We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the train station where it’s basically the only luxury hotel in that area . Very modern design , a bit too dark for my taste . I used to love Design Hotels some years back but now my taste has changed and I appreciate more airy designs . We only tried the restaurant for breakfast , it was good , nothing out of this world . They also have a bar in the lobby which is really convenient for us cigar aficionado. Rooms are well appointed but overly dark , bed is comfortable but since I was on the first floor I felt too close to the street , my view was basically the taxi stand . Tried room service for late dinner once , it was really tasty . What I didn’t like is the staff attitude , very cold , smiles aren’t allowed it seems and that is literally every single person I came across without exception . Concierge not well trained , had a hard time finding us a restaurant for lunch on Sunday . It was Diniz the day bartender who suggested something which was really good . The night bartender was not nice at all , too bad he didn’t get any tip .

We stayed here for one night before we flew out of Frankfurt home to the U.S. I picked it because it was right across the street from the train station (or so someone told me). It's technically not ”right across the street.” You need to cross the street and walk maybe a block, turn left and it's right there, just in case you're like us and dragging luggage with you. There are also taxis that just sit outside the hotel if you ever need one. We are also Bonvoy members and I had enough points so that I could pay cash and points for this hotel. I reserved a junior suite because we needed a room that could accommodate us and our 12-year-old daughter. It is surprisingly difficult to find this in Europe. I called the hotel when I booked the room maybe a month or two in advance to make sure that the junior suite could indeed accommodate us and I was told it would (the pictures of this room on the Bonvoy website are not clear--where exactly in the room is the extra bed? There isn't one. It's a rollaway. This is why I called). When we arrived, there was some confusion or a problem with getting our room with an extra bed, and that's when I reminded them that I specifically called the hotel and asked if such a room could accommodate us and I was told yes. Whatever the problem was, they got it sorted out and we had a rollaway delivered to our room when we got up there. My suggestion is that if you need an extra bed(s) for your kids, call them the day before you arrive to (re)confirm that there will be a rollaway and/or the room you reserved will indeed accommodate your family. The junior suite is not very big, but it was fine for the three of us for one night. It's true that the hotel is not in the nicest area, but you can walk to the Rhine and restaurants. If I were staying more than one night and didn't have to fly out early the next morning, I would have stayed farther in town. The bed was very comfortable. I thought the breakfast was good--at least it was a lot better than the breakfast at the other hotel where we stayed before coming to Frankfurt, lol. The eggs were not rubbery and overcooked, and the food selection was just better overall.

I have been staying at this hotel for more than 3 months now and was more than excited after hearing a JW Marriott would open in Frankfurt (also the first one in Germany at that time). After living in hotels in Frankfurt for more than 3 years, I knew that staying at the JW Marriott would be a different story as it provides beautiful skyline views (sunset towards the skyline and sunrise on the other side towards the Taunus) and is as central as it gets. As an ambassador elite I was always upgraded to a suite, mostly the skyline suite because nothings beats this view - see pictures attached. Even though the hotel may need some renovations in some parts, it still provides all the necessities you can think of. The skyline suites include an amazing bathtub, big mirrors, seating area and the unique skyline view which you can be seen from the bed when waking up or going to sleep. The staff is very attentive, extremely friendly and is trying to make the best out of your stay. Thomas from the front desk, Mr Nickol, the girls at breakfast and the two guys there as well are extremely friendly and highly trained professionals. As the hotel does not provide an executive lounge at this point, Elite members get a free breakfast with an la carte dining (recommendation: chef‘s choice) and lots of varieties at the breakfast buffet. For someone like me who wants to stay fit during travels, the JW Marriott Frankfurt has a collaboration with the Fitness First My Zeil meaning you can access a fully equipped gym when staying here and not just a treadmill or 5kg weights - one of the biggest plus of this hotel. Staying at Marriott hotels full time for the last 6 years, I can really see the differences. Unfortunately that hotel life comes to an end now, but the JW Marriott couldn’t have been a better ending to that hotel life. THANK YOU TEAM. This hotel is highly recommended if you want a special treat, the most central location and the full Frankfurt skyline experience.

