I checked into the Hotel on 21st June for a 4 night stay. Right from the poor “Check-In” experience one could get a feeling that something was amiss... I had multiple “sub-standard” experiences in this relatively new property. To highlight a few.. • On the 1st night, I ordered for a Vietnamese Grilled Fish (Medium rear), but what I received was a “Well done”, over cooked, almost fried fish. There were almost no attendants at the only restaurant at the hotel at 10:30pm. • On the 3rd day at despite the restaurant being empty at breakfast, all the salad bar servings were empty at 9:45am. There was not adequate bread in the bread baskets. When I pointed to the restaurant manager that the breakfast buffet is available until 10:30am, I was told that the serving bowls are empty as the team was all busy preparing for a 500 pax lunch later in the day (24th June)…..honestly not sure this was an acceptable answer. • On the 3rd evening at 10:15 pm, when I tried to utilize my complementary welcome drink at the bar, I was told the bar attendant was not available and the drink cannot be served. • Despite requests for coffee sachets to be placed in the room during daily housekeeping service, the same were never placed. However, had to personally make a call for the same every day. • There was no Iron and Ironing board in the room. • The hand sanitizers installed in the elevators were empty and not operational. • The air-conditioning in the lobby never seemed to work. Despite repeated requests to meet with the GM, it was only on the 3rd day was I told that the GM is not available for the week as he is on an official trip. Ironically the Rooms duty manager (2nd in charge after the GM) was also not available. Would not recommend this property for a stay.

Nous conseillons la chambre avec le balcon qui donne sur la rue; elle est spacieuse (pour Hanoi), décorée avec goût et dispose d'une litterie très confortable. En outre, plusieurs petites attentions personnalisées sont mises en place pour que vous vous sentiez immédiatement le bienvenu . Si vous désirez passer un séjour mémorable, faites vous absolument chouchouter au spa qui est vraiment fabuleux ; une parenthèse dans cette ville agitée. Demandez Giang et Anh, vous ne le regretterez pas ! Pour profitez d'un bonne cuisine dans un cadre reposant, surtout après une journée de visite, le restaurant de l'hôtel est l'endroit parfait. Nous avons apprécié le service d'Elen Phuong Thao.

Très bon hôtel. Nous avons passé une nuit en famille lors de notre passage à Hanoi. L'hôtel est bien placé dans le centre et il est facile d'atteindre à pied le centre historique, le lac Hoan Kiem ou bien la gare. Les chambres sont de très bonne qualité et il semble qu'elles aient été rénovés récemment. Nous avons profité du buffet au chocolat l'après-midi ainsi que du petit déjeuner le matin. Tout était exquis. Nous avons également utilisé la salle de sport et la piscine. Le service était très bien. Je n'ai rien à redire, nous reviendrons certainement.

TV, bonne sélection de canaux. Air Con. Baignoire avec douche sur tête. Pas de sélance autour de la baignoire, donc l'eau de douche va descendre dans le mur derrière la baignoire et sur le sol sous la baignoire. La bonneté sait ce que vous pouvez trouver de grandir sous la baignoire. Restaurant – Plus comme un cantine de travail. Petit déjeuner buffet. Facilités – Ascenseurs. Service de nettoyage à sec/laver. Wi-Fi - Bonne réception Temps – Overcast 24c to 33c Location – Hôtel dans la vieille zone de déclin de Hanoi. Beaucoup de petits magasins à proximité. Parmi les cinq hôtels que j'ai séjourné au Viêt Nam, c'était de loin le pire.

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le vieux quartier, tout est à distance de marche. Le personnel était très sympathique et le petit déjeuner était très bon. C'est un hôtel récemment rénové, donc tout était neuf et propre. Des travaux sont encore en cours, mais pas assez pour être gênants. Mention spéciale à Patrick qui nous a donné une liste d'endroits où aller et qui a été utile pour répondre à toutes nos questions.

We hadn't experienced the Capella brand before but were persuaded to book by our agent, Wimeya Private Travel....so happy with that decision. Wow! No expense or cleverness has been spared on the opulent 1920's vibe of this five star plus, city hotel. Our room was superb, beautiful and everything worked perfectly- we're talking the important details here that show the difference in class- shower-; powerful, hot as you like- instantly. Slippers, superior and his and hers sizes there for us, same with the dressing gowns. Free bottled water, as much as you like. bed and linens super comfy and quality. Superb service as other reviewers have confirmed, yet this is a generous great value proposition where breakfast and day time light snacks are available for residents complimentary. We ate at Hudsons and Backstage and used the pool/spa- everything was top notch. Congratulations to the GM, Dennis and this lovely team - genuinely re-defining how good 5* should be!!

