Property is newly renovated, but I expected more. Pros: Good location for restaurants and shopping. Bad location if you're attending a conference at the Messe (15-20 minute ride); nice club lounge; have a spa; room decor is new and clean Cons: NO AIR CONDITIONING- I could not get the fan to turn on and after sharing this with many of my colleagues- they could not either. The window opens a tiny bit for fresh air, but noisy at night. My room was stuffy and uncomfortably hot every night. Bathroom is tiny. The door opens in, so to use the toilet you have to enter the bathroom, squeeze around the door, then shut the door. The toilet is in the way of the door so it can't be opened all the way, so when getting ready and blow drying hair you have to close the bathroom door behind you. The phone was unusable. There are buttons for ”front desk” and ”spa” but none of them work. There is no guide in the room showing what numbers to use for any of the departments. I tried pressing zero hoping for an operator, but the line was dead. Useless.

I have been staying at this hotel for more than 3 months now and was more than excited after hearing a JW Marriott would open in Frankfurt (also the first one in Germany at that time). After living in hotels in Frankfurt for more than 3 years, I knew that staying at the JW Marriott would be a different story as it provides beautiful skyline views (sunset towards the skyline and sunrise on the other side towards the Taunus) and is as central as it gets. As an ambassador elite I was always upgraded to a suite, mostly the skyline suite because nothings beats this view - see pictures attached. Even though the hotel may need some renovations in some parts, it still provides all the necessities you can think of. The skyline suites include an amazing bathtub, big mirrors, seating area and the unique skyline view which you can be seen from the bed when waking up or going to sleep. The staff is very attentive, extremely friendly and is trying to make the best out of your stay. Thomas from the front desk, Mr Nickol, the girls at breakfast and the two guys there as well are extremely friendly and highly trained professionals. As the hotel does not provide an executive lounge at this point, Elite members get a free breakfast with an la carte dining (recommendation: chef‘s choice) and lots of varieties at the breakfast buffet. For someone like me who wants to stay fit during travels, the JW Marriott Frankfurt has a collaboration with the Fitness First My Zeil meaning you can access a fully equipped gym when staying here and not just a treadmill or 5kg weights - one of the biggest plus of this hotel. Staying at Marriott hotels full time for the last 6 years, I can really see the differences. Unfortunately that hotel life comes to an end now, but the JW Marriott couldn’t have been a better ending to that hotel life. THANK YOU TEAM. This hotel is highly recommended if you want a special treat, the most central location and the full Frankfurt skyline experience.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce très bel hôtel très bien placé pour visiter Frankfurt. Personnel jeune et très sympathique. Très belles parties communes et nous avions une superbe chambre en étage élevé avec une superbe vue d'angle. Très belle salle de bains avec baignoire et douche. Le lit excellent et l'isolation phonique parfaite. Belle déco et belles prestations. la vue intérieur depuis les ascenseurs est superbe et le soir l'éclairage donne une belle ambiance chaleureuse. Très bon petit-déjeuner avec tout ce qu'il faut en salé sucré et pas d'attente. Le wifi gratuit est largement suffisant pour une utilisation classique d'un portable. Le room service impeccable et le bar ouvert également pour une restauration limitée (restaurant fermé) . Les plats proposés étaient vraiment excellents. Le restaurant doit être très bien. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et remercions l'ensemble du personnel. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

