This is not a 4-star hotel based on amenities and customer service. It looked like the hotel was built in the 60s and has never undergone a facelift. The breakfast is good, and the hotel is clean. There is one tiny old elevator that acts up often. The hotel is very close to the beach. Be aware of the so-called 'customer service.' I hope the below tips will be helpful: 1. The hotel works with the private beach, Principe. It's not the hotel's owned beach that we are used to in the Caribbean. We didn't know that. Upon arriving at the hotel, we asked the front desk about the beach. The front desk employee told us the lounge chairs and umbrella cost 85 Euros daily. We were stunned at how high the price was. Seeing our shocked expression, the employee said she would talk with the Principe 'beach manager' and see what she could do. After talking with the 'beach manager,' she announced that she got a great deal for us, 75 Euros a day. At the beach, we were told that 75 Euros didn't include the towels and we could get them at an additional cost. The beachgoers told us Principe Beach charged 75 Euros. 2. In the evening, we asked another front desk employee to recommend an authentic Italian restaurant nearby. She suggested Pietrasanta. She made a reservation and booked a taxi for us. Knowing that there is no UBER in Italy and taxis are limited, especially in the evening, I asked if it makes sense to book a return taxi. She said she is from Pietrasanta and taxis are not a problem; either the restaurant will call a taxi, or we will find it at the main square. She was right about the restaurant (Pinnochio) and the town. It's a great place to spend an evening, with many good, reasonably priced authentic restaurants in a charming old town. However, there were no taxis. The restaurant called six taxi companies, all booked for the evening. We went to the main square, but there were no taxis. A shopkeeper in the main square said there were never available taxis at the taxi stand at this hour and this time of the year. We called Acapulco Hotel, hoping that we would get help. The night shift front desk attendant told us he could call a taxi from Forte dei Marmi, but we would pay double the price. I asked for help calling Pietrasanta taxi companies as some drivers don't speak good English. He gave me a number of a taxi company in Pietrasanta and told me to call myself. We called the number he provided, but the taxi company was fully booked. We spent more than an hour googling and calling Pietrasanta taxi companies until one taxi driver squeezed us in for a short ride to Forte dei Marmi (6km). At some point, we thought we would spend the night in Pietrasanta's main square. Some local shopkeepers tried to help by calling taxi companies for us. However, our hotel's front desk, whose job is to provide customer service, didn't bother to help. This is very unusual for Italy. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene: dal personale super gentile, alle camere pulite e ben arredate con TV schermo piatto e bagno abbastanza spazioso. La struttura sia internamente, quindi hall, sia esternamente piscina e zona breakfast sono ben curate. Anche se abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte ci siamo rilassati e l'atmosfera mi ha dato un senso di pace e tranquillità. Altro aspetto positivo è l'ampio parcheggio gratuito disponibile. La colazione è a buffet: il cappuccino è ottimo! L'unica nota per così dire negativa è la distanza dalla spiaggia di 2.5 km, noi ci siamo spostati in macchina e non abbiamo faticato a trovare parcheggio gratuito fronte spiaggia, in ragione del fatto che siamo partiti in settimana.

L'hôtel et le B&B (IL VILLINO/GRADITA) sont dans une position magnifique, centrale et proche des bains. Un environnement très propre avec des chambres confortables et silencieuses. Personnel gentil et toujours disponible. Petit-déjeuner fourni pour tout, surtout pour le SANS GLUTINE.

La nuit, les lumières de l'hôtel sont ouvertes, l'environnement est très atmosphérique, le chaud et la lumière ont un bon sensation de confort. Le service est très bon, et vous pouvez me mettre à jour dans la suite. L'équipement est un peu perdu de couleur, l'eau de lavage est froide et chaude et est toujours lavée. Il y a un peu d'anciennes dans la chambre, mais on peut toujours y accepter.

Séjour de 4 jours en basse saison l'hôtel était quasiment vide et très très calme. Les chambres sont très confortables et l'ensemble de l'hôtel est également de bon goût. Joli jardin, plage privée (théoriquement payante) à cinq minutes, quartier chic et calme. Nous n'avons pas testé les repas. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le professionnalisme et la gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel et plus particulièrement les personnes qui étaient à l'accueil et qui nous ont aidés avec beaucoup d'efficacité et toujours le sourire à régler un problème de bagage perdu. En résumé on s'y sent bien et on gardera le souvenir d'un excellent séjour loin de la foule (c'est sûrement différent en été). Pises Lucques et Carrare sont à deux pas et facilement accessibles en train.
