Forest City Marina Hotel is a resort hotel by the sea with a view of Singapore. The receiptionist are very polite and helpful. We checked in at the hotel on 17 October 2020 and the whole check in process was fast and took us less than 10 minutes from queuing to getting the room keys. The room is very spacious and big. It is equipped with wifi connectivity, big screen tv, a variety of tv channels, a chiller, bathrobes and complimentary mineral water. The bathroom/toilet comes with a bathtub and separate shower and the size is big and spacious. The room also have a balcony facing the seaview and Singapore. The downside of the hotel: 1. It’s located very far from JB city and after 8pm, the Forest City seems to be a dead city. 2. Some of the facilities are not open to the public(eg. Only one swimming pool is open out of the many swimming pools, facilities around the resort are limited to the Marina Hotel and many shops are closed) 3. Some of the equipment/in room facilities require repair eg. Shower head 4. Aircond is not switched on in many areas(maybe due to low occupancy) The positive part of the hotel: 1. Very friendly and polite staff in the hotel from receiption, restaurant, security guards to the housekeeping team. Good job everyone. 2. The room is neat and tidy. Sufficient towels and amenities are provided. 3. Operator/receiption answer the phone call within three rings 4. They have promotion set meal at rm20 each which is affordable.

Hotel room is clean , has a big pool and gym. However unpleasant service experience Upon check-in at the hotel, the receptionist told us that the breakfast would be served from 6:30am to 11am at level 5. My husband and I were quite surprised with the timing and we still double confirm if its till 11am. The answer was certainly. We wrote down the infor ar the room card holder infront the receptionist. Next day, we went down our breakfast around 10:15am. We informed the staff our room number before we proceed to the table. The staff told us “ you have only 10 mins left”. I was in a shocked and asked why is it 10 mins left. He said the breakfast will be closed at 10:30am. I pointed at the board outside the restaurant which stated “6:30am - 11:00am” and told him that the receptionist informed us till 11am. He said he doesn’t know, but it’s 10:30am and he proceeded to do his stuffs. We didn’t want to argue further, just want to quickly grab our breakfast. There were limited food left , but had few stations provided noodles and eggs that they will cook upon request. I then ordered my noodles, but no one serve me. I walked to the egg section and ordered eggs. The lady told me “sorry we closed already”. I only took a few breads and returned to my table and shared what I have encountered to my husband. My husband went to order the egg for me again and got same reply. But he looked at his watch and showed them the timing which was 10:24am. The chef just looked at my husband without reply to him a single word and left the station through the door behind. We was being left infront of the counter and we waited for 5 mins , still no one return to the station counter. Feeling so pissed off with their attitude and unprofessional service. We went back to our table to have our breads. At around 10:41 which 20 mins later after we ordered the food, one of the waiter brought the eggs to us and left it on our table. Ramada is a large hotel chain and owned by Wyndham , operates around the world. I stayed their hotel in Singapore, Bangkok and Indonesia and never encounter such issues before. Kind of disappointed.

La location et les installations étaient excellentes mais laissez tomber par la tige provenant du toilette commun qui fait que la chambre entière sent aussi. Le bon: - Le lit principal était plus grand que le lit de taille normale du roi. Il est équipé de la machine à café Nespresso, laver, machine, sèche-cheveux et laver-linge. Area of Improvement:: (avait eu des réactions contre le personnel) - Le toilette était propre et soupçonné que la tige venait soit des vents de ventilation, soit des tuyaux clos. - Le principal coucher de toilette était également clos - Trip.Com a montré 3 lits de taille King en description mais 2 chambres de luxe ne vient que avec 1 x King et 2x Single. C'est donc trompeur.

Les installations de la chambre sont confortables à utiliser, l'assainissement est également bon, la piscine dans la zone d'activité est très bonne, les enfants vont très aimer. Le patron et la tante de la pauvre sont chinois et très bien communiqués. Il n'y a pas assez de robes dans la chambre ou pas de pantalon.

C'est la deuxième fois que je suis resté à Forest City Golf Hotel. Un environnement calme et calme adapté à la famille/du couple. Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympa et amiable. Ils nous offrent même des chambres de naissance lors de l'enregistrement. Amusez-vous avec eux.

Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Les chambres étaient propres et le bâtiment était très confortable et professionnalisé. Nous reviendrons certainement pour rester sur notre prochaine voyage en Malaisie!
