Juste à côté de l'autobahn A4 et de nombreux parkings, personnel amiable et grand service. La chambre était très grande propre et spacieuse avec l'apparence et les caractéristiques d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Grand lit confortable, grande salle de bains, bureau, mini bar, plein d'espace de garde-robe. Le restaurant est spacieux et vous remercie beaucoup le gestionnaire qui m'a fait très agréable l'expérience de manger. Le service de table était très professionnel et comprendait clairement un bon service client 10/10 pour elle. Le petit déjeuner était un grand buffet et servi à tous les goûts de viande, de chèvres, de céréales et de cuisine pour tous.

The hotel is just 1 minute walk to train stop to the centre, very convenient. The staff is amazing, the rooms are super comfortable and food; fantastic. The area is very very quiet yet just 10 minutes from Kraków centre. Must have the local beers....AND the famous pierogy.

Le centre de la plage de plage blanca et le chaos sont à 15 pas. Le centre de transport de Peter au del carmen. Le lieu de séjour est magnifiquement relaxant. Tous les types de bars et de restaurants et un saut rapide à la fuertaventura. Le croisière catalan est un livre avec Sammy par l'anvil irlandais.

Wow what can I say about this hotel, the rooms are amazing loved the view from mine, very clean and spacious. There is a little shop just on the ground floor! But the really stand out part of this hotel are the staff every day when I would come and go they would all say hello and have big smiles , even one day had a tour booked ( nothing to do with the hotel) but there was an issue with the tour company and they staff helped me and ended up getting the tour company to get it sorted .

Nice rooms, very clean, rich breakfast, very friendly staff. Good connection with the city center, the tram stop is very close to the hotel, if you need a store, there is a big Kaufland right next to it. The only complaint is the traffic noise in the rooms facing the street. If you are not used to it, it will be a little difficult for you to sleep.

My friend and I chose this hotel and we were not disappointed at all! The room was nice and warm, a little old in style but that was okay. Shower was really good, you have shower gel etc supplied in the bathrooms. Room was cleaned everyday and we had no complaints. The hotel has a sauna, which is free but be aware, people go in naked, I felt out of place in my long shorts lol. The food was good and varied, breakfast had a good selection and the coffee was fantastic! We were half board so agreed for a late dinner/supper each night around 7pm. We had 2 great meals and a meal of pierogi on one night, which was a little meh. The hotel is easy to reach from the airport (bus then a tram) and it is also well situated for trams into the town centre, etc. We booked visits to Auschwitz and Birkenau, had to go into the centre to the meeting point. We also had a day in the old town and saw the indoor markets, cathedrals, horse carriages etc. The hotel has a large supermarket nearby, which is cheap and useful. The staff at the hotel are super amazing! I emailed them a lot prior to our stay, to ask about sights, food, sauna etc. They were very friendly and helpful, we were able to check in early and check out late for free! Thank you again!
