Nous sommes arrivés sur une nuit de neige gravement bouleversée. Le restaurant était au-dessus de la moyenne, je vais noter un 7.5/10 pour notre expérience. Les chambres sont très confortables. Vu le prix de ce que nous avons payé, nous avons considéré la chambre comme un lieu moyen dans la catégorie d'hôtels similaire à prix près de Salzbourg (Nous avons séjourné pendant 5 nuits au total à cette catégorie de prix dans les zones de montagne de Salzbourg). Une bonne option si vous arrivez à être dans la région.

We stayed for 4 nights in late April/early May. Our honest opinion is there is much to be very happy with ....but, there are a few things which prevented our stay from being excellent. The location is perfect if you want to explore Salzburg and the surrounding area. Parking is easily available and we also made use of the local bus service to get into Salzburg, using the app and buying a 24 hour card. The bus stop is a short walk away. The hotel has been designed to an exceptionally high modern standard. The finish, the furnishings, the decoration, the cleanliness - it's all very good indeed. There are other special touches, including access to hot drinks throughout the day from a good coffee machine. This was appreciated. Our room was a small double, finished to an excellent standard. Clean, with large walk in shower. We felt one of our mattresses (two single beds pushed together to make a double) was very uncomfortable, to the point of back ache and not a great night's sleep. We swapped sides part way through our stay to minimise the problem - One mattress was comfortable. One was awful. We were surprised to be woken up by housekeeping entering our room, shortly after 8am one morning. That's a bit early to be wanting to service bedrooms. Almost all of the staff we interacted with were friendly although we can't say everyone was, especially when they were busy. The breakfast staff were less friendly. Breakfast was a mixed, inconsistent experience. On the best days there was lots of choice and good quality items. On a couple of days, some items weren't replaced or topped up quickly enough - eg) croissants, eggs. One morning, we waited for a table for almost 25 minutes, with no acknowledgement from the staff and no queue. Other guests even jumped ahead of us to grab a table. That wasn't good, at all. The next couple of days we chose to have breakfast much earlier, which solved that problem. On check in, we were given a map of local restaurants, all a short drive away. We did go to a local pizzeria, which was acceptable. It's such a shame that there are no restaurant or bar facilities at the hotel, which would have made all of the difference for us. We would have really liked to enjoy an evening meal or even just drinks, at the hotel, after a busy day sightseeing. Our feedback is given with sincerity and is not a complaint. The hotel is beautiful and we would return. There are just some tweaks which would have made our experience better.

Ce séjour a coïncidé avec la construction de la route devant l'hôtel, l'hôtel n'a pas placé d'instructions de détour pertinentes, etc. Les chambres de l'hôtel sont petites, les installations sont relativement anciennes et l'effet d'isolation phonique est moyen. On dit que la maison a 700 ans. L'attitude du service à la réception de l'hôtel est correcte, mais le serveur du restaurant a une attitude très différente envers les habitants et les touristes asiatiques. Ils ont une mauvaise attitude envers les touristes asiatiques et sont très indifférents.

Nach 12 Jahren Abstinenz waren wir wieder hier zu Gast und hatten ein absolut großartiges Erlebnis. Es blieb kein Wunsch offen. Das historische Hotel bietet alles was dazu gehört. Geräumige Zimmer mit antikem Mobiliar, sehr gepflegt und sauber mit wunderschönem Blick in den Garten und die Terrasse. Die Küche ist definitiv auf Haubenniveau mit sehr gehobener österreichischer und traditioneller Prägung. Wir waren begeistert. Auch sehr zu empfehlen ist die Weinbegleitung zu den Gerichten. Das Personal und der Empfang waren mehr als herzlich, aufgeschlossen und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und Kompliment an ihr Haus. S. Winter / Paderborn

Très belle appartement (2 chambres) avec une grande chambre et beaucoup de places libres autour. Parking sur toit pour la voiture juste devant la porte d'entrée de l'appartement. Très jolie et attentive hôte qui s'efforce vraiment de protéger les invités.

Je suis arrivé à Salzbourg en auto-conduite depuis Munich. Il est facile de configurer la navigation vers l'hôtel à partir de Google Maps. La chambre d'hôtel est propre et hygiénique, il y a des supermarchés, des pharmacies à proximité, etc. Le garage souterrain de l'hôtel permet aux clients de se garer gratuitement. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique. Quand je connaîtrai la douleur dans ma jambe, je fournirai les médicaments que j'ai stockés à l'hôtel. Je recommande également de me garer dans le parking du garage Altstadt A ou B (le parking est à l'intérieur de la grotte) lorsque je conduis dans la vieille ville. C'est la vieille ville, et il faut moins de 5 minutes pour se rendre à l'allée de la nourriture (l'ancienne résidence de Mozart). Notez que lorsque vous dépensez dans les points de vente de nourriture et de boissons de la vieille ville, vous devez prendre l'initiative de trouver des employés pour percer des trous dans le ticket de stationnement, il y a des réductions lors du paiement du stationnement. Je me suis arrêté au parking pendant 7 heures et 50 minutes et j'ai reçu 6 euros.
