J'ai séjourné dans la suite avec jacuzzi pour une nuit. La chambre est très belle, le lit est confortable et c'est propre dans l'ensemble. Le personnel est gentil et sympathique, et le petit déjeuner est bon. Le prix était également bon. J'aimerais pouvoir rester une nuit de plus. Améliorations possibles : vous pouvez facilement entendre les bruits provenant des autres pièces. Avoir des murs insonorisés en ferait une expérience parfaite. De plus, les murs autour du jacuzzi pourraient être mieux nettoyés.

J'ai été à cet hôtel une nuit avec ma famille. Je donne deux étoiles et pas une pour quelques aspects positifs. Les aspects positifs ont été le personnel, gentil et sympa, la comodité du parking gardé et l'entrée - garde-garde - et la salle et le petit déjeuner, belles lumineuses. Très mais vraiment très décevant la chambre - j'en ai vu d'autres ouvertes en passant dans le corridor - de son insécurité (et le manque d'hygiène est grave) et son équipement, spartan et peu confortable. Mais les choses vraiment scandaleuses et inconcevables pour 2023 sont l'odeur de fumée absurde dans la chambre et la salle de bain, où la douche était un tout avec les sanitaires! En pratique, si on faisait la douche (l'idée que je ne suis pas vraiment balancée dans la tête!) on se mouillait tout l'environnement, je ne sais pas comment on pouvait aller faire les besoins et juste, la douche était où on passait avec les chaussures pour aller aux sanitaires! Quelque chose de absurde et paradoxale. Il a certainement besoin d'une restructuration. Conseil de choisir d'autres solutions - même parce que cet hôtel est souvent utilisé à des heures ....

L'hôtel Herculaneum est situé juste devant l'entrée des excavations d'Ercolano, près de la station circumvesuve, très confortable pour les invités qui souhaitent visiter l'ancien Ercolano. Nous avions réservé une chambre double, mais nous avons été honorés d'avoir été aménagés dans une chambre triple très large. La chambre est propre et équipée de tout ce qui est nécessaire, et ainsi la salle de bains, avec tant de gants et une douche grande. Le petit déjeuner, satisfaisant, doux et salade, est servi dans une belle salle de vue sur la mer et les excavations. La première nuit, nous devons communiquer l'heure choisie et les aliments qui vous plaisent, en remplissant une fiche, je pense, en raison des restrictions Covid. A proximité de l'hôtel il ya beaucoup de bars, pizzeries, restaurants et boutiques de différents genres pour chaque besoin. En conclusion, un excellent séjour dans un emplacement agréable et pas cher. Le personnel est très gentil et préparé. C'est un bon séjour à conseiller.

La demande d'avoir la chambre donnant sur le hall a été accordée. Je pense que la chambre donnait sur le système de climatisation. Service toujours courtois et excellent petit déjeuner. Nous reviendrons en précisant la demande de la chambre

J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel le panneau pendant plusieurs semaines. J'ai été agréablement touché par la professionnalité et la courtoisie reçue. Cleaning des chambres et des espaces communs excellent. Conseil. Je vais sûrement y retourner. J'ai senti le choc comme si je étais chez moi. Les garçons de la réception Jonathan Daniele et le responsable Alberto sont des gens magnifiques et disponibles. Petit déjeuner abondant et délicieux. Je suppose que j'ai beaucoup voyageé et je pense que cette structure est l'une des meilleures où j'ai eu la chance de loger. Très difficile de la laisser et de revenir à la vie de tous les jours. Merci de tous les garçons. Vous méritez le meilleur. A bientôt

I have given it a 3 star rating because of the staff. One staff member in particular. If it wasn't for this staff member and the housekeeping crew, I would definitely give it a 2 star rating. I really feel that behavior and manners goes a long way. In this case it earned them 1 extra star from me. The hotel is situated outside of the main city of Naples. About 15 - 30 minutes away. Depending on traffic. Same distance from the Airport. Lago Patria itself is a very dated, boring, badly kept area. The hotel is on a very busy road with many other hotels and cafes very close by. It is in no way a 4 start hotel. Absolutely not. 3 star yes. The swimming pool area was closed off due to the season. Therefore I cant say much about it. It is very very clean but badly maintained. The corridors have broken and damaged walls, especially at the corners from where people have hit it with their luggage. The elevator buttons are broken. We booked a family room. As advertised we were supposed to get a room with 1 double bed and a bunk bed for 2 kids. What we got was a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When we contacted the reception, they sent housekeeping crew up, who converted the sofa to a bed.... It was not even a proper bed. Once the sofa was converted, it took up almost most of the space in the room and it blocked the entry to the closet area. every time we needed to get to the closet we had to move the bed or climb over it. Highly annoying. Further more, On our first night we slept without curtains in our room. They had see through veil/net but not actual curtains. Opposite our room were a row of houses, apartments. In the evening if we had the lights on, everything was visible from outside. It felt highly uncomfortable to sleep in, especially because we have two young kids. The uneasiness that people could look inside. I reported it to the reception and was told that the curtains are in the laundry room and that no other room was available. They promised to hang the curtains up the following morning. Exhausted from our travel and being quite far from the city we didn't really have much options. We covered the windows by using our baggage's, chairs and towels. We went out for the day and when we came back in the evening, we had curtains. The restaurant is small and clean. Breakfast selection is normal and average. It is a super clean hotel. Every single morning the cleaning crew give the place a through cleaning. Pity that it is not maintained or up to date. Friendly crew. Clean Free parking Very good Wi-Fi Would highly recommend that they realize they are 3 star standard. In no way a 4 start hotel. Would I recommend it? Yes I would. The staff are friendly and helpful.
