Quand j'ai fait la réservation, il y avait une chambre avec vue sur la mer. Quand je suis arrivé, la réception a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de chambre avec vue sur la mer. Du coup, il y a eu une impasse pendant une demi-heure, et j'ai arrangé une chambre avec une petite vue de la mer. L'hôtel est relativement vieux et les équipements des chambres sont meilleurs que l'hôtel Hilton d'à côté. Il doit être plus récent, la piscine n'est pas aussi bonne que le hilton et la réception n'aime pas les chinois

Location - One of the better located hotels in Huahin. Very central and walking access to beaches, night market and if you are up for a 20 minute walk, the big malls. Most locations are accessible within a 100 baht by Grab. Cleanliness - Rooms were fairly clean but it feels old and that makes it feel less clean for us. The housekeeping staff were great in general but missed replenishing amenities once or twice during our 7 nights stay. Outside of our room, the lobby and pool were very clean and updated. Service - Great service. Every staff were smiling and friendly right down to the security staff at the front of the hotel. The security were quick to block cars and greet with a sawadee kup each time we walked out. The only minor observation is that I would say the kids room would be better if they have some staff to interact more with the kids. For example, paint with them. Facilities - Like other travelers have said, this is an older hotel and it shows in the facilities and the room. We received one of the older floors (5th) and I can see why we paid a discounted price for our stay. Examples are fading of cushions, outdated decor, outdated TV in rooms, slow WIFI on our floor etc. The swimming area was great though with its proximity to the beach. Water temperature was cold at times but usually fine depending on time of day. Nice kids area where my kids were able to interact with other kids. Unique Factor - Very central location and a very nice lobby area for guests to just wait for hang out.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans l’hôtel Cape Nidhra Hua Hil Notre Pool Villa est juste splendide, avec une vue à couper le souffle. Chambre spacieuse, tout est fonctionnel. L’accès direct sur la plage de Hua Hin est vraiment apprécié. Le personnel est particulièrement gentil et serviable. Notre dîner au restaurant « Rocks » était juste excellent, les plats sont bons et copieux, le service est irréprochable. Après une longue journée de visite, je vous conseille vivement de passer prendre un verre au bar « On The Rocks », ils proposent une carte des cocktails qui sont vraiment délicieux. Le petit-déjeuner servi au restaurant est aussi incontournable, on y trouve toute une variété des plats Thaï et internationaux, et beaucoup de fruits. Cet hôtel sera notre choix unique pour notre prochain passage à Hua Hin

Beautiful hotel at very short walking distance from the lively Bintabaht area, restaurants and cafes. Service is excellent, particular mention goes to the hotel manager, who is always present and attentive, and remembers his guests preferences, and to the lady cleaning our rooms (205 & 206) - she would make a great customer-facing member of staff, with her great English, caring, kind and smiley attitude. Only downside of the place is that the beach in front of the hotel isn’t suitable for swimming in our view. We would definitely stay again.

Thania the lovely receptionist welcomed us and provided very helpful local information. We had a lovely room with super comfy pillows and bed, we particularly appreciated the double size shower with glass screen and door which stops the bathroom floor getting soaked with water — a common problem we encountered in many hotels around the country. A great stay, fast wifi and A/C very friendly staff and a terrace restaurant which serves excellent food and a cooked free breakfast, there are dozens of lively bars and restaurants along the road and nearby. The hotel is a pleasant 10 minute stroll to the beach, we extended our 4 night stay to 8 days as we enjoyed the hotel and area so much. Thanks Thania and all the staff, we will be back for sure.

I've had two stays at this hotel over the last two weeks, for a total of six nights. The first stay was in a ”twin room”. The second stay was in a ”superior room”. The only difference I could tell between the two rooms is that the superior room had a bathtub instead of a shower and a newer Android TV which could access netflix, amazon, you tube, etc, and could play media files. Don't watch much tv when on holiday, but good to have the option during the rainy season. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and were very clean, with a large bed, wardrobe (both rooms with a non-functioning safe box), desk, end tables, fridge kettle, hot water and cool AC, and a small balcony with table and chairs. No real view to speak of from any of the rooms. Both rooms had a router inside the room, ensuring a stable wifi connection. Swimming pool was small and shallow, but I did use it every day to swim a few laps or to cool off after outings. Pool towels were available at the reception desk. There's a restaurant on site serving breakfast and lunch, but I didn't eat there so I can't report on the food. All staff I encountered were exceptionally friendly and professional. Location is perfect, really, if you wish to stay in the city center. Easy walk to the beach, 7-11, train station, minivan stops, money changers, night market, Soi Bintabaht, Soi 80, and uncounted restaurants, bars, and massage shops. Definitely a reasonable (but not great) value at this price point. I won't hesitate to return next time I'm in Hua Hin.

