Le point fort de cet hôtel est très certainement la vue magnifique sur le zambeze et les chutes au loin. Les extérieurs sont d ailleurs plutôt bien entretenus. Pour le reste c'est à oublier ...les chambres sont vieilles et non rénovées surtout les salles de bain dans un état très moyen et digne des années 1970. La nourriture est médiocre. Si le service est empressé cela devient parfois étouffant car on vient vous demander cinquante fois la même chose. Par ailleurs, comme dit dans un avis précédent, ils veulent sans cesse vous vendre des activités ( qui sont au passage extrêmement chères à Victoria falls). On a le sentiment désagréable de n être qu un portefeuille sur pattes. Nous avons même eu un souci avec un serveur qui s était trompé dans la note à notre avantage et nous a pourchassé sans cesse dés le petit-déjeuner avec divers responsables alors que l erreur lui était imputable et que nous nous étions engagés à vérifier et à payer en fin de séjour si nous devions quelque chose. Et aucune excuse de leur part. Bref un sentiment très désagréable. De plus si les salaries font ce qu ils peuvent l' établissement est si grand ( et très froid) que le ménage laisse à désirer dans pas mal d'endroits. Nous étions plutôt heureux de partir.

We stayed here for one night. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a good communal area where we played cards. The breakfast was lovely. Only comment was that there was no mosquito net on the bathroom window, but we just made sure the door was closed.
