La chambre était mise à jour sauf pour la salle de bain. Le bain avait une craque au fond qui était énorme. Trouvé quelques petits bugs dans la salle de bain. La lumière de la salle de bain semblait qu'elle n'avait jamais été nettoyée avec la quantité de débris du fan et de petits bugs morts dans la lumière. Le petit déjeuner était bon. Le lit était confortable mais les poulets étaient si difficiles à se rendre confortable. Il était 2 nuits. Pas ma première fois ici, mais je pourrais regarder ailleurs la prochaine fois que je suis dans la zone.

I was in town for the Frederick Running Festival, and this hotel was walkable to the fairgrounds where we needed to go. It is cinvenient, comfortable and (most important) clean. The manager Ragy was very helpful, and when we were unable to make it to breakfast, he provided us with a bagged one.

J'ai généralement choisi de faire un essai sur le Comfort Inn, mais j'ai décidé de faire un essai sur le Comfort Inn. La plus proche de la critique que je peux m'exprimer est que le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus chaleureusement -- mais alors il y a beaucoup de restaurants pratiquement à pied.

We arrived at the hotel before check-in time, around 11 am, to ask if we could change there since the wedding we were attending was at noon and check-in wasn't until 3 pm. We discovered that I had canceled the room in February but had forgotten. The reception desk clerk, Jessica, could not possibly have been nicer and more helpful about it; she offered to call other hotels to try to find us a nearby room. Less than 10 minutes later we returned to the desk after changing, and in that space of time she had booked us a comparable room next door but had also received an unexpected cancelation, booked us the Courtyard room, and canceled the other reservation she had just made. She did this while juggling incoming phone calls and other guests coming to the desk, and there was never a hint of anything but at attitude warm friendliness and helpfulness. It was really an impressive thing to behold. WE would have certainly been exasperated/irritated with us in this situation, but she was all courtesy and composure. She then let us check in early to the room she just booked for us, so we dropped our bags and made it to the wedding in plenty of time. And btw, the room was lovely and spacious, a ground floor room with a small private patio that opened onto a nice lawn.

GREAT Professional Check- in Staff Here ”Front Desk”and GREAT Clean Hotel with GREAT Clean Rooms. This Hotel in My opinion should be recognized as a 4 +++++plus star Hotel Compared to other Hotels in the area I am surprised the ratings are low.. The General Manager does an EXCELLENT Job here keeping up on maintenance Issues Etcetera....if any. She makes sure Every guest is happy with their Stay. I was, that is why I gave 5 stars. I would Highly Recommend this Hotel to Everyone. Thank You to ALL the Staff for Working so hard.
