Le spectacle de Dimora Palanca est un trésor!! C'est l'un des plus beaux hôtels que nous ayons jamais séjournés sur nos voyages mondiaux. Tout d'abord, c'est un hôtel absolument magnifique, mais il semble plus que vous séjournez dans la maison de luxe de quelqu'un. Les chambres sont encore étonnantes et confortables. Mais tout aussi important et la raison pour laquelle notre séjour était si parfait était le personnel. Il a été très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très bien, très Elle nous a fait sentir qu'il était chez elle (de la meilleure façon et de la plus professionnelle!!) et qu'elle voulait nous assurer que nous étions heureux et qu'on nous a pris soin à tout moment. Samuel était aussi merveilleux, il était dans le restaurant/salle de petit déjeuner et nous a toujours accueillis avec une telle chaleur et une telle gentillesse, et comme Stephania, nous a fait sentir si bien et à la maison. Pro's: - Le lit est confortable et dispose des feuilles de lin les plus incroyables, c'était du ciel - Nous avons eu une magnifique chambre sur la cour derrière et si merveilleux d'avoir les fenêtres ouvertes, le temps était si beau. Il y a un peu de bruit de trafic de la rue, mais une fois les fenêtres fermées, vous entendez NU . Con's: - Je déteste mettre quelque chose ici, mais je dirai, je souhaite qu'il y ait eu de l'espace pour les toilettes et ce genre dans la salle de bain, il n'y a qu'un petit à côté du baignoire, il aurait été si gentil d'avoir eu plus de réservoirs là-bas pour mettre des choses. J'ai dû stocker beaucoup de mes articles de bain dans le coffre-fort de la salle de bain, ce qui n'est pas idéal.

I just wanted to take a moment to write and say thank you for such a wonderful stay. From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted by fantastic staff. From the bellman to the girl who checked us in a the desk. I cannot remember her name now; I am sorry! Giorgia Belletta had interacted with me via email prior to my arrival and she was nice enough to come out to the desk and meet me when we arrived! That was such a thoughtful gesture. Our room was perfect and conveniently located. It was also spacious for our family of 4. Thank you as well for the lovely arrival gift that was in our room. The Concierge Staff was phenomenal. We just loved talking with Paolo and Vicenzo. They were so helpful, professional, interesting to speak with, and provided us with great restaurant lists. We loved every dinner we had in Florence (we ate twice at Osteria di Giovanni, once at Il Profeta, and once at Berbere). The list and descriptions were so helpful. We appreciated their adivce with car rentals, as well as booking our reservation for the Uffizi Gallery. Please send our regards from Montana to them. We thank you all for contributing to our wonderful trip to Italy. We will cherish the memories of your hotel and city of Florence.

C'est un séjour merveilleux et une aide précieuse du concierge lors de la planification de notre voyage. Tout le personnel est extraordinairement accommodant des chambres belles et confortables avec toutes les commodités petit-déjeuner buffet copieux délicieux avec des options saines bar et dîner très spécial joliment décoré l'emplacement est légèrement hors de l'action mais c'est une belle promenade à travers les rues étroites. Le bâtiment magnifique, les chambres incroyables, le service de majordome.

L'hôtel est situé sur les rives du fleuve Arno. L'entrée principale de l'hôtel se trouve juste en face du consulat de France. Il y a une petite place devant l'hôtel. Vous pouvez garer temporairement votre voiture et ouvrir de petits marchés le week-end. À cinq minutes à pied le long de la rive du fleuve se trouve la Galerie des Offices, le Vieux Pont ! La fenêtre ouverte dans la chambre est juste en face de la cathédrale de Baihua, du clocher de Giotto et l'église peut être ouverte pour une vue complète de l'église. Le vieux pont à gauche et le pont de la Sainte-Trinité à droite, la vue est excellente ! La literie est confortable, la surface de la chambre est relativement grande en Italie, classique et luxueuse. Le seul mécontentement était que les frais de réservation étaient clairement l'argent pour la chambre avec vue sur la rivière, mais la réception a dit que la réservation était uniquement pour une chambre supérieure. Mais poli et démodé à la fois, car j'ai souligné que s'il n'y avait pas eu la chambre avec vue sur la rivière, il n'y aurait aucun sens à vivre ici. La réception m'a dit que j'étais désolé que la chambre soit pleine et que je pourrais passer à la chambre avec vue sur la rivière sur le balcon de l'étage administratif si j'ajoutais 200 euros. Après avoir exprimé mon mécontentement, j'ai demandé à attendre un moment à la réception, mais je les ai également forcés à vérifier à nouveau la chambre et j'ai finalement obtenu cette chambre avec vue sur la rivière sans réapprovisionnement! Je ne sais pas si c'est le cas, c'est Ctrip ou la routine de l'hôtel.