Vous vous sentez sincèrement comme si vous vous êtes retourné dans votre appartement à la maison, ils ont un réfrigérateur de taille appropriée mieux pour des séjours plus longs. cuisine pleine avec tout de la boulangerie à votre sauce préférée. A/C dans QUALITÉ, chauffe-eau portable, sourire chaude de la sécurité que vous ressentez à la maison. ******** seulement tirer de l'arrière était la porte glissante dans la salle de séjour avait été endommagé et n'a pas fermé correctement, donc il était froid si vous n'avez pas mis le chauffe-eau portable sur. Si vous pouvez survivre 10 minutes en froid pendant que le chauffage portable se déclenche.

Stayed here 2 nights in a Deluxe Room and I was amazed by the grand view to the city, and by the offered services. The room was super spacious with fully equipped kitchen and fridge. Breakfast was so nice and fresh. The light meal on the 17th floor in the late afternoon and evening was absolutely fantastic. My compliments to Lap, the manager of the 17th-floor restaurant (my apology if I wrongly remember his name), for his warm hospitality. Certainly the best of the best!

Good location, friendly staff, good service and situated in business area. Many restaurant in here and I got to try 3 Spoons restaurant which is serve buffet (freshly seafoods and delicious western options. Overall I really enjoyed my stay in Intercontinental.

YYannickL268Tout d’abord, comment parler de notre expérience dans les hôtel « La Siesta » sans parler de Anh Dang. Grâce à ce jeune homme nous avons vécu une expérience unique. Sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité nous ont bluffé. Nous étions donc de nouveau à Hanoi pour nos 2 dernières nuits au Vietnam. Nous avions réservé une chambre au « La Siesta Trendy ». En arrivant, nous avons été très bien accueillis avec un jus de fruits frais et une serviette fraiche. Anh Dang s’est alors occupé de nous. Nous patientions pour notre enregistrement et ce dernier nous a alors annoncé que notre réservation était un chambre aveugle mais que nous étions surclassé pour cette première nuit. Super ! Et là, il nous a lui-même accompagné non pas dans cet hôtel mais dans l’un des autres établissements, et pas n’importe lequel, le « Hanoi La Siesta», un niveau supérieur déjà mais alors la chambre … superbe. Une chambre familiale avec une grande terrasse, un vrai plaisir ! Toujours d’une grande amabilité, Anh Dang nous a dit que nous pouvions le contacter à n’importe quel moment et qu’il gérait tout pour le retour du lendemain (transport des bagages, prise en charge du taxi, …). Le lendemain, tout était effectivement géré. Arrivant de nouveau à l’Hôtel « La Siesta Trendy », nous retrouvons Anh Dang tout sourire. Après avoir pris de nos nouvelles, il nous annonce que nous serons aussi surclassé au « Trendy ». Nous nous retrouvons donc dans une très spacieuse et jolie chambre avec à nouveau une superbe terrasse.. Effectivement, nous avons été chanceux. Mais hormis ces considérations, le personnel des deux hôtels dans lesquels nous avons séjourné a été à l’image de Anh Dang : prévenant, professionnel, disponible, sourient. Concernant les hôtels, il y avait effectivement une différence de standing entre les deux mais cela n‘est pas négatifs du tout. Le « La Siesta Trendy » tout autant que le « La Siesta Hanoi » sont des établissements très agréable, d’une propreté irréprochable et très bien situé dans Hanoi, permettant ainsi de facilement visiter le vieux quartier notamment. Par ailleurs, nous avons été très touchés par l’attention portée lors de notre départ, une magnifique guirlande artisanale nous a été offerte ! En conclusion, nous recommandons sans hésitation ces établissements et n’hésiterons pas un instant à y revenir lors d’un prochain passage à Hanoi. His kindness, his professionalism and his availability were amazing. So we were back in Hanoi for our last 2 nights in Vietnam. We booked a room at the «La Siesta Trendy». When we arrived, we were very well received with a fresh fruit juice and a fresh towel. Anh Dang then took care of us. We were waiting for our check-in and he told us that our reservation was a blind room but that we were upgrade

