« Choisir cet hôtel pour notre séjour à Kunming a été une excellente décision, l'expérience globale a été parfaite, je le recommande vivement aux voyageurs visitant Guandu et Dounan. La chambre était impeccablement propre, des surfaces aux coins en passant par la salle de bain, tout était nickel. La literie était propre et douce, et la luminosité et la ventilation étaient excellentes, rendant le séjour sûr et confortable. Le personnel de la réception a été chaleureux et courtois tout au long de notre séjour, l'enregistrement a été rapide et efficace, et ils nous ont même aidés à planifier nos itinéraires et ont répondu patiemment à toutes nos questions de voyage, leur service était attentionné et complet. L'hôtel dispose de son propre parking, ce qui est très pratique pour ceux qui voyagent en voiture, il y a beaucoup de places donc pas besoin de chercher. L'emplacement est exceptionnel, à côté d'une station de métro, ce qui facilite les déplacements en transports en commun. On peut se rendre à pied à l'ancienne ville de Guandu et le marché aux fleurs de Dounan est à une courte distance en voiture. Le plus surprenant a été le cadeau attentionné de desserts raffinés et de fruits frais à notre arrivée, une attention aux détails qui a vraiment créé une belle ambiance. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent, parfait pour les voyages de loisirs ou les courts séjours, je choisirai cet hôtel la prochaine fois que je viendrai à Kunming. »

« Ayant séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels, le service de celui-ci m'a vraiment impressionné, et je dois absolument le féliciter !Dès la réservation, j'ai ressenti une attention particulière. Le service client m'a appelé pour confirmer l'heure d'arrivée et m'a demandé si j'avais des demandes spéciales, comme un étage élevé ou une chambre calme. À mon arrivée, un membre du personnel est venu spontanément m'aider avec mes bagages. L'enregistrement à la réception a été très rapide, et on m'a même offert de l'eau, ce qui a été rafraîchissant par cette chaude journée – il faut dire qu'il faisait aussi chaud à Kunming ces jours-ci.Le départ s'est également déroulé sans encombre. La réceptionniste m'a demandé comment s'était passé mon séjour et si j'avais des suggestions, et m'a même offert un petit souvenir de thé. Tout le processus de séjour a été aussi confortable et détendu que si j'avais séjourné chez des amis, sans aucune contrainte.Les installations sont également excellentes. La chambre est spacieuse, la literie est confortable et le style de décoration chinoise est très élégant. « The hotel location is a bit far from sight seeing and the main town area but it is close to the train station. The hotel also includes a free drop off to the train station. Since the driver was busy, they paid for our taxi to the high speed rail station. The hotel room was very nice! There’s not much of a view but the overall room was nice and comfortable. First day, the air conditioning wasn’t working but they provided a fan. The next day, the AC worked fine. There’s a laundry room but beware it took almost 6 hours for our clothes to dry. I recommend to only wash and dry about 5-7 items of clothing. The breakfast has a lot of options but overall was not that tasty. The free afternoon tea was also very disappointing. The free rose cake they provide was quite delicious! It was the best 鲜花饼 that I had thus far. There’s a gym but it’s very small. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay! The staff who checked us in were very friendly but the staff the next day didn’t feel as friendly. »

Service : Le personnel est chaleureux et amical, si quelque chose manquait dans la chambre, cela a été livré rapidement. Comme je me promenais à l'extérieur à midi et que je ne pouvais pas rentrer avant 14h, j'ai demandé à la réception de prolonger le départ d'une demi-heure et ils ont accepté. Il y a aussi des bonbons à disposition à la réception. »