Très distinctif, vous pourrez apprécier l'authentique campagne toscane. Et il est très célèbre dans la région, et les chauffeurs de taxi le savent. C'est un manoir de campagne agréable et rustique. La chambre est grande et confortable. Le lit est grand. Il s'agit de prendre un taxi pour la ville, mais le taxi n'est pas difficile à combattre.

Suite à de violentes intempéries, la terrasse était hors service. Désirant déjeuner, nous rentrons à l'intérieur de l'hôtel pour nous renseigner. La salle à manger n'est occupée que par 3 tables, toutes les autres tables sont disponibles. La réceptionniste et un autre employé nous répondent qu'ils ne peuvent pas nous servir et que les tables sont réservées pour leurs clients.... Mais nous sommes justement des clients venus pour prendre connaissance de l'ambiance de l'hôtel et peut être y réserver une suite pour y séjourner quelques jours, mais après un tel accueil, nous sommes repartis attristés par un tel manque de professionnalisme et autant de suffisance. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller à la direction et au propriétaire de cet hôtel d'envoyer son personnel suivre une formation complémentaire dans une école hôtelière. Un client est un client et on ne sait jamais qui on a devant soi !

Bel hôtel Chambre propre et agréable Petit dejeuner correct. Piscine très agréable après une journée de visite. Mais l'hôtel est entouré d'une barre d'immeuble et d'une usine,cela gâche un peu l'ensemble. Tram et bus pour Florence à proximité,compter entre 35 et 40 min pour le centre historique.

Location, location, location! Easy walk with luggage from the train station, and then you’re right in the heart of the action. With the air con not operating, the room was quite stuffy, but windows open so you can get fresh air. The lane way is quite loud at night, but again, you’re in the middle of the nightlife so it’s not a surprise. Simple, but lovely, breakfast buffet.

I can’t rave enough about our stay here at Riva Lofts! My husband and I absolutely love Florence & have been several times, but Riva Lofts gave us a new experience that was intimate, immersive and experiential. Our superior loft was the perfect size for us two, and breakfast served at the restaurant every morning was a great way to start our day (special shout-out to Giovanna for always being so sweet!). We took part in a private cooking class with chef Michele and we learned how to make a 4-course meal, including two pastas (we bought a pasta machine online after, if that’s any indication as to how much we enjoyed it). We dined at the on-site restaurant helmed by chef Michele multiple times and it was an elevated, fine dining experience in a nice, casual environment (so you didn’t have to dress up to the nines). We also booked a wine tour through the hotel that included a private driver, who brought us to two historic towns and two wineries. Finally, the location is out of the city center, but in a good way! We felt more like locals (although everyone at the hotel spoke English, but we did try to speak Italian which seemed appreciated!). Other recommended restaurants were about a 20-25 min walk, however, a tram that took you to the city center was easy to use and a short walk away (getting you to the Florence train station within minutes). Overall, it was a peaceful, romantic retreat with activities sprinkled in, wonderful public spaces (both indoor and outdoor) and the staff at Riva who couldn’t have been nicer. You won’t regret staying here!