IInvitéI chose this hotel for my group of ten visiting Hanoi for three days. It had to meet these conditions: 1. Located in French Quarter, beloved for it's beautiful architecture; 2. Front a main street for vehicle access; and 3. Rooms on the ground floor or reached by elevator. 4. Reasonable room rates The hotel offered more: suite rooms, one with a balcony facing the street, washing machine and dryer in each room, proper bathrooms, pleasing decor, and excellent service. Opposite was a shop selling pho and bun. The owner was very friendly, the food excellent. He even offered me tra da free. A few doors away was a shop selling banh cuon, my favourite breakfast, again tasty food, and VND5,000 tra da to go with the meal. The owner herself, although hardly managing to speak English, was friendly and extremely helpful, while two if the staff spoke good English. I will definitely stay here again

IInvitéhotel très bien situé dans la vieille ville proche de tout. le plus : literie confortable et propre, personnel à l'écoute et très serviable. Le moins : certaines chambres n'ont pas de fenêtre, les WC sont dans la salle de bain qui est elle meme fermée par seulelent une porte vitrée... pas d'intimité possible.

IInvitéPros: Le personnel était très gentil et très bien placé et disposé à aider avec tout et tout si on leur a mentionné. Il est un endroit fab avec Hoan Kiem lac bien à pied, mais pas juste au milieu du quartier vieux hétique, il est possible d'obtenir un bon sommeil de nuit (nous n'avons pas une fenêtre, donc incertain si cela est vrai pour les chambres avec fenêtre). Les lits ont été changés chaque jour et les serviettes propres chaque jour, mais d'autres installations telles que le papier toilette, le shampooing, le lavage des corps, etc. n'ont pas été montées pendant notre séjour. Cons: Nous sommes arrivés après le contrôle annoncé en temps et notre chambre n'était pas prête, ce qui n'était pas idéal après 17 heures de vol, mais aussi compréhensible que parfois d'autres clients vérifient tard. Je pense que c'est pour cela qu'ils se sont pressés pour obtenir la chambre qui signifie qu'elle n'était pas complètement propre, par exemple, cheveux sur le sol, empreintes digitales sur les miroirs/verre. Notre télévision n'a pas fonctionné, le wifi était très lent pendant notre séjour, et la douche s'est réfrigérée pendant les 2 premiers jours qui étaient équitables, compte tenu de la chaleur qu'il était. Booking.com still states that breakfast is available here but nothing was mentioned to us about breakfast, and it's worth noting that the photos used by the property are definitely not accurate. The property is nice, but not like the photos. La chambre était sans fenêtre, et je ne peux pas me souvenir si cela a été mentionné lors de la réservation. Cependant, je me suis senti compte tenu du score élevé que la propriété a sur booking.com et sur ici, il était important de laisser une image plus précise de la propriété.

IInvitéThe slippers that were provided for walking around the room was too loud, where it is difficult to be quiet when walking around in them. The husband is also uptight in not letting people eat in the dining area but outside which I can understand and could go along with, because they don't want the guest to leave garbage or get their table dirty, but they need to at least leave a garbage can outside so the guest don't have to leave it on the ground. I didn't like how I couldn't find a place to throw my ice cream wrapper away when I ate it outside and had to end up throwing it in the garbage of another person's place.
I also didn't like the location of how it was out of the city center where it wasn't near any grocery stores or open fruit and vegetable, and meat markets. Just by a bunch of restaurants some being a bunch of aggressive jerks sitting outside waiting for bystanders to walk by where they try to aggressively approach you to get you to eat at their restaurant. I need a place where I can use a kitchen to cook food for myself. I don't need to eat out every day.
These owners are a bit shady at times in that when I did came in early where it was not time for me to check in where I was willing to wait until my room is ready, their son had the nerve to try to make a few bucks off me in that if I pay them a few bucks, I can have my room before the check in time which was a bit tacky. The husband didn't give me very good advice when he told me that staying at this place is good for going into the city center and coming back, which it isn't for me, because I have to take the bus 1 hour and 45 minutes to the city center which is a longways. What lousy advice for my situation like he was trying to convince me to stay longer just so that they can make more money off of me. This was a little tacky too. Good for them, but not good for me.
I also didn't like how they send my clothing to a cleaner when I thought they were going to wash it in their washer and hang it up on their clothesline on their top floor. Not only that, but the cleaners lost my dress pants in the process or probably even stoled it and kept it for themselves and not really telling me the truth. I told them about this and they said that the cleaners who they sent it to didn't know what happen to it. The owners were even trying to try to lie a little bit by saying that I never gave them a dress pants for them to wash which is a bunch of ********.
They could have just let me use their washer where I could have used my own detergent to wash my clothing and hang it up to dry on their clothesline on the rooftop of their place where I would have paid them for it. For all I know these cleaners that they sent my clothing to for them to wash could be their friend and they are trying to help give their friends the business for any of their guests that has laundry for them to use. These cleaners are probably a bunch of thieves for all I know that probably looked through guests clothing for things that are valuable which they take and pretend that they don't know anything about it when the guests inquire of it. This is another shady tactical thing that they are probably doing as well.
I even asked them if they could compensate me which would not have amounted to much which they had refused. They didn't even have the nerve to apologize to me but to only lie to me by telling me ******** that the cleaners who they sent guests clothing to never lose any of their clothing which is a bunch of ********. All of this could have been avoided had they either let me use their washer or they wash it for me in their washer where I would have paid them. Do not trust these people with your clothing!!!!

