Hôtels avec vue sur montagne à Kunming

Bien que la chambre ne soit pas très grande, les articles de toilette sont extrêmement raffinés, et le service est de première classe. Le thé de l'après-midi offert est excellent, et il y a même un snack le soir. L'hôtel est très bien situé. Mon enfant s'est beaucoup amusé à la piscine sur le toit et s'est fait de nouveaux amis. Bien qu'il y ait eu un léger bruit à cause de la construction d'un bâtiment à proximité, le personnel de l'hôtel a géré la situation de manière exemplaire en me changeant de chambre. Lors de mon départ, ils ont même commandé une voiture privée pour me conduire à mon hôtel suivant. Leur capacité à résoudre les problèmes est vraiment impressionnante et a rendu mon séjour des plus agréables. C'est l'un des hôtels que je recommanderai vivement à mes amis, et je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner lors de mon prochain séjour à Kunming.

Location is a big plus here — right next to the convention center, a shopping mall with tons of dining and shopping options, and DiDaDi outdoor theme park is literally just outside the hotel. The kids loved it and kept themselves busy the whole time. Rooms were great and the outdoor bathtub was a nice bonus. We had a minor hiccup with the AC going out overnight, but the manager was super responsive and got us moved to a new room without any hassle since the technician wasn’t around over the weekend. Really appreciated that. Free breakfast and supper are both included, and honestly both were really good — plenty of variety and everything tasted great. Oh, and don’t sleep on the hotel’s rooftop photo shoot. The views up there are stunning and it’s a proper must-do during your stay. All in all, a really enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

This hotel is conveniently located to the airport, well-priced and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately our room wasn't that clean. The floor was dirty - looked like it hadn't been swept in a week, and there was trash under the counter. It is a shame, because it otherwise would have been a good stay.

L'hôtel est beau et propre, et les chambres sont excellentes. La salle de bain est impeccable. Les installations sont également excellentes et confortables. L'emplacement est plutôt calme, mais à mon avis, il est un peu dangereux pour une personne voyageant seule, car il est assez isolé. Surtout la nuit, je pense que cela pourrait être angoissant pour une femme voyageant seule. Je ne le recommande pas. L'hôtel est à 20 minutes du centre-ville, mais très loin de l'aéroport. Le transport coûte cher. Si vous allez à l'aéroport, prévoyez une heure à une heure et demie de trajet. S'il pleut, la circulation est infernale. Pour vous rendre à l'hôtel, le point de prise en charge pour l'aéroport se trouve au premier étage, porte 1. Vous devrez payer une course Didi. Nous avons attendu au troisième étage car nous avions demandé au personnel de l'aéroport, qui nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de voiture. Nous avons dû annuler et appeler un taxi. Nous avons finalement pris un taxi à l'aéroport, ce qui nous a coûté 30 à 50 yuans de plus. C'était décevant. Un seul membre du personnel parlait anglais, ce qui était un avantage, car la plupart ne le parlent pas. Dans l'ensemble, c'est correct. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, mais le personnel de l'hôtel devrait pouvoir aussi nous aider à prendre des plats à emporter. En effet, pendant que nous nous servions, un serveur a pris les baguettes devant nous. C'est vraiment inadmissible. Il faudrait revoir l'organisation du service et la répartition des tâches. Le client utilisait le service ; le personnel n'aurait pas dû venir chercher les baguettes et les ustensiles. Et puis, il les a prises sans aucune considération, nous coupant la route. C'est vraiment inadmissible.

Je cherchais un endroit spécial pour passer un moment de détente à deux. Je ne voulais pas essayer un hôtel classique en ville. Après avoir regardé les photos, j'ai décidé de tenter l'expérience. Et voilà… je ne regrette absolument pas d'avoir choisi cet hôtel. Le service était impeccable, le personnel est sympathique, courtois et rapide. Le personnel d'entretien nettoie toujours la villa avec un soin irréprochable. Toujours prêt à se surpasser pour offrir un service personnalisé à mes clients. La villa que j'ai réservée possédait une source chaude privée et un immense jardin offrant, à mon avis, la plus belle vue. Chaque soir, nous pouvons admirer le coucher de soleil dans notre jardin privé. C'était vraiment extraordinaire, les couples doivent absolument l'essayer. Chaque jour, l'hôtel offre une corbeille de fruits et réapprovisionne gratuitement le bar en boissons et en en-cas. Le personnel toujours aimable (Mlle Lee) m'a même conseillé de lui faire savoir si je souhaitais des fruits ; elle s'occuperait de les ajouter à la corbeille. Elle m'a même contacté à plusieurs reprises pour savoir si elle pouvait améliorer mon séjour à l'hôtel. Félicitations à l'équipe de direction pour avoir instauré ce niveau de service élevé. Mlle Lee m'a même contacté après mon départ pour me demander mon avis. Continuez comme ça ! Je reviendrai sans hésiter. Ce voyage est rempli de merveilleux souvenirs. Merci à toute l'équipe.