From the start we knew we were in good hands with Marco & Cristina. An emailed question the day beforehand was answered promptly and then on arrival Marco was outside to greet us. The room was delightful with a wonderfully painted ceiling, plus all you could wish for regarding information, maps, tram tickets and a reasonably priced (and stocked) mini bar. The bijou breakfast room too was beautifully decorated whereby conversations were struck up over a light, but tasty continental breakfast (don't expect cooked) both with fellow friendly guests and Marco himself. The bed was wonderfully comfy, rooms remade impeccably and the upstairs terrace a must 'retreat with a view' for an afternoon relax and read. This is far more than a usual B & B it is more similar to a boutique guest house. Thoroughly recommended.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en voyageant en couple avec notre fille adolescente. Nous avons apprécié l'hôtel car il était bien situé et nous avons des installations de stationnement. Nous avons loué une voiture pour visiter les villages de la Toscane et nous avons également apprécié la vieille ville de Florence. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking privé ainsi que d'un parking sur la route en face de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner continental est un petit déjeuner continental, mais le petit déjeuner continental est un petit déjeuner de service. Pour seulement €1.50 par personne vous êtes à droite dans la ville de Florence en moins de 15 minutes. Il est facile de se déplacer et à droite à la porte de l'hôtel. Le personnel a été utile chaque fois que nous avons besoin d'informations et ils ont recommandé un bon restaurant dans la région. Je recommande cet hôtel à tout voyageur à Florence qui veut être assuré d'avoir des nuits pacifiques, de disposer de parkings et, enfin, je pense à son accès facile à l'aéroport par le tram qui est à quelques arrêts. In some minutes you’re at the airport.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans ce b&b situé juste en dehors de la zone ztl. À quelques centaines de mètres, vous trouverez l'arrêt de bus pour arriver au centre historique. Il y a toujours près de la pâtisserie conventionnelle où vous pouvez faire petit déjeuner. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et fonctionnelle. Dans la zone commune, vous trouverez la cuissière et la machine à café. Stefano, le propriétaire, nous a accueillis à l'arrivée, même si tardive, et s'est montré prêt à fournir des informations et des conseils pour le séjour. Il nous a également permis de laisser les bagages dans la structure le jour de la sortie. C'est gentil et confortable, et donc, très conseillé.

Dear Marriott customers, My wife and I were traveling on vacation. We arrived at the AC Hotel by Marriott in Firenze (Florence, Italy). We checked in and went to our room. It was a drab dirty looking room. It was Hot even though the Air conditioner was on. I turned it down to a cooler temperature, but it did not respond, and the air blew hot. I called and went downstairs. The girl at the desk seemed to understand and know of the problem. She was nice. I told her I was a gold member. She talked to her boss and moved us into a better room. Nicer, but it still appeared to need a cleaning and a facelift. At night 2 days before we were leaving, we sent 2 pairs of pants and 2 shirts to the cleaners. To cut this short, they Lost our clothes. I talked to the desk clerks and the supervisor, all of whom said and repeated to say they would find them, look for them, and finally send them to us later. Anything but to take responsibility for the loss. They told us that they would not charge us for the cleaning bill as if that was something special. The next day had to forgo site seeing to go shopping to buy other clean clothes. The Assistant General Manager, Paula M, sent me this. Although we sincerely regret your disappointment with your stay in our AC Hotel Firenze, we would like to thank you for sharing your comments, as it will help us to identify areas of concern and act immediately to enhance our future guests' experience among us. I am sorry to hear about the issue with your laundry at the hotel. We work with an external company that takes care of the laundry of our guests, and unfortunately, we had some problems with them during the past week, that they promised to solve so these issues don't happen again. However, we apologize for what happened, and I would like to inform you that, not having found your laundry, ”we want to take responsibility” for what happened, and we want to take care of paying you for the lost clothes. To do so, please give us the value of the clothes and your bank details to which to transfer it to the ”external laundry; they will personally take care” of the bank transfer. She did the same nothing as everyone at the hotel, took responsibility, and then pushed it off to someone else. We have never heard from them again. We Did Not stay at the laundry. But the Marriott Hotel, and gave our belonging to them for cleaning. We sent all the information they requested now; it is time for them to repay us for what they lost. Au final, il n'y a pas eu de séjour réussi. On a dit que l'eau était cassée et arrangé pour que nous allions à un autre endroit, en disant que c'était la même qualité qu'eux. Pas d'expérience, traîner le gros sac jusqu'aux pantois, vivre dans la pièce où la terrasse s'est transformée, le simple bordel. J'ai l'impression que cette famille n'est pas si honnête.
