Un joyau caché à Shanghai, et très accueillant pour les animaux de compagnie ! ! ! Les familles avec des animaux de compagnie ne doivent pas le manquer ! Venir en milieu de semaine, c'est comme réserver tout l'endroit Vous pouvez réserver une chambre avec cour au premier étage du B&B, ce qui est pratique pour que les animaux puissent entrer et sortir à tout moment. Il est rare de jouir d'une telle liberté~ Il y a une grande pelouse clôturée dans la maison d'hôtes, où les animaux peuvent courir librement et s'amuser beaucoup ! ! Après avoir été fatigués de jouer, le majordome attentionné a installé un barbecue pour nous, a allumé le feu de charbon de bois et nous avons fait des grillades nous-mêmes, ce qui était amusant et délicieux. Il est très rare de trouver un coin tranquille dans une ville animée. J'amènerai mon chien ici la prochaine fois~

This hotel is truly dreamy!!! I adored the hot spring tub in the room!! I wasn't nervous to use it because all of the room was so clean and fresh!!! The front desk staff were kind, helpful and a joy to speak with! Breakfast was amazing and I was given fresh fruits to have after a nice long soak. It was so relaxing to feed the koi fish in the garden and chat with the rabbits. They even have a very loved cat who guards the door!! This place was totally a 10 out of 10!! I'll be coming back again soon!!!!

We had a lovely time staying at Zen spring hotel. Staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. Our flight was delayed by 1.5 hrs and despite the last pickup from airport being 11pm, they came to pick us up at 12am (remember to connect them on WeChat if u want to coordinate the pick up! They only speak Chinese though so translation would be required). Also note that the earliest Disneyland shuttle departs at 7.45am, so those buying early access would need to find your own transport! We also didn’t have a China phone number so we couldn’t order food delivery, however the front desk staff kindly offered to help order through her phone (we really appreciated this as we hadn’t eaten since lunch when we arrived!) We also enjoyed the hot spring within the hotel, do note that you will need swimming attire to enjoy the hot spring (we didn’t bring ours but managed to get swimming attire delivered to us for roughly 55yuan). They also have a service to “dress up” in their in-house hanfu selections - and will even do your hair, but you need to do your own makeup, we had fun and took many photos around the hotel. Totally recommend staying here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Les hôtels dont le prix est supérieur à 2 000 yuans peuvent demander au concierge de vous aider avec vos bagages après que vous ayez conduit au sous-sol et de vous guider jusqu'à la réception pour l'enregistrement. Dès mon enregistrement, j'ai reçu une explication détaillée de l'équipement et un surclassement de chambre. Trois jours avant l'enregistrement, la gouvernante Abby m'a contacté et m'a demandé quelle était mon orientation dans la chambre et quelles étaient mes préférences en matière d'activités. Elle nous a présenté les équipements de la chambre et nous a apporté les oreillers que nous avions sélectionnés. Elle a livré le menu de la chambre, la soupe et la salade à temps et nous a aidés à planifier l'itinéraire pour toute la journée. Tellement excellent. Je voudrais féliciter Minnie du centre énergétique. Elle a été très attentionnée et prévenante à l'accueil. Elle nous a expliqué beaucoup de connaissances, nous a guidés dans l'expérience et nous a recommandé et communiqué avec nous sur de nombreux projets hôteliers. Au cours de ce processus d’accueil, la qualité de chaque employé a fait sentir aux gens que ce n’est pas quelque chose qui peut être réalisé par de simples opérations standardisées. La direction de l'hôtel est vraiment attentionnée. L'entretien des chambres, le petit-déjeuner et les sources chaudes sont également parfaits !

I just wanted a place to go with my two children while their dad was out of town, and I can't believe I stumbled upon this place. I had no clue where Fengxian was. It's about an hour's drive from where I live in Minhang, but it was worth it. We got an upgrade to a stunning two story room and the staff were so wonderful along with a late checkout. Special shout out to Tommy who is fluent in English and the other reception staff who were just so kind. We went on a Friday after school and there were two large hot spring tubs in the room. We were brought to our room by golf cart and greeted with tea and a beautiful snack tray. The room has some serious high tech gadgets. Super modern. The restaurant is right across the courtyard. The food was delicious. However if you want sashimi or crab, you have to order those dishes a day in advance. Fabulous wontons, beef rice, mapo tofu and sweet potato and vegetable dishes. We were stuffed. No western options as an FYI, but the food was excellent. The next day we had an outstanding breakfast. We thought it was just the small buffet but they come out with individual trays of food for each of us. Cappucinos were delicious too. Then we went to water golf which is a golfing range over the water, and it was really fun as we are all awful at golf. Water golf was included in the price, but we got an extra set as it was such fun. Then Tommy set up the kayaks for the water canal and we went up and down that having the best time. Lots of beautiful sit out areas. It's super quiet there. Long paved paths so if you like running, it's a great spot. I said I wanted to go back the next time on my own as it was so peaceful, but my teenagers said that wasn't fair. So that's a good sign. Next time, I want to go explore the areas around there a bit more. Can't wait to go back and chill here. Great service. Also the smell of the scent they used in the hallways was just amazing. Should have taken a picture!

