« Ne venez pas chez lui en hiver, vous mourrez de froid, de froid, de froid. En fait, je suis déjà allé au Gansu pendant quelques jours et j’ai expérimenté le froid du Gansu en hiver. Lorsque je me suis enregistré ici, on m'a donné une fenêtre donnant sur le couloir. J'ai demandé à changer pour une fenêtre extérieure, en disant que la fenêtre extérieure serait un peu froide. Qui aurait cru que cet hôtel n'avait pas de climatisation et que le chauffage était alimenté par de l'eau chaude ou brûlée artificiellement. Cela a commencé vers 18 ou 19 heures et n'a brûlé que pendant deux heures, puis à nouveau à 18 heures le lendemain. Ce n’était pas un chauffage 24 heures sur 24, et le plus scandaleux était que l’équipement de chauffage n’était pas chaud pendant deux heures, pas même un tout petit peu de chaleur. Le magasin a appelé et a dit qu'ils vous avaient dit que la fenêtre extérieure était froide et que vous deviez changer de chambre (les 3 points pour le service ont été donnés entièrement à cause du gardien de sécurité enthousiaste qui a ouvert la porte. Il était enthousiaste en ouvrant la porte, en nous saluant, en aidant avec l'ascenseur et en répondant à diverses questions sur l'achat de billets de train et la prise de taxis. C'était une bonne critique). C'est une blague. C'est ok que la pièce soit froide, mais as-tu dit que le radiateur n'était pas chaud du tout ? On disait que le chauffage ne fonctionnait que pendant deux heures et que la nuit, lorsque la température était inférieure à dix degrés, il n'y avait ni climatisation ni chauffage. De plus, le magasin ne disposait d'aucune mesure corrective, ni de chauffage ni rien. Ils ont dit qu'ils pouvaient me donner une courtepointe. Finalement, j'ai mis les compresses chaudes (plus de dix par nuit) que j'avais apportées pour éviter le froid pendant la journée partout sur la couette et l'oreiller et j'ai dormi, me réconfortant en me disant que dormir dans la chambre était mieux que dormir dans la rue. La seule bonne chose est que le petit déjeuner est assez riche. »

« It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Campanile hotel in Xining! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed. Despite my early arrival, the staff, especially Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma, were so kind and accommodating, allowing me to check in without any hassle. The thoughtful touches throughout my stay truly made it exceptional. The welcome fruits upon arrival were a lovely surprise, and the complimentary breakfast was a fantastic start to the day. My room was not only sparkling clean and incredibly comfortable but also offered a great view of the city – a real treat! What truly sets the Campanile apart is the exceptional service. Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma were always ready to assist with a smile, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The added bonus of free laundry facilities was also incredibly convenient. To top it all off, the farewell gift was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. People are used to tours going to Tibet or the Qinghai lake anything extra you ask no answer. Thats including the tourist information in the bus terminal. Your best friend is amap in this city. Good hotel friendly people. They dont know much about how to get around. When I first checked in the first question was to upgrade my room as the room I booked was small I was told. Well the room I booked for a single person was way too big besides the room was for double occupancy to begin with. »

