The drivers thy do the shuttle service are obviously under stress, they seem to be impatient and rude. No one wants to gr to an angry driver after landing maybe from a delayed flight overnight. A bit of compassion towards the customers would be appreciated and it would look better for the hotel image. Beside this, the hotel is clean and very close to the airport and not overpriced so happy with it overall. Breakfast is below average , better options in the airport for sure.

L'emplacement est bon, il y a des restaurants tout autour de l'hôtel, ce qui est pratique pour les collations de fin de soirée. Les chambres de l'hôtel sont très complètes et l'environnement de l'hôtel est bon. Le service est également disponible. . . Le rapport qualité/prix est assez élevé et le lit de l'hôtel est confortable. Je voulais faire la grasse matinée, mais j'avais un emploi du temps, alors j'ai bien dormi ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

The price (208 RMB, about €25) and the central location—near Kunming Central Station and just a 45-minute metro ride from the airport—led me to book Echarm Hotel for one night. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and efficient. They accommodated our requests for two extra pillows and a room away from the elevator to ensure quietness. Complimentary coffee and tea are available in the lobby. We did not opt for breakfast, which is optional and costs 29 CNY per person. The room was clean and equipped with a kettle, three types of tea, instant coffee, and two bottles of water, although you can request additional bottles both in the hall and near the elevator exit. There is only one elevator, so you might have to wait or share the lift occasionally. The area is central and lively, very close to Dashuying metro station (I recommend Exit A as it’s on the same side of the street). There is also a local night market nearby (watch out for passing motorcycles and cars), located near the old tram tracks, continuing from Exit C of the metro. Nothing to complain about—the room was perfect. The only downside is the absence of a minibar, but this seems common in many 3- and 4-star hotels in China.
