Quant au service des serveuses et vendeuses, il est très bien, ils font vraiment l'effort de parler aux clients et de les faire se sentir comme de la famille, le ménage est plutôt bon, mais je dois dire qu'au niveau de la nourriture c'est laisse beaucoup à désirer, la plupart des temps froids, sans vinaigrettes pour assaisonner les salades ou les légumes, les jus chauds et sans sucre, il n'y avait pas un jour où il y avait du beurre, de la mayonnaise ou toute autre sauce pour accompagner les repas ou le petit déjeuner. Il n'y a pas de petit four pour chauffer un toast ou un morceau de pain, la présentation pourrie, si je suis honnête il n'y a pas eu un jour où l'on a bien mangé et c'est surtout dû au peu de gestion par les gérants, l'encadrement assez superficiel et la justification avec tous les problèmes qu'il y a en ce moment à Cuba. Servir un plat chaud ou un jus froid va au-delà de la rareté qu'il peut y avoir.
