We recently stayed at KSL and unfortunately, my experience was marred by cleanliness issues. The room had broken furniture, a spoiled standing lamp, and to my horror, cockroaches in the toilet. Additionally, the moldy ceiling in the bathroom was a major turn-off. Overall, the cleanliness standards at this hotel were severely lacking, and I would not recommend it to fellow travelers.

Numéro de chambre: 1113 Positifs: - location (opposite Komtar, walking from JB customs) - Grand salon. - Lit confortable - Petit-déjeuner buffet de grande variété - Beau spectacle du haut du plancher (21ème étage) - chargement USB à côté du lit (en deux faces du lit) - double par garde-robe - Bons toilettes à sneaking Negatif - Mon chambre a tourné la vue de la piscine. Oui, vous pouvez voir le oool mais l'autre bâtiment (Susana Suites) très proche. - limited TV channels - l'eau de douche pourrait être plus chaude - baisser la pression de l'eau assez basse - peut entendre des gens parler en dehors de la chambre (corridor) - parking à la charge de l'hôtel (10 mètres par jour et chaque fois avant de quitter l'hôtel, il faut valider le billet de parking)

Room Number: 1128, 1129 Pros: - nice sea view - comfortable bed - separate bathtub and shower area - Huge pool (feels like a resort, with slide for children so very family friendly) - decent size gym - breakfast buffet had decent variety and taste (very value for money given cost of room) - staff were friendly and proactive Cons - Room shows serious signs of ageing. Even though could see that it was refurbished, things still look like they are falling apart - not sure if it’s just my room, but tv channels come and go. Sometimes it’s working and sometimes it’s not. Limited channels as well. - pillow was way too soft - My King size bed was actually two super single beds put together. - Only bath towels provided and it was very worn. No other towels provided. - Not really baby friendly as there hotel does not have baby shower tub. Thankfully room comes with a bath tub - sound insulation pretty bad. Could hear sounds from the corridor

L'hôtel est vieux mais la chambre est propre. Le parking de base est sale et a l'odeur des eaux usées, mais sans quoi l'hôtel semble relativement propre. Les installations de base sont fournies, brosse dentaire, paste dentaire, capuchon de douche, savon à main, boue de coton, douche et shampooing. Seul le raseur n'est pas fourni.

Cet hôtel est propre et bon, surtout sa chambre suite, qui dispose de 2 chambres n 3 TVs avec une petite salle de séjour. Petit déjeuner buffet simple mais suffisant. Servide est hood.Nous aimé le séjour là-bas et nous allons probablement aller à nouveau. Merci

La location est assez proche du point de contrôle par grab. Il y a un petit étage de plats à l'extérieur de la banafe. La chambre n'était pas mauvaise. Abit vieux mais OK. Les ascenseurs sont lents et pendant le temps de checkout nous attendions 10 minutes et n'ont pas encore pu entrer dans un ascenseur. Un accidentel cas- frigo n'était pas de travail, mais nous avons réussi à obtenir une tasse de glace du restaurant ci-dessous. Il y a un café au sol qui nous a fait pluie une matinée.

The check -in was regular and un eventful, but not very informed as to what we were getting for a room. We made our booking on booking.com however th room 208 that we walked into after check- in was nothing like the visual we saw online when we booked the room. The image online was a bright carpeted room with a large window, a queen sized bed with white clean linen. Room 208 was dark, had no windows, the phone did not work and there was a big patch of mold on the bathroom ceiling. We had to go back down to the front desk as the phone was not working so could not call down. Once at the front desk, I explained that the room we booked had a window, and we need to have a window. There was no apology for trying to put us in a room with no windows. The front desk lady explained that the only other room still available with a window has 2 beds not the one bed we booked. We did not have a choice, so we accepted the room with 2 beds. It was pass check in time, so there was not much rooms to offer. We were happy that we were able to get a new room available. Room 103, was better there was a window, but no carpet, room was one of 2 connection rooms, bathroom was clear of mold on the ceiling and good that the phone works and there was a bidet in the toilet and a rain shower too. We watched some CNA news in the afternoon but once we returned to the room at 10pm, there was no sound on the cna channel. We called down and were told it's the channel issue, I explained that there must be another channel in English not just CNA. We were told engineering has gone back for the day and will be back in the morning. I insisted and the lady informed that someone will come after 11pm to help, I said okay. The gentleman that came after 11pm, was helpful, he tuned channel 5, so that we could watch it and explained that cna is not working as its the channel issue. This was the best service provided to us on this visit.

Très bien, j'aime cet hôtel depuis que je suis dehors puis que j'y entre jusqu'à l'intérieur de la chambre, tout est juste magnifique et de bonne qualité. Je reviendrai totalement !! Nous avons tellement apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel !! :)

Reservé cette chambre à côté de ma propre chambre, il a été checked in a King-Bed Room qui était également rempli de fumée et l'hôtel Manager était gentil d'avoir changé nos chambres immédiatement. Le service de l'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très important de trouver un établissement de qualité. Le grand accueil de la ville est un accueil très confortable et très confortable.

Les réexamens de YC disent tout. Les briefings de quarantaine ne sont pas très conduisant en dehors de l'hôtel. Il est très chaud, surtout quand on est réservé pendant une certaine période. J'ai vu des améliorations puisque l'eau bouteilletée est réservée pour l'ensemble du séjour. En fait, cet hôtel est assez spacieux et confortable. Mes seuls soucis sont que l'eau du mélangeur de bassin ne se sent pas assez chaude. Néanmoins, je reste à renoncer à deux pouces parce qu'ils ont pris en considération nos conseils pour les améliorations. Bien fait, les gars!

Great location, right beside KSL. But the mall was closed due to CNY. The rooms were dated but very clean All the staff from check-in counter to house keeping and restaurant were very friendly and professional. Breakfast situation was pretty chaotic the restaurant was very full until the staff had to open banquet tables for guests waiting in the queue. Food was mediocre but it was replenished very quickly. Overall, a pretty good hotel if the rates are reasonably priced.

Situation à 5 minutes de la ville de KSL. La piscine est agréable, le terrain de jeu est au même niveau. 3 appartements de chambre très grand, belle vue sur la ville, non bloqué.

Nous avons loué l'appartement A avec piscine privée. Belle appartement bien que la chambre et le toilette maître stinken vraiment mauvais. Heureusement les autres 2 chambres ne stinken pas. La piscine est agréable à avoir. Les garçons ont eu du plaisir! Il est aussi juste à côté de la porte du centre commercial et du cinéma!!!
