Grand hôtel à Katowice. Location central, près de marque et beaucoup de restaurants. La chambre était grande, propre et agréable. Le petit déjeuner était merveilleux, l'un des meilleurs petit déjeuners d'hôtel que j'aie jamais eu. Grand service de la réception et des nettoyeurs.

Excellent service and very friendly. We got in earlier than expected and they were able to check us in early rather than just hold our luggage and tell us to come back in a few hours. Location is close to shopping and tons of restaurants. Breakfast had a variety of foods to choose from. I’d stay here again.

Nous sommes tout à fait heureux de notre séjour dans cet hôtel et nous n'hésiterions pas à le recommander pour les voyageurs d'affaires ou de loisirs. Le personnel a offert un service exceptionnel, parlé excellent anglais et nous a aidé à toutes les questions. Ils ont trouvé une chambre à l'aise, avec une chambre humide.

Il Park Hotel ha un bel parcheggio a disposizione (a pagamento pero') ed un altrettanto ottima colazione (sbilanciata sul salato e da pagare a parte) Ho provato anche il ristorante, piatti della cucina Polacca, ma devo dire, preparati con cura, il prezzo e' un po' piu' caro rispetto ai ristorantini dell'area pedonale. La camera e' abbastanza spaziosa, con bagno cieco; letto di dimensioni abbondanti, il pavimento datato con moquette d'epoca. Alla TV un solo canale in Italiano RAI1 ed una strana sovrabbondanza di canali in Tedesco ! L'hotel non e' lontano dal centro pedonale, ma neanche vicino, per andarci serve prendere la macchina. Personale gentile e con buona padronanza dell'inglese, nessun problema di comunicazione. [ENG] The Park Hotel has a nice parking area available (for a fee) and an equally excellent breakfast (unbalanced on the salty and to be paid separately) I also tried the restaurant, Polish cuisine, but I must say, prepared with care, the price is a bit more expensive than the restaurants in the pedestrian area. The room is quite spacious, with a blind bathroom; generously sized bed, dated floor with period carpet. On the TV only one channel in Italian RAI1 and a strange overabundance of channels in German! The hotel is not far from the pedestrian center, but not close either, to go there you need to take the car. Friendly staff with good command of English, no communication problems.

Excellent location right across the main train station. The hotel is very clean, great, friendly, professional service. Room was equipped with all necessary essentials, very comfortable bed!!!! Breakfast was exceptional with many choices for everyone. Le personnel a recommandé un restaurant très bon, situé à 5 minutes à pied de l'hôtel.

La chambre était en pleine merde, les murs étaient en pleine merde, les douches étaient enfoncées, les serviettes étaient sales. Il était vraiment froid dans la chambre pendant la nuit, parce que les fenêtres étaient brûlées et ils ne serraient pas. Et enfin, mais pas moins, le propriétaire ... Il a pris le dépôt, mais il ne voulait pas le rendre. Il n'a pas répondu au téléphone quand nous voulions vérifier et obtenir notre argent. Puis il a commencé à discuter avec nous, et a poussé mon amie deux fois (!!!). Nous avons manqué notre bus en raison de cela et il n'avait pas totalement de regrets. Ne visitez jamais ce lieu.