I brought my dog and cat for a one day stay (to get them used to travelling). The pet rooms are amazing! It's so cool having a bedroom for the animals, and it's connected to the main bedroom with a little door which is super cute. My cat loved the climbing zone around the TV, and they both loved the patio, which was enclosed so I felt comfortable letting them play out there. Outside of the room, the facilities were fine. The dog swimming pool is pretty good, although it didn't seem to have changing rooms like I had read online. The dog park is also fine. The overall environment is quite nice, with a big lake and rice paddies around the island, but I didn't love feeling completely enclosed and cut off once inside (it's a huge compound. You can order taxis and delivery inside, of course). I went to the massage parlour, which was nice (45 minute foot massage was 100 RMB) Service is great. I was able to get very helpful service from the front desk, guards, cleaners, and on WeChat. Everyone was very nice and attentive. The bad bits - the petting zoo didn't look very nice. Petting zoos in general are not very ethical, and the animals looked pretty dirty and sad. You have to pay extra for it, so I just avoided it. Also, the hot springs are closed all summer, and the outside pool closed at 5pm even though the marketing claimed it was open until after sunset. Overall, a really cool place to take pets and I'm glad I went.

It's 1 hour away from the city center but closed to the Pudong airport. Very quiet and silent. The room condition was also very good with clean and soft bedding. All staffs are nice, kind and supportive. Unfortunately, they don't provide in-room dining service. If you want to have a dinner in the hotel, you should go to the restaurant in the site. Th available foods are very local. In the breakfast, you can enjoy some breads and coffees. Overall, I'm happy with the stay. Highly recommend.

C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne ici, l'environnement est toujours aussi beau qu'avant. La dame à la réception était très accueillante et le chien était très mignon. Si je n’étais pas pressé d’aller à Disneyland, j’aurais été heureux de rester dans la villa un peu plus longtemps. Le petit déjeuner était joliment présenté et avec la lumière du matin et le chien, mon humeur s'est améliorée. Le seul inconvénient est que le chemin vers la villa n'est pas facile à trouver, surtout la nuit 😂

Le prix est très abordable et mes enfants aiment rester dans la chambre parent-enfant, donc je viens souvent ici. Mais l’expérience cette fois-ci a été très mauvaise. Il y avait trop de monde. Il y avait une longue file d'attente pour obtenir les cartes et les fruits. Les boissons ont également été emportées, ne laissant que du Coca, du Sprite et autres. Le bruit dans l'aire de jeux pour enfants était si fort que ma tête bourdonnait. Il y a moins de monde dans les endroits où il n'y a que des activités autofinancées comme le tennis de table et où il n'y a pas de coupons d'achat groupés.

Cet hôtel est situé dans un village de l'île de Chongming. Ça s'appelle Bowu. J'ai également vu des recommandations d'hôtels privés japonais avec sources chaudes sur Dianping.com. J'ai été immédiatement attiré par cet endroit et je l'ai immédiatement réservé. Après mon arrivée à l'hôtel, la réception a surclassé ma chambre. Après l'enregistrement, un majordome m'a emmené dans la chambre de Li Zi... Non, la télévision à l'intérieur peut être projetée, et la femme de ménage me l'a donnée avant mon enregistrement. J'ai envoyé le guide d'enregistrement sur WeChat. Ce restaurant vous permet de prendre rendez-vous pour vous faire livrer votre petit-déjeuner en chambre. Il existe trois options, dont la bouillie. J'ai choisi les nouilles au porc épicées, qui étaient des petits wontons et des nouilles au porc épicées. Le goût était plutôt bon, un peu épicé. L’essentiel est que le bain de source chaude de cet hôtel draine l’eau très rapidement. Il serait préférable qu'il y ait de la poudre de bain recommandée, mais malheureusement, ce n'était qu'une soupe claire. Les toilettes sont également automatisées. Dans l’ensemble, la chambre était propre et nette. La seule chose qui ne me satisfait pas, c'est le magasin d'alimentation japonaise à l'intérieur. C'était horrible et ce n'était pas frais. Si tu veux manger, tu peux sortir. Il y a de bons plats fermiers parmi lesquels choisir. Il est recommandé d'apporter de la nourriture et des collations avec vous si vous venez ici pour jouer, car il n'y a rien à manger à proximité le soir. Si vous avez faim, il n'y a que ce genre de nourriture. Les distributeurs automatiques peuvent vendre des chips, des boissons, du lait et d'autres choses. Je veux amener mon chat jouer avec moi la prochaine fois.
