This hotel is obnoxious! Main problem is they do NOT respect your room as your*private space while you are here. I did not feel secure at this hotel at all. I booked Sarrssa hotel following eye surgery at Birinci Goz (an eye hospital right next to the hotel). I thought it would be a good idea to stay right next door to the eye hospital for a week while I recover. The hotel is overpriced, is dirty, everything is in poor condition, the staff spoke no English, and they were were obnoxious . I had problems from the instant I got there to the moment I left. I am writing this review from the hotel lobby with hastily packed bags, waiting for my taxi to airport, because I was just thrown out of the room I had just stayed at for 8 nights while packing to check out at 11 (which I had assumed was checkout time since that is a normal checkout time at US hotels.). Apparently checkout here is 10:30, not 11. I didn't know that (remember I speak no Turkish and they speak no English). So they sent, not 1, not 2, but 3 (!) goons up to my room at 10:30 to demand I either get out or pay another night. I had stepped out while packing to get a cup of coffee, came back at 10:30 to finish packing, and found 3 guys in my room looking at my half-packed stuff. I didn't know who they were., but it turned out they were hotel staff there to throw me out at checkout time. ***? A phone call wouldn't do? Or a polite visit from 1 person at reception? No American hotel would treat a guest this way. But let's back up. On arrival I had to demand 3 different rooms until I got one that wasn't drastically overheated by broken radiators that would NOT turn off. I finally got one that was a comfortable temperature. I unpacked and made myself at home. The next day I went out for lunch with my stuff spread out like I'm at home, e.g. medications needed for my eyes post-surgery sitting on the bathroom counter alongside the soap, shampoo, etc. Well, the maid had come through while I was out and tossed my medications along with the part-used soap and shampoo etc. I assume she just swept everything off the counter. into the trash without looking Also everything else in the room had been re-arranged including important documents I had spread out on desk next to my computer and a couple documents on the bed. I didn't know what else had been accidentally tossed out. I ran down to the lobby (”don't clean my room any more! please nobody come in to my room!” typed into Google Translate). They just smiled and said I need to take it up with the housekeepers. Not their problem. OK, great way to treat a guest. Then I went back to Birinci Goz and got replacement meds. OK, so next day: before going out I went to the housekeeper and typed into Google Translate ”Do NOT clean my room!” and showed her the translation. She appeared to understand. Then I went to lunch. This time I took the eye meds just in case. Well, the instant I went, she went into room and cleaned, against my wishes. This time I came b

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel , suite à un report de vol sur turkish airlines de 24H. Bel hôtel,décoration raffinée, grands espaces. Chambre confortable, bien équipée, grand lit, vue sur la ville. Pas grand chose à visiter dans les alentours, situé dans un quartier des affaires; le petit bémol est que nous avions les repas aussi prévus mais nous ne pouvions accéder au restaurant principal on nous a mis dans une petite salle à part avec des plats peu diversifiés et le midi les plats chauds étaient froids. Piscine , hammam et sauna accessibles, agréables mais piscine couverte sans possibilité d’accéder à la terrasse extérieure

C'est ma première visite à Istanbul, et je travaille dans le domaine des expositions et ma visite a été spécifiquement destinée à assister à une exposition commerciale à Tuyup (centre de conférences d'exposition). Istanbul est huuuggggeee comme n'importe quel autre pays et depuis que j'avais eu nulle connaissance des géographies, j'ai pris des suggestions de mes collègues voyageurs sur TripAdvisor et mon partenaire local à Istanbul. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. L'hôtel est à environ 45 minutes à une heure de l'aéroport d'Istanbul et vous coûterait environ 30 euros. À l'arrivée, j'ai été offert une mise à niveau complimentaire à une chambre de luxe. J'ai été offert la chambre sur le haut de la planche avec vue sur le côté de la ville. L'hôtel est situé à proximité d'une station de métro si vous voulez voir des transports locaux. Il y a deux centres, une station de gaz, des magasins de meubles, des cafés, des restaurants, des magasins d'appareils, etc. à proximité. La chambre était très confortable, très confortable et très confortable. La chambre est équipée de toutes les installations de base, de la cuisine mini avec une micro-ondes et de la cuisine de base, d'un réservoir, de café instantané, de thé, d'eau bouteillenée, etc. La télévision ne jouerait qu'un seul canal de musique anglais, rien ne se repose dans une langue que je comprendrais. La terrasse du 8ème étage offre une vue fantastique sur le paysage urbain. Le petit déjeuner offert au restaurant du 8ème étage de l'hôtel était vraiment décent et étonnamment délicieux. Si vous êtes végétarien, je suis désolé que vous ayez une très limitée choix. Céréales, variétés de pain d'accompagnement et frites françaises, fruits, thé et jus.. qui est par ailleurs assez pour un petit repas. Les attractions touristiques mentionnées sont très loin, mais il y a deux très bons centres d'hôtel à une distance de 5-7 minutes. PS: Assurez-vous de porter un adaptateur international, la Turquie / Istanbul ont des sockets très différents. L'hôtel ne propose pas d'adaptateurs.

Très bon hôtel. Chambres impeccables ! Le restaurant de l'hôtel a une carte variée, le petit-déjeuner est très varié et il y en a pour tous les goûts ! Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Très bonne literie. Possibilité de chambre fumeur ou non. NB: La vue de la chambre peut être le seul hic (terrain vague, il n'y a pas grand chose à voir mais au moins pas de vis-à-vis !)

J'ai passé 1 nuit dans cet hôtel 5 étoiles qui ne vaut pas 2 étoiles heureusement des compagnies aériennes turques. hôtel lugubre à l'air vieux , en faillite , employés sans hospitalité envers le client .Nous avons été informés à l'aéroport par la compagnie aérienne qu'on nous servirait le dîner car nous arriverions à 21h00 à l'hôtel , on nous a servi une soupe qui prévoyait de l'eau sale avec un vieux pain, une assiette de pâtes cuites à l'eau salée et du poulet pané industrialisé imbibé d'huile, le petit déjeuner suivait la même qualité que le dîner ! Terrible. La chambre 110 dans laquelle nous étions ressemblait à une prison, sombre, triste, sans vie, à peine capable de dormir car on pouvait entendre tous les actes sexuels du voisin d'à côté. Je ne recommanderais jamais ni ne séjournerais dans quelque chose d'aussi horrible, si vous marchez un peu plus près de ce 2 étoiles, il y a un hôtel Hilton Garden, un super hôtel à tous points de vue, nous y avons passé 12 jours formidables. Cet hôtel est horrible, les images sur le site ne correspondent pas à la réalité.
