Our Mother’s day weekend was totally ruined! Don't bother with this place. It used to be just ok, but now?? Rundown, front desk people don't even know what rooms they have or their locations. We had stayed in this motel many times over the last 8 years. The place used to have regular employees that you knew by site and they remembered your name. Their website wasn't working on the day I was making the reservation and when I called directly to the motel, the front desk guy said he was super busy and that to go to reservations.com since their website wasn’t working and he had a bunch of people at the front desk and didn’t have time to help me. I was directed to a 3rd party ( Reservations.com) Which charged me $20 just to make a reservation, which I had no clue of until I checked my bank account! NEVER use Reservations.com!! I called directly to the hotel to verify the room I reserved for 2 nights, because the email I received from Reservations.com wasn't the correct one, the front desk guy assured me they would fix it. I needed the King, extra floor space room on the first the first floor as I'm handicapped and can't walk very far, so needed to be close to the lobby/front doors. I called again a couple days later to reassure myself that they had the reservation right. Well, no it wasn’t right, they had my reservation totally messed up! I was assured that I would now be put into a double Q L shaped room., (which has a little side bedroom with it's own Q and TV, etc. ) What happened to REGULAR EMPLOYEES???? When we arrived, the front desk people obviously didn't know their ass from a hole in the ground, couldn't figure out which room we were supposed to have, couldn't find the reservation in their system, couldn't find the room I reserved, neither the extra room King room I originally reserved, or the double Q L shaped room. I explained that the day I was trying to reserve the room that their own website was malfunctioning and I couldn’t make the reservation thru their own website. The brunette girl with the big fake eyelashes agreed and said management was aware of the problem. I again explained that I was handicapped and they had assured me the double Q L shaped room was available. I asked if the Sauna was now working and they assured me it was(for my husband). They said that my payment would be less than the original amount thru Reservations.com. My husband finally schlepps all our stuff to our room (couldn’t find a cart anywhere) and I follow up in the elevator and then realize I have to walk hundreds of feet down the hall to get to our room which was clear to the south end of the building. I have severe breathing issues and just about didn't make it. We get inside and realize it's just a regular 2 Q bedroom, no L shape, way far away from the elevator, the smell from the cleaning solvents just about gagged us both. We realized the heater was on, turned it way down, opened the window (it only opens a crack for safety purposes) the window

L'expérience très mémorable , l'atmosphère très calme et pacifique , a eu un grand temps à passer notre week-end de Noël là !

第一次住青旅，他的樓下是餐廳，導致他共用空間沒有廚房有點可惜，但可以跟他們要熱水，我住的是12人的上下床，結果來了時候只有我和另一個人，所以我們兩個住了很大間的房子，太幸運了，這的廁所也是非常的乾淨，我在這睡了兩晚沒什麼問題，就是附近停車位有點難找，早上起床的時候有提供咖啡，還有新鮮的牛奶和燕麥奶，整間店的裝潢很復古，早上可以趁餐廳還沒開的時候去晃晃

Il est dans un bon endroit pour marcher. C'était un hôtel propre et confortable. Parking coûteux mais pas coûteux pour rester Je pense que c'est raisonnable. Les rues de Portland sont devenues plus propres. C'était un regret que je n'y restais qu'une nuit parce que le temps était bon.

La position est très bonne, la position centrale, les meilleurs achats de Portland sont à moins d'un kilomètre, très pratique

Excellente chambre, service et belle propriété. Le lobby était relaxant pour s'asseoir près du feu et de la visite. Un couple de mariages ont eu lieu et les photos étaient magiques, Clarissa expliquait les détails de l'hôtel et des mariages. La nuit où j'ai servi, Johnny était le meilleur absolu - il s'occupait de ma Corvette classique.

Le personnel est très bien placé, le chef Roberto et la passion ont été très bien placés. J'ai fait une chaussure derrière le dresser et c'était assez poussier. Nous sommes arrivés tôt jeudi après 3PM et nous avons pris le tram de l'aéroport peut-être une 30 minutes de route, nous sommes arrivés deux jours tôt avant le début de la croisière et nous avons trouvé la zone déséquilibrée. Nous avons marqué à Cheryl un grand petit déjeuner en ville, puis de là à la jardins japonais et de retour à la boutique de livres et à l'hôtel Powells environ 8 milles au total. Les rues de l'hôtel étaient remplies de feuilles et de débris. Nous avons trouvé un rat en dehors du bâtiment dans les buses de l'hôtel. Il était près de la bagage de la croisière précédente entrait dans le bâtiment. Le centre de Portland est un centre de recherche et de recherche. Je recommande l'hôtel Kimpton comme alternative à moins de 30 km. Nous étions en voyage UNCRUISE vers le fleuve Snake. Nous sommes arrivés tôt. Il n'est pas un mauvais endroit et ils acceptent des animaux. Il veut regarder et sembler funky. Le signe qui dirait normalement ”N'INTERREURE pas” dit ”Je suis nu”. Je ne mets pas ce signe en tant que femme unique. Il semble que la commercialisation est un groupe de 20 ans. Le lobby est très petit.

The Nines est un hôtel luxueux qui a répondu et dépassé mes attentes. Emplacement : The Nines est situé dans le centre de Portland, près de Pioneer Courtyard Square, et à quelques pas de nombreux excellents restaurants, boutiques et destinations touristiques. Chambre : La chambre elle-même est assez grande et luxueuse, avec une toute nouvelle rénovation. Les deux grands lits étaient très grands et la literie très confortable. La salle de bain est grande et a tout ce qui est nécessaire. La hauteur sous plafond est très élevée, ce qui rend la pièce très spacieuse. Bien fait et conçu. Espace commun : Waouh ! De l'entrée de l'hôtel aux couloirs à l'étage, ce fut sûrement un voyage à travers un excellent design ! Le lobby est au centre de l'hôtel, au huitième étage. Le lobby est grand et très bien conçu, avec un style atrium/cour. Service : les gens étaient attentionnés et le ménage faisait du bon travail. Le concierge était prêt à aider et avait une excellente attitude. Sans aucun doute, The Nines est sûrement le meilleur hôtel de Portland.

L'hôtel est situé dans la position parfaite. Très proche des bons restaurants (Indian & Italian), à pied. Proche de Target et CVS aussi. L'hôtel est en général bien entretenu, moderne et propre. En outre, le lit est extrêmement confortable et bien pensé la disposition de la chambre. J'ai apprécié le mini-frigo, la table de fer et l'état de la fer art. Les petits détails ont fait de mon expérience très agréable. Highly recommended this hotel!