IInvitéRatings are always based on personal standards and judging criteria. For this, I am coming from the angle of a cheap airport hotel. This is the best airport hotel around Hanoi Noi Bai Airport, and at a decent price. Do not expect intercontinental buffet breakfast, business lounges and the likes. The room is pretty new, clean, functional, and large. Despite being close to the airport, you can barely hear anything from landing aircraft. Breakfast is simple at best, and staff seem to be still in 'training', with only Brian being the 'boss'. Rooftop pool doesn't look well maintained, and the entertainment room has been abandoned totally altogether, with the foosball and billiard table left to collect dust while it has become a storage and parking area. But hey, its an airport hotel. Purpose is to have people sleep for 1 night before leaving prompto. It is situated in a pretty rural area so don't expect any established eateries or convenience stores nearby. Think roadside hawkers and home-run provision shops. In conclusion, best airport hotel near Hanoi Noi Bai Airport.

CCCKY1007Veuillez prêter attention au type de chambre lors de la réservation. Après ma réservation, je ne sais pas si le propriétaire de la famille d'accueil ou Trip.com a modifié les détails de la chambre, ce qui a entraîné une incompatibilité entre la chambre que j'ai réservée et celle fournie. Heureusement, la chambre est toujours disponible et nous avons pu revenir au type de chambre que nous avions réservé lors de notre deuxième et troisième nuit de séjour. La famille d'accueil est idéalement située au cœur de Hanoi et la chambre ressemble exactement aux photos, bien qu'elle soit légèrement plus petite que prévu. J'adore la décoration de leurs chambres ! Il y a aussi un beau café en bas. Je donnerais une note de 3 à 4/5 à la propreté ; le sol était un peu collant et la chambre légèrement poussiéreuse. De plus, notez qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur dans le bâtiment, alors pensez-y si vous avez des bagages volumineux.

IInvitéJe suis très heureux de voir la situation de ce lieu dans la proximité de nombreux stands alimentaires, fruits et légumes. Je suis aussi heureux de voir beaucoup de mini-shops où je peux aller chercher les choses que j'ai besoin. Elle est très respectable pour moi d'appeler monsieur. Hotel maid était très aimable d'être à l'endroit. Je aime comment il y avait une convection portable pour moi de cuisiner avec. J'aime les produits d'argent, les colliers et les plats que je peux utiliser pour manger mon aliment avec. J'aime bien qu'il soit près de ce grand magasin Winmart.
La chambre d'hôtel était très propre. L'hôtel dispose toujours d'un ensemble de serviettes propres et propres à chaque fois que je le veux.
La seule chose que j'aime pas était que maintenant et après, il y a des spécimens, où j'ai dû tuer 2 d'entre eux. J'ai aussi dû faire face à un grand spécimen le dernier jour. Je suis quelqu'un qui a peur des spécimens.
Je pourrais revenir à cet hôtel en août, en septembre, ou début de l'année prochaine, quand je reviendrai à Hanoi au Viêt Nam et la situation me convient.