La télévision n'est pas notre priorité principale sur notre voyage, mais nous attendions avec impatience de regarder ensemble dans la salle de vacances. Il a été très étrange de payer des milliers de dollars pour 6 nuits et sans options et sans plugs pour le chargement du lit. Oh, et quand vous arrivez avec votre voiture, il n'y a généralement pas de valet à l'extérieur ... Nous n'avons pas voulu laisser notre voiture à l'extérieur sans attendre mais personne n'est sorti, donc nous avons dû entrer. Ma dernière chose ....I avait une maux de tête et ils n'avaient rien, mon mari devait aller à la pharmacie. Nous ne sommes pas trop lazy pour marcher, mais quand vous séjournez dans un hôtel 5 étoiles et vous n'avez pas de médicament de mal de tête, aucune capacité de streaming ou de sélection de médias ...Pas de valeur!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce très bel hôtel très bien placé pour visiter Frankfurt. Personnel jeune et très sympathique. Très belles parties communes et nous avions une superbe chambre en étage élevé avec une superbe vue d'angle. Très belle salle de bains avec baignoire et douche. Le lit excellent et l'isolation phonique parfaite. Belle déco et belles prestations. la vue intérieur depuis les ascenseurs est superbe et le soir l'éclairage donne une belle ambiance chaleureuse. Très bon petit-déjeuner avec tout ce qu'il faut en salé sucré et pas d'attente. Le wifi gratuit est largement suffisant pour une utilisation classique d'un portable. Le room service impeccable et le bar ouvert également pour une restauration limitée (restaurant fermé) . Les plats proposés étaient vraiment excellents. Le restaurant doit être très bien. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et remercions l'ensemble du personnel. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

We stayed one night because it is within walking distance of the train station. Professional check-in & given a quiet room on the 5th floor. A good size room, comfortable bed with a roller shutter on the window. We slept soundly. Good size bathroom although a small shower. Delicious breakfast included in the price. Just a shame about the surrounding area, down by the river is nice.

La location de l'hôtel est excellente, à seulement 4 minutes à pied de la gare principale. La personne à la réception quand je suis arrivé à la soirée était très gentille et gentille mais le gars qui était à la réception quand je suis sorti très tôt à 6 h 30 était un type de fil, il a mis deux grands chiens devant la porte principale et m'a demandé de quitter le hôtel à la porte des employeurs et il y avait un homme sans domicile assis devant cette porte, plus le gars voulait dire que sortir indirectement, il était un peu rude et il voulait juste finir de parler et je voulais laisser mon mauvaise à la réception et il Il a pris ça rapidement, et le numéro m'a été donné.

Depending on what your needs are, this place is top notch. For us, it was a place to stay close to the Frankfurt Main train station. As previously mentioned, the area is a little dodgy but we felt safe the whole time. The customer service at this hotel exceeded our expectations; friendly smiles, warm welcomes - most definitely the place to stay if you are doing day trips from Frankfurt or transiting through. It’s very clean and both rooms we were given on 2 seperate occasions worked well for us. Yes there are 3 steps from the lift (on each floor) but they are do-able. We came back for a second stay so it must be alright ❤️