We stayed here for one night before we flew out of Frankfurt home to the U.S. I picked it because it was right across the street from the train station (or so someone told me). It's technically not ”right across the street.” You need to cross the street and walk maybe a block, turn left and it's right there, just in case you're like us and dragging luggage with you. There are also taxis that just sit outside the hotel if you ever need one. We are also Bonvoy members and I had enough points so that I could pay cash and points for this hotel. I reserved a junior suite because we needed a room that could accommodate us and our 12-year-old daughter. It is surprisingly difficult to find this in Europe. I called the hotel when I booked the room maybe a month or two in advance to make sure that the junior suite could indeed accommodate us and I was told it would (the pictures of this room on the Bonvoy website are not clear--where exactly in the room is the extra bed? There isn't one. It's a rollaway. This is why I called). When we arrived, there was some confusion or a problem with getting our room with an extra bed, and that's when I reminded them that I specifically called the hotel and asked if such a room could accommodate us and I was told yes. Whatever the problem was, they got it sorted out and we had a rollaway delivered to our room when we got up there. My suggestion is that if you need an extra bed(s) for your kids, call them the day before you arrive to (re)confirm that there will be a rollaway and/or the room you reserved will indeed accommodate your family. The junior suite is not very big, but it was fine for the three of us for one night. It's true that the hotel is not in the nicest area, but you can walk to the Rhine and restaurants. If I were staying more than one night and didn't have to fly out early the next morning, I would have stayed farther in town. The bed was very comfortable. I thought the breakfast was good--at least it was a lot better than the breakfast at the other hotel where we stayed before coming to Frankfurt, lol. The eggs were not rubbery and overcooked, and the food selection was just better overall.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the train station where it’s basically the only luxury hotel in that area . Very modern design , a bit too dark for my taste . I used to love Design Hotels some years back but now my taste has changed and I appreciate more airy designs . We only tried the restaurant for breakfast , it was good , nothing out of this world . They also have a bar in the lobby which is really convenient for us cigar aficionado. Rooms are well appointed but overly dark , bed is comfortable but since I was on the first floor I felt too close to the street , my view was basically the taxi stand . Tried room service for late dinner once , it was really tasty . What I didn’t like is the staff attitude , very cold , smiles aren’t allowed it seems and that is literally every single person I came across without exception . Concierge not well trained , had a hard time finding us a restaurant for lunch on Sunday . It was Diniz the day bartender who suggested something which was really good . The night bartender was not nice at all , too bad he didn’t get any tip .

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est généralement bon, mais vous faites plus de marche que d'utiliser les transports en commun, car le tramway et le Sbahn sont à environ 7 minutes. Le métro le plus proche est également à environ 11 minutes. Le service à la réception et au petit-déjeuner était très agréable, mais malheureu*****t il y a eu un petit malentendu lors du nettoyage de la chambre. Pour des raisons écologiques, les chambres ne sont nettoyées que tous les deux jours, ce qui nous a semblé très bien. Il y avait une note dans la chambre si vous souhaitiez que seules les serviettes soient remplacées ; Nous l'avons signé également. Ils n’ont cependant pas été échangés. La propreté est également généralement bonne. La chambre était bien rangée, juste une grosse tache bleue sur la moquette et quelques paquets de mouchoirs sous le lit (probablement des précédents). La chambre d'hôtel était très agréable, nous avons été très satisfaits. La douche est très grande et élégante et les lits sont également très confortables. Tout ressemble aux photos. Cependant, l'espace sauna laisse à désirer. Il y a une cabine de sauna qui ne chauffe pas uniformément, il fait très chaud (trop chaud) et de manière très irrégulière. Le bain de vapeur n’est pas un bain de vapeur. Il s'agit plutôt d'une cabine à air humide (pas de vapeur), éventuellement en panne. En général, le quartier vieillit aussi un peu. Cela a besoin d'être rénové, en particulier la salle du petit-déjeuner. Les banquettes avec rembourrage sont cassées et déchirées. Le dernier point est le petit-déjeuner. Pour le prix de 23 €, je m'attendais à mieux. C'était sympa mais à Francfort on aurait pu manger bien mieux pour moins cher. Est-ce que nous revenons ? Pour le prix oui, il y a place à amélioration mais pour l'emplacement et un court trajet c'est quand même tout à fait bien.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel le 10.2, l'hôtel est situé tout près du métro, et les sanitaires sont très bons, mais l'ascenseur de cet hôtel n'est pas fermé, il faut attendre qu'il se ferme automatiquement ! Dans l'ensemble, ce séjour s'est bien passé 👍, fortement recommandé !

1. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon. Il est très proche des attractions et également très proche de la rue commerçante. Il faudra 10 minutes pour marcher. 2. Il y a un petit parking gratuit derrière l'hôtel, et il y a aussi des parkings payants autour. Comme nous sommes arrivés plus tôt (9 heures du matin), nous avons d'abord mis la voiture sur le parking à péage, puis nous l'avons garée lorsqu'il y avait de la place libre dans l'après-midi. Et les gens de l'hôtel nous ont aussi donné la chambre, ce qui est très bien. 3. La taille de la chambre est correcte, il n'y a pas de climatisation, mais il ne fait pas chaud et il y a de l'eau minérale gratuite.

hôtel au concept original mais sympa, bien placé géographiquement, personnel toujours sympa prêt à aider. Assez marrant le coup de la lumière qui s'allume sous le lit quelques secondes quand vous levez la nuit! petit déjeuner au service style cafeteria. chambre propre. juste 2 petits reproches: -une mauvaise odeur persistante dans la salle de bain (il doit s'agir d'un problème de canalisation je pense) - l'autre je n'avais pas fait attention sur les photos avant de réserver qu'il n'y a pas d'espace de rangement pour les vêtements.

Cinq nuits ont été séjournées ici à la mi-octobre. À l'époque, le prix de la maison était en train de s'élever à la fête de livres de Francfort, ce qui ne reflète pas le prix raisonnable que les hôtels de trois étoiles (maximum) devraient avoir (nous n'avons pas de choix, nous pourrions aller à Francfort à ce moment-là). Son emplacement géographique est très bon, il est possible de marcher à 5 minutes à pied à la gare S et le train est près de lui. Il y a beaucoup de petits bars ”marrons” autour de lui. Vous pouvez marcher à environ 20 minutes à pied à la vieille ville. Notre chambre est petite, mais propre, le lit est également très confortable. L'hôtel est très calme. Le petit déjeuner est très général, il n'y a pas trop de choix. La qualité des employés est différente, de bons aides à la main. Si vous séjournez au prix réel, l'hôtel est bon pour vous d'aller dormir quelques nuits.

Le service de la chambre est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. La belle dame de la réception a mis des étiquettes sur nos sacs à côté du bureau et nous avons fait notre entreprise, supposant qu'ils seraient mis dans une chambre sécurisée. Nous avons été déçus de voir nos deux affaires encore à côté du bureau quand nous sommes revenus pour nous rendre visite. Le samedi soir, il y avait une très forte fête qui allait jusqu'à 4h. A 4 h, j'ai pu entendre des troubles dans la salle, donc j'ai ouvert ma porte de chambre pour leur demander de rester calmes. Le service de la chambre est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. La porte est ouverte et nous avons marqué librement jusqu'au troisième étage sans questions. Normalement les portes avant des hôtels sont manutentionnées pendant la nuit pour assurer la sécurité de ses clients. L'hôtel n'a pas eu le sentiment de sécurité. Le mini-frigo était mal stocké et quand j'ai descendu pour prosecco (qui est sur le menu de mini-bar), j'ai été informé qu'ils n'avaient pas d'argent. Le bar de l'hôtel était fermé en raison des règles coïncidentelles, de sorte que nous ne pouvions pas accéder à des boissons dans l'hôtel. Il était une chambre double, mais n'avait pas un lit double. Deux lits simples qui se déplaçaient facilement du mur quand il était assis dans le lit. La salle de bain était belle mais odeur de l'égout.

We loved the location and room size of this hotel. The concierge was super friendly and helpful (you can't check in until past three and our flight arrived at 9AM) so she let us store our bags and notified us when the room was ready. The view is excellent - right over the river and into the downtown (which is a 15 minute stroll by the river). The neighbourhood has all you'll need - shops and restaurants across the street. The bathroom is large, the kitchenette was perfect and the bed was good (tbh the sheets were really hot...some sort of plastic mattress cover). But we loved it and would stay here again.

La position est très bonne, tout autour de lui est un endroit où vous pouvez vous débarrasser. Goeder habite deux minutes de marche, il y a quelques minutes à la cathédrale, il y a quelques minutes à lv acheter et acheter, et quelques minutes à la rive du fleuve... La chambre n'est pas grande, mais la décoration est très nouvelle, le petit déjeuner est également bon.