« Excellent séjour et fortement recommandé. C'est à environ 20 minutes à pied de la gare de Xining. Situé le long de la rue Qiyi七一路. En face de l'hôtel se trouvent de jolis magasins d'alimentation. Faites une courte promenade jusqu'à la rue animée derrière l'hôtel, ce qui prend environ 15 minutes. Vous pouvez marcher vers votre gauche en sortant de la porte principale de l'hôtel. Tournez encore à gauche et marchez 250 m jusqu'au feu, tournez à gauche et montez la colline jusqu'à arriver à la principale zone animée. La grande mosquée musulmane de Dongguan se trouve également dans cette zone. La population locale est très sympathique et prête à vous montrer les directions. La chambre de l'hôtel ChaoMan est propre, spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons séjourné ici pendant deux nuits. TTravelfreeGood hotel, very modern and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. For the price it's great. However, we couldn't enjoy the breakfast much as it starts at 7:30, which is already fairly late for a hotel, and by 7:40 not even half of the breakfast was prepared and we had to leave, would have liked to try it especially considering it was included in the room and what we ate of it was fairly tasty. The curtain behind the bathtub doesnt sit in line with the wall so there is a bright light throughout the night from outside. The hotel was a bit difficult to find especially finding the Correct parking area for the building. The elevators are shared elevators and took over 10 minutes to go up to the 25th floor . And took 5 minutes of waiting to go down one floor to the reception, before we decided to take the stairs(which are very dirty) Apart from the above the hotel was very good and comfortable, clothes washing facilities were clean, coffee in the reception, and a cool fish tank along with very friendly helpful staff.

IInvitéJ'ai choisi le Park Plaza car il était idéalement situé, à proximité de la gare et de l'aéroport. Le rapport qualité-prix était excellent. Mon train en provenance de Lhassa est arrivé à 6h30 et j'ai pris un taxi sans problème pour rejoindre le Park Plaza, situé à quelques kilomètres de là. Je me suis enregistré vers 7h et on m'a montré ma chambre. Elle était magnifique, très spacieuse avec une grande fenêtre, et elle disposait également d'une baignoire îlot. Malheureusement, une odeur de cigarette se dégageait, ce qui est assez courant dans les hôtels chinois. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre et on m'en a immédiatement proposé une. Cette chambre était identique, mais les draps étaient décorés de motifs pour enfants et il y avait quelques jouets et un tipi dans un coin. J'ai simplement rabattu les draps jaune vif et j'ai retrouvé une décoration charmante et de bon goût. Le lit était extrêmement confortable et la chambre très calme. Le buffet était exceptionnel et le chef et sa petite équipe étaient très aimables et attentionnés. Ils étaient visiblement très fiers de leur fabuleux buffet et de sa présentation… et ils avaient bien raison. C'était mon meilleur séjour en Chine. J'ai découvert un charmant sentier de promenade derrière l'hôtel, au bord de la rivière, à 5 minutes à pied. Le quartier était agréable pour flâner, très différent de mon séjour en centre-ville lors de mon voyage au Tibet. Je choisirai sans aucun doute le Park Plaza lors de mon prochain séjour à Xining.

IInvitéCet hôtel m'a offert un merveilleux séjour. J'ai eu la chance d'être surclassé en suite par la réception. La chambre était immense, avec un salon séparé, un dressing, une salle de bain et une douche. La décoration était élégante et raffinée, et les équipements haut de gamme. Nous avons bénéficié d'un service de majordome, avec un mot de bienvenue et un goûter. Nous avons également pris un goûter à l'étage affaires, composé d'une sélection de viennoiseries et de fruits, ainsi que de café et de thé. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était vraiment exceptionnel. Il proposait les petits-déjeuners les plus variés de tous les hôtels de notre voyage dans le Qinghai-Gansu, et parcourir le menu prenait plusieurs minutes. JJamesHarrisI will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.

IInvitéLa décoration du lobby est un peu vieillotte, mais il n'y a pas de mécontentement en entrant dans la salle. Sans oublier le lit et les oreillers, ils sont pour dormir et très confortables. Le sanitaire est un abattant de WC Canon, super simple à utiliser ! L'agencement est très moderne et les phares à rétroviseurs sont sympas ! Ce dont je veux me plaindre, c'est l'ascenseur. Il fait sombre. Je me demande pourquoi les lumières ne sont pas allumées ? Je ne pouvais pas voir clairement les boutons et il y avait un dessin animé qui jouait tout le temps. La musique était très soudaine et effrayante.

Les coordonnées géographiques sont à proximité de l'hôpital provincial de la Croix-Rouge et il y a un petit parc de la Grande Muraille à côté.
