In the cabinet, I found only tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. While they were functional, I expected more comprehensive amenities. In summary, CITIC Ningbo International Hotel offers a nostalgic charm, excellent location, and stylish ambiance. With a little attention to detail, it could regain its former glory.