We booked a Deep Sleep Pro Pillow Room after heading my friend stayed in Atour hotels in China 🇨🇳 + our great stay at Atour hotel in Dali. One of the main reasons we chose this room type was the pillow, which was incredibly comfortable and supportive in Dali. However, the pillows here were completely different :( When we asked the reception about it, this lady first response wasn’t very helpful but another gentleman staff offered to put a “Pro 3” pillows for us to try - which wasn’t the same one :( Thankfully, a third staff we spoke to was very kind (she worked night shift on 15th July) and took the time to contact the Dali hotel for us. We then learned that the pillow we liked was actually customized for that hotel and not a standard pillow across all Atour properties. We really appreciated her effort and excellent service 👍🏻 The room and bathroom were a decent size, but the hotel felt a little older and less modern than the Atour hotel we stayed at the night before. 16 July at 1am, pleasant surprise was the robot delivery service for food orders. The robot brought deliveries to our room remarkably quickly, and we were genuinely impressed by the speed + efficiency! The location was average. The hotel is about an 8-minute taxi ride from Wuyi Road (五一路) and around a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station. It is located on a neighborhood street, a temple next to hotel will hear some music instrument/prayers however it didn’t disturb our sleep in particularly. Overall, the stay was just okay, but the experience didn’t quite match the expectations set by our previous stay at Atour Dali. The excellent service from the helpful receptionist and the fast robot delivery service were highlights, but the inconsistent pillow experience and less convenient location were disappointing tho!

I arrived at Changshui International Airport late at 2:15 a.m. I called the hotel’s customer service to request an airport pickup. They responded quickly, and the driver arrived about 10 minutes after the booking was confirmed. The room was spacious, but it had a slight smell because it was a smoking room, even though I had requested a non-smoking room during booking. The next morning, I had breakfast, which was good, and we departed from the hotel to the airport at 8:00 am sharp. Overall it was a good stay, staffs are friendly and helpful.

We had a great one-night stay. The room was clean and spacious, located in a quiet gated community. We arrived around noon and were warmly welcomed by the owner. At the gate, we showed our booking details to security, then walked a short distance to the unit with our luggage. We enjoyed a delicious lunch prepared by the in-house chef, and the owner also made us excellent, good quality coffee. The house is very close to Dianchi Lake, just a few steps from the gate. We were able to walk around the lake and even took a cableway across to the Western Hills (Must do). The lake area was also lovely for a nighttime walk. Overall, our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. We wish we had stayed longer. The owner and staff were very friendly and made our stay even more pleasant.😊

One of the best hotel for us on the way to Beijing. The hospitality is really fantastic and staffs are very friendly. I’ll suggest this hotel for any of my friends plan to visit Kunming. Very nice place for tourist. Very good restaurants around this hotel with fantastic food.

The room is pretty decent and big. There's just a bit of noise as the room I got is next to a room being renovated, but it is only during the daytime. The best thing for me aside from the beautiful view, big room, and big bed is the smart toilet (I specifically check for places with bidet for my stays, and this place got a high-tech one). The hotel and cold water are also great. I appreciate that the toilet, sink, and shower are separate. The staff are all kind and helpful. I got an issue with my DiDi account and need to book one for my scheduled tour, and the staff on duty gladly helped me book one paying for it and said I could just settle the payment later, and even escorted me to the DiDi and let the driver know I don't speak the language and to get me safely to the location. The other staff also helped me with my WeChat, which helped a lot during my whole stay in China. The only con that I can say (if you are specific with location) is that it is not that close with the usual tourist spots like the Kunming Old Street, but it is close to the South Railway station (Kunmingnan). This is not a big con for me as I actually enjoyed the nearby malls and alleys. This is one of the good stuff here as well. It is on top of a mall, and just across the place is also a place to go shopping (for clothes, food, restaurants). There's a big supermarket/department store in the next door mall too. It also gets lively at night. Overall, personally, I find this a great place to stay in Kunming.
