JJason KekNotre séjour de trois nuits a dépassé nos attentes. Nous avons été profondément impressionnés par l'expérience globale, et particulièrement par le service exceptionnel du réceptionniste Kai Jun. Son professionnalisme et son calme face à un client exigeant étaient remarquables.
À notre arrivée, notre chambre n'était pas encore prête, ce qui nous a coûté 20 minutes d'attente. Kai Jun nous a tenus régulièrement informés de l'état de la chambre, assurant une attente agréable et sans tracas dans le hall. Bien que l'hôtel soit relativement récent et dégage une légère odeur de peinture, l'utilisation de parfums a atténué son impact.
L'offre culinaire a été un moment fort : les plats et les cocktails sans alcool se sont révélés exceptionnellement délicieux, complétant parfaitement la célèbre scène culinaire d'Ipoh. La piscine était d'une propreté irréprochable et notre spacieuse chambre avec vue sur la ville offrait un panorama époustouflant. Nous vous recommandons vivement de demander cette vue.
L'attention du personnel s'est manifestée tout au long de notre séjour. Ils nous ont toujours accueillis chaleureusement, ajoutant une touche agréable à notre expérience quotidienne. Le service en chambre était rapide et courtois, même si nous avons trouvé plus efficace de demander des commodités supplémentaires, comme des oreillers et des couvertures, directement au personnel de notre étage plutôt que par téléphone, souvent occupé.
Un point à améliorer concerne le portique de stationnement, qui a connu des problèmes occasionnels, entraînant des retards pour plusieurs véhicules. Malgré ce léger désagrément, nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour confortable et agréable.

SShimchimHad a pleasant stay at Hotel Kinta during my recent trip. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and located in a very convenient area—easy access to shops and food spots nearby. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
The highlight of the trip was definitely the buka puasa experience. The atmosphere felt like the classic P. Ramlee & Saloma era—very lively and nostalgic. There was a live band and DJ that made the night even more happening, and the hotel staff really entertained the guests which made the whole experience feel warm and memorable.
Special shoutout to Prem, Adji, Feri & Zack for the great hospitality and fun vibes throughout the night. They truly made the buka puasa experience more meriah and enjoyable. 🌙✨
Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay. Definitely recommended for anyone visiting and looking for a place with good vibes during Ramadan.

IInvitéThe host and team were very thoughtful and easy to communicate with. The process of collecting the keys and parking was very smooth. Just follow the video instructions provided by the host and everything is simple and clear.
The security guards in the apartment are friendly and welcoming, always greeting with a smile, which made us feel very comfortable and safe. The environment of the residence is beautiful and peaceful, and we slept very well at night.
The unit is very clean and tidy, and the interior is warm and comfortable, exactly the same as shown in the photos. There is also a water dispenser in the house, which is very convenient. The mattress is of good quality and very comfortable to sleep on.
The unit is on the ground floor, so it is very convenient to access the swimming pool. The balcony does not face the pool, which is great because there is no noise from people playing in the water, keeping the environment quiet. The balcony faces the parking area, so ordering food delivery is very convenient as it can be delivered directly to the balcony without having to go to the lobby to collect it. It would be even more ideal if the parking space for this unit could be outside, so there would be no need to drive up several levels to park.
The highlight for the kids is definitely the playground and swimming pool facilities. They had so much fun playing there. The swimming pool is also clean, and there are security guards watching over the area, which makes it feel very safe.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and a great place for families traveling with children.

AalccitronC'est un bon hôtel. Il est bien situé, à proximité d'une grande avenue et du quartier chinois réputé pour ses excellents restaurants, et facilement accessible en Grab depuis le centre-ville. Cependant, longer cette avenue n'est pas très agréable. L'hôtel est bien entretenu, malgré quelques petits défauts à signaler. Ma chambre était propre et spacieuse, l'accueil chaleureux et mon séjour s'est très bien passé. Le seul bémol concerne le café. J'ai l'habitude de boire presque n'importe quel café, mais celui servi dans cet hôtel ne me convenait vraiment pas. Peut-être que certains l'apprécient, qui sait ?

IInvitéNous avons été logés dans une chambre rénovée, agréable et propre. L'hôtel se situe dans un quartier animé de restaurants Din Sum, avec quatre ou cinq établissements portant des noms traditionnels comme Ming Court. Le célèbre restaurant de riz au poulet Cowan Tauge est juste au coin de la rue.
Le buffet du petit-déjeuner offrait un choix assez limité et n'était pas exceptionnel.
Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour a été agréable.

TTravel LostJe suis de l'Ipoh et j'ai apporté mes amis ici pour un court passage . Quel magnifique hôtel de séjour . Passer à des restaurants et attractions célèbres. Facile à saisir . A côté d'un restaurant, il y a un bon restaurant à dîner, surtout le tou fu fa !!! Le restaurant japonais est très bien situé à côté de l' hôtel .

IInvitéI ordered a unit with 3 room with the topic of muji,the second me and my family open the door,a strong scent of furniture rush into my lungs,i instantly contact the owner team,wanted to have a appropriate solutions,but they dinnt reply much,keep on asking us to wait for them to check stuff,meanwhile,i contacted agent of trip.com,telling her about the situations,the agent reach out to the owner team too,but dinnt even get a reply from them,as the unit i booked was a no-refund unit,trip.com couldnt do anything about it,just as i thought im going to die from lung cancer,luckily,the owner team finally replied with solution about changing another unit for us,which we found was acceptable compared to the previous one,the facilities of the unit was pretty good overall,its just that the unit of topic Muji was unbelievable,aircon was nice,everything was nice when the toxic odour was gone

Even though we stayed for only one night, too many things went wrong.
When we arrived, the receptionist couldn’t find our booking. After that, we were given a hotel access card that was very old and broken with tape patched. When we went to the room, the door was already slightly open. Inside the room, the DB box cover was open and hanging upward, which felt unsafe.
There were no refills for tissue paper, shampoo, or shower gel, and there was no hair dryer at all. the pillow cotton is coming out, all furniture are old and not well maintained. To make things worse, at around 2:20 a.m., all the electricity suddenly went off — all switches stopped working and there was no power.
Overall, a very bad experience and definitely not worth it.

IInvitéLe séjour était bon, sauf que la location est à côté de l'autoroute et nous ne pouvions pas dormir bien en raison du bruit de la circulation. Suggérer d'installer des fenêtres d'annulation du bruit pour toute la chambre. Sinon, le séjour ne sera pas agréable et affectera votre entreprise.