J'ai réservé le test du 5ème jour et je vais à cet hôtel. En ce qui concerne les émissions de gaz à effet de serre, les émissions de gaz à effet de serre sont limitées à la quantité de gaz à effet de serre qui est utilisée pour la production de gaz à effet de serre. Dans mon premier test, l'hôtel à Bangkok a fait exactement la même chose sans aucun problème. C'est une histoire totalement différente dans l'hôtel de la ville de Thipurai. Mon cauchemar commence. Pour obtenir le résultat tôt, j'ai vérifié hier à 1 h 30. La première question que j'ai posée est : « avez-vous fini le test Covid ? ». J'étais totalement confondue. Le but que je suis venu ici est de prendre ce test. Comment puis-je le terminer moi-même ? Le gestionnaire a expliqué : par leur définition, je dois aller à l'hôpital moi-même. Le paquet ne comprend pas le transport à l'hôpital. Mon point est de prendre un test à l'hôpital en une étape pour terminer le test. Comme le test est inclus dans le paquet, il doit certainement inclure le transport à l'hôpital. Il n'a pas le droit de définir ce que doit inclure le test RT-PCR. Est-ce que ma compréhension a un problème? Toute personne normale devrait le prendre de cette manière. Sinon, il n'est pas un paquet complet. Laissez-moi prendre un pas de retour, supposez que l'hôtel a le droit de définir le paquet. Le transport n'est pas inclus. Au moins, ils devraient me dire quand nous signions le contrat. En tant que client, j'ai le droit de connaître tous les détails au moment où je paie pour un service. Si je dois aller à l'hôpital, ils doivent aussi fournir un adresse hospitalière, et expliquer la procédure de prise de l'essai. C'est leur devoir. Je n'ai pas reçu d'informations. En tant qu'étranger, comment sais-je que je devrais le faire seul et le terminer sans instruction? Enfin, on m'a dit qu'ils pouvaient aider à appeler un taxi. Le taxi est arrivé très vite, le conducteur connaît toutes les procédures. Il est clair qu'il a fait cette entreprise de nombreuses fois. À partir de la carte de Google, la distance entre l'hôtel et l'hôpital est 1.8km. J'ai été facturé 300 Baht. À ce moment, je comprends pourquoi le gestionnaire cache les détails sur le paquet qu'il a défini quand il m'a contacté avant. En fait, il m'a envoyé plusieurs fois. Ma femme l'a même appelé hier matin. Il n'a jamais dit un mot sur cette question. 300 Baht est une petite somme d'argent. Il ne vaut pas vraiment la peine de faire si horrible. Mon histoire n'est pas terminée. En plus de cacher des détails importants, le gestionnaire est aussi menteur. C'est ce que je ne peux tolérer et je dois souligner. Lorsque je lui ai demandé pourquoi il ne m'avait pas dit que c'était mon devoir d'aller à l'hôpital à l'avance, il a parlé avec fermeté plusieurs fois qu'il a fourni cette information à ma femme. C'est donc sa faute de ne pas me le transmettre. Ma femme est une Thaïlande. Ils n'ont aucun problème à communiquer. Ma femme refuse qu'elle ait été informée. Elle se trouve donc confrontée à Kowit, le gestionnaire de l'hôtel par téléphone, demander quand elle lui a dit

The Wannara Hotel is simply a wonderful hotel and I highly recommend it to any travellers considering booking a room there. My arrival was somewhat emotional. I had been suffering from food poisoning in The Philippines and had tolerated some cheap uncomfortable hotels in both Manila and Bangkok and thus desperately needed some luxury. When I was given the key to my Wannara Hotel room and walked in I almost broke down in tears of joy and relief. I had an in an instant felt some emotional connection with my room. Sounds silly I accept but before me was a beautiful, cosy, clean and bright room with all the luxurious you would want. After all I had been through I really felt as if I had arrived in heaven. The love affair continued and I really could have happily have sat in my hotel room the entire week. The day I left I felt strangely reluctance to leave. So for sure the hotel feels like a real luxury safe haven. The facilities in the room were all excellent; safe, good shower pressure, large balcony, super comfy bed and a great TV system. I honestly felt some strange attachment to my room. Maybe it was the contrast with the horrors of my illness and previous dire accommodation. The hotel is well situated very close to the beach, the restaurants and the bar scene. You do not need a taxi to access any of this and even the famous night market is a short walk away. Once you are booked in to the hotel you really don’t need to use any public transport. In fact even the famous Hua Hin train station is within walking distance. There is a small pool at the hotel, which I didn’t use but it looks good. Each morning I made use of the extensive breakfast buffet and the lovely smiling Thai chefs prepared my eggs with all the usual smile and giggles. The front desk staff offered all the help I needed regards any advice and recommendations and the lobby is full of books and magazines and comfy chairs to help you settle in. All round I really cannot fault this fantastic hotel. It gave me more than I expected and for sure I will be back and will have no hesitation booking in to The Wannara Hotel.

L'hôtel était à proximité de la gare et très proche de la plage. Location idéale - juste à l'extérieur de la chambre, il y a des bars et des points de massage, des plats de cuisine et un 7/11 👍🏻 Personnel de l'hôtel sont amis et le lieu est propre. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses avec un beau lit double. Entourant le coin il y a une piscine embouti qui n'a pas été occupé, donc il était agréable de partir seul.