Ma fille et moi meme sommes venu visiter la ville de Francfort pour 5 jours en décembre. Nous avons vécu un ENFER dans cette résidence. A telle point que nous avons du changer d'hotel au 3 eme jour ne nous sentant pas du tout en sécurité. Et bien sur personne pour vous répondre et aucun rembour*****t possible: Nous sommes arrivés ma fille et moi même a 15H30 a la sortie de l'aéroport , nous étions assez fatigué et nous avons décidé de prendre un peu de temps pour nous reposer dans l'appartement que nous avions réservé sur *********** qui au passage n'ont absolument pas gérer nos problèmes, vu que PERSONNES danc cette résidence ne fait quoi que se soit. Nous sommes rentré dans l'appartement, une odeur de tabac intenable flottait dans la chambre alors que nous ne fumons pas. Nous avons appeler le service client qui nous a dit que c' était cette ”chambre” ou alors que nous devions relouer une autre ... dans la foulée ma fille appel booking qui eux bien entendu ce sont dédoinnés en nous disant que cela était du resort de la résidence. Nous avons donc du supporter cette odeur ... mais ce c'était que le début. Nous avons voulu faire une sieste mais Oh surprise les draps du lit de ma fille étaient .... Sale, visiblement non changé avec des cheveux dans le lit et meme une trace d'urine plus bas. Nous rappelons le service client qui nous informent qu'ils passeront le lendemain pour changer les draps.... donc ma fille a du dormir dans des draps soulliés .... Mais se n'est pas fini. Nous sommes sorti manger un morceau dans un petit restaurant à coté de la gare , En rentrant nous croisons dans le hall de la résidence 3 jeunes pas très claire qui nous l'apprendrons le lendemain trafique de la drogue et surtout font du proxénétisme dans la résidence. je vous laisse imaginé deux femmes seul dans une residence non sécurisé. Comment sont ils rentrés ? tous simplement en réservant et cela leur permet d'avoir un lieu de deal et des appartements pour la ************. notre nuit fut pas mieux ... toute la nuit des portes ont claqués des cris et meme vers 4H30 la police est intervenu pour une dispute qui a dégénéré l'appartement en dessous du notre. Nous avons donc dès le lendemain demandé un rembour*****t pour aller dans un lieu plus sécurisé.... nous avons reçu un refus de la direction. Ma fille ne voulant absolument pas rester dans cette ” résidence” c 'est notre réservation complete que nous avons perdu soit 635 euros . N'y allez pas. OU alors préparez vous a vivre une expérience unique. La direction n'a que pour but de prendre de l'argent sans chercher a gerer quoi que se soit . Je n'ai jamais mis aucun commentaire de mes précedent voyage mais là c'est bien trop grave pour que laisse passer cela. Nous avons signalé a l'office du tourisme l'établis*****t

La chambre était propre et calme, j'avais un bon sommeil. Comme quelqu'un d'autre a dit, les installations ne sont pas de marque nouvelle, mais étaient propres, soignées et en bonne santé. La seule chose qui était un peu confuse dans le système de réservation Trip.com était la description des tailles des lits, mais la réception m'a aidée à traverser cette question, donc je n'ai pas de plainte. En ce qui concerne la zone environnante, oui, c'est la zone de gare, mais à la fois c'est là que se trouve la plupart des logements à Francfort.

L'hôtel est situé dans une grande localisation pour explorer Francfort, à 10 minutes à pied de la gare, à 10 minutes à pied du pont de la piétonne pour les musées et peut-être à 12 minutes à pied du Romer. La chambre était propre et confortable, y compris une chaise de bureau confortable, qui est importante pour moi.

Ein ordentliches Hotel mit guter Bahnhofsnaher Lage. Unser Zimmer war im 6. Stock und somit hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf die Skyline. Das Zimmer war sauber und passend groß. Die Bahnhofsumgebung o.k., aber wir waren dort ja nur zum schlafen.

Il est très pratique de quitter un emplacement. Je ne comprends tout simplement pas pourquoi chaque passager séjournant doit donner un pourboire de 2 euros par nuit. Le pourboire n'est pas gratuit ?

La position est très bonne, tout autour de lui est un endroit où vous pouvez vous débarrasser. Goeder habite deux minutes de marche, il y a quelques minutes à la cathédrale, il y a quelques minutes à lv acheter et acheter, et quelques minutes à la rive du fleuve... La chambre n'est pas grande, mais la décoration est très nouvelle, le petit déjeuner est également bon.
